Love going. Customer service is great. They offer the best service and very welcome environment. I would recommend this jewel to all my friends.

I work right by this nail studio so I’ve gone here a couple of times. And every time I go there I end up having to talk to the manager I’m assuming, because she’s the lady at the very first desk. But every time that I go there and I try to explain to her what I want she always seems to pretty much tell me no or try to talk me into something else and not what I want. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and I’m almost 30 so I know exactly what I want I know what I’m saying and I should probably just stick to the place that I normally go to but sometimes it’s convenient because this place is so close. I’ll continue to just save myself the energy and go out of my way to go somewhere else then go there and have to argue with the same lady every time I try to go spend my money.

I have been here several times and my niece used to frequents here a lot also. The service is not acceptable anymore. On my recent visit I treated my mom and a dear friend for birthdays with a manicure and pedicure. They rushed my friends pedicure and manicure so much she was sitting for at least 20 minutes and my moms 15 minutes while mine was being finished. A man did my friends and was so rough on her feet that he rubbed the skin off. He clipped her nail so short without even asking her before hand. she requested pink nail polish and he painted it with red instead. I tipped them very well and feel bad now after finding out later what happened to my dear friend and wanted them to make it right but have yet to receive a phone call back. I will not ever go back to them again! The young man that did my friend has no business doing anybodys feet. He is too rough!

Very rude here and seem to only want to service a “specific” clientele. Called beforehand to get price of soak off, explained that I had acrylics. I get there and one worker is just sitting there playing on her phone and won’t assist me. The other lady asks to see my nails then explains it will be a different price then I was told over the phone even though I told her I was very specific when I called. And then says I should get them popped off (quicker service for them) instead for the same price.

Amazing friendly staff. She did a great job with my mani pedi!! The only place i go to since moving . I have never been disappointed. But I don’t have a preference, I love all the nail techs they have here. Thank y’all for everything you do!!

They were so kind to me even though it was close to quitting time they still took care of me with no hesitation or attitude and they didn’t rush! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I wanted pedicure today since Walmart nail salon was closed we went to nail salon I was so disappointed I told the lady that I loved to get my feet rubbed she barely touched them didnt even do what the Price list said My daughter had the man to do her pedicure and she was very satisfied I will never go again My toenails look like a child painted them

Good nice people. But Im paying money not for that. I specifically asked a nail tech to cover my toe nails completely with the nail polish. He said ok. And of course, some of my toe nails not covered in nail polish completely. I dont have time and extra money to run around town, trying to find that nail polish color and time to sit down and fix something I paid for. I havent seen a nail saloon here in Waco equipped with good lighting. Doing pedicure with just ceiling lights is not enough. Maybe its just a small town thing where people dont care what they get, idk. If you read my review, and know someone who is PERFECT at pedicure, please, contact me lol id appreciate it. But for now, Ill keep looking.

BEWARE! Services are WAYYY overpriced and customer service is seriously lacking. Went in with a girlfriend for acrylics and simple designs. We were quickly rushed to two individual stations without being able to thoroughly look over the menu. In the middle of getting our Acrylics applied we were quoted 75 dollars for each of us. While we we were very surprised to hear this we decided to commit to the experience as a treat to each other for our birthdays this past month. However, things quickly turning sour as the manicurist assisting my friend was very rude and unprofessional when my friend was simply trying to explain to the manicurist what she would like while even showing her pictures. On top of it all, this same manicurist didn’t even completely finish the manicure experience for my friend, forgetting the cuticle oil, massaging/lotioning of the hands and even walked away and left my friend sitting at her station without informing my friend she was done and could leave the nail station. Would’ve left in the very beginning of this experience if it wasn’t for the fact that both of the manicurists had already started applying the acrylics. With the extreme over pricing and very unprofessional behavior we will most definitely not be returning to this location. I would also highly suggest to anyone considering to go here to do yourself and your wallet a favor by turning around immediately and going to almost ANY other nail salon in the area over this one.

Ive been coming here for a few months and never had an issue, until today. I waited about 15 minutes as they were pretty busy, not the problem. My issue was with the older lady that worked on me who seemed to rush through everything! I got a manicure with shellac and a pedicure done. I ordered the top tier pedicure and I noticed that I was done before others that started before me. She also didnt cover nails completely with color on both my hands and feet. Plus she cut one of my toenails incredibly crooked. Then because she was too busy trying to talk to everyone that walked in the door, even though they had already been helped, she yanked too hard on a cuticle and made me bleed. I spent $80 on something of extreme poor quality. This was not the service Ive known to trust and expect. I dont care how many people walk through the door. Im in your chair so you pay attention to what you are doing! If I do go back, Id most definitely be sure that I do not get this same woman.

Went to get an acrylic removal and the guy who helped me was very harsh. While he was removing the acrylics he was pulling my real nail . He ended up removing one of my thumbnails really short and made it bleed, still paid for the service.

Lacks attention to detail, rushing, did a completely different color than I asked, asked for a manicure in addition to dip and only half the manicure was done. Will never return

Went into the spa was not acknowledged until 15 minutes later. Waited over a hour still no one said it will be a little bit of a wait. Waited a few more minutes got up, put polish back, they still never said a word. We walked out, they lost almost 200 dollars in service. But I guess they didnt care.

I do not recommend this place at all!!! called up here and they said a regular polish with a design would be $25 and i was like okay, went there and they were doing all of this extra stuff like rubbing lotion on my arms and putting my hands in warm water, i asked multiple time if that was going to cost extra she ignored me time after time. Went to go pay and She said it would be $50. Would not go to this place it is horrible and they are demanding.

I LOVE this place. I came because my favorite nail tech came and it is worth it. The prices are great. The service is great. The atmosphere is good. Anna Bell will treat you like a queen. She learns what you prefer and she will remember from time to time. She is always happy and encouraging. She often goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy. And the quality of her work is top notch. Her attention to detail is amazing. You must come and get pampered at nail studio by Anna Bell!!!

Prices were OUTRAGEOUS for one! A regular acrylic set with ONE holographic finger costed $75!! I was BAFFLED when i heard that price. Then on top of that, $50 for a regular gel pedicure. The day after i got them done, a nail snapped in half just by me putting my backpack down at school. Then yesterday, another one broke in half. I will never go back. Oh yea my nails aren’t even long.

I have been coming here for years and they always do an amazing job. I don’t have to pick someone because they ALL do fantastic work. Great environment, everyone is friendly and do everything they can to make your experience a pleasant one.

I dont often get manicures and pedicures but today I went in for my own little spa day and got the Organic pedicure with design, a gel manicure with ombre and then had my eyebrows waxed. The tech that I had told me to call her T and she was very friendly and chatted with me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable and getting the look that I wanted. I really appreciated how she took her time so the pedicure lasted about an hour and the place was super clean and relaxing. Nice service all around so I intend to go back for future work.

Elegant decor, courteous staff, exceptional & detailed services provided by Michelle and Tiem! Well worth the wait. Prices are comparable to Dallas, however services are comparable to private salon. Absolutely loved it. Will return next time in Waco! 👍💖💅

Ive honestly had the best manicure and pedicure of my life here. I did the dip powder manicure and pedis with my boyfriend and the massage was extra long and my feet felt amazing. Its pricey but for me it was so worth it!! I left feeling amazing!

Ive been going here over a year and today Im a little worried I may need to find a new place. If I always get great service I do my best to tip well and now i feel like the lady who does my nails is getting a little comfy... I am not please with nails this time but hopfully this will just be a one time thing were my nails dont come out pretty. It wasnt even mildly busy, just me and maybe 2 other people... So Im not to sure with what happened with the amazing service today.

Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure yesterday and my gel manicure has already peeled. The paint job on my toes wasnt great. Sweet ladies, but if youre going to spend $60 on this combo, do NOT let it be here. Lesson learned...

Wasnt sure about going because of some bad reviews. So very glad i did. Anna Bell did an awesome job on my pedicure. I felt very pampered and had an amazing time. Thanks to Anna Bell my visit was a true treat.

I recently visited here because my nail tech who is great moved to this location. I loved the quiet atmosphere and felt very relaxed when I left. Yes, the price is a little higher than other salons in town, but they do not run you through here like you were a herd of cattle. I visited a salon a couple of months ago in Katy, TX and this reminded me very much of that salon.

Excellent service! In all the salons Ive been to in Waco, I have never had a technician as skilled AND friendly as Annabelle! I even messed up 4 nails getting out my wallet, and she fixed them with such a joyful attitude. She made a point to remember my name and made my time so enjoyable.

My first time stopping by Nail Studio wasn’t very pleasant. I got there 2 hours before they were closing and I felt very rushed. My nails and pedicure were both done very quick and not in a good way.Customer service was not good at all. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I will not return!

I’ve gone here many times to get my nails and eyebrows done and most of the time they do a great job. I usually go to a specific lady but today when I went to get my eyebrows done she wasn’t available so I got a different woman. She was in a hurry to get my brows done and get to the next to the next client so I gave her a reference picture so I wouldn’t get extremely thin eyebrows she said that it wasn’t possible but she would try. She started waxing and DID NOT CARE if I was in pain (which happens regardless but my usual lady usually asks me if I’m okay) she moved my head in a pretty harsh way (it didn’t hurt but I could tell she didn’t care if I was in pain or not) She was in such a rush that when she was done SHE LEFT THE WAXING ROOM BEFORE I DID! She went straight to the register ready for me to pay. I go here because from my past experiences the women would care about catering to the customers, I did not experience that today. I wasted my time and money for someone to make one brow thinner and smaller than the other, with no arch. And I know my brow shape. I can always fill in my eyebrows to the way they were but the service I got today was unacceptable. From now on I will go to ulta beauty, it may be more expensive but at least the workers there care about catering to their customers and CARE to wax and tweeze according to my brow shape.

I arrived at 5pm for a manicure. My daughter was to join me a little later. She wanted a pedi. All the employees were with customers so I picked my polish. I decided to add a pedi. 15 minutes later someone asked me if I wanted to wait. I said that I’d like to get started soaking my nails. They put me in a pedi chair with water...and left me. My daughter arrived and we waited another 30 minutes. She’s 4 years old...that’s a long time to wait. When they finally came over it had been 1 hour 20 minutes since I had arrived. I told them to start on her because she was getting restless. 15 minutes later someone came to start my toes. I said I didn’t have time and just wanted the manicure now. They said, “well the gel has to soak off. It takes time.” I said “yes, I know. That’s why I wanted to start soaking my nails 30 minutes ago.” Now it’s 6:40pm. I’ve been here since 5pm. They close at 7pm. I was able to get my daughters nails done, but not mine. Wasted 2 hours of my day.

Worst place Ive ever been. Walked in at like 6:35 and got tired of waiting. The next person behind me got serviced literally 30 min before closing. TERRIBLE!! I left pissed off. Only reason I stayed was because my sister got serviced right at 6:55 and she was getting a fill. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. FIRST AND LAST TIME.

Got my nails done here today and told the lady REPEATEDLY I wanted my nails to not be really long and she did them long anywaysShe didnt file them right so now the under side of all of my nails is really messed up and just looks sloppyShe tried to tell me it would be $10 extra for 2 colors instead of one???? Thats just ridiculous and I told her I wanted all of my nails on one of my hands to be green except for my middle finger which I wanted red and then I wanted it the opposite way on the other hand and she did both hands the same wayShe also never lotioned my hands but my sister also got a full set with gel and they lotioned her hands? NOT worth the money at all terrible service the lady was acting like she was being rushed even tho nobody was waiting behind me? Absolutely the worst experience I have had getting my nails done.

Got a gel manicure 3 days ago. Every nail has since chipped, and the paint completely peeled off one nail without any picking. Extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. Definitely will not be returning or recommending this nail salon to anyone.

From the moment we walked in they wanted to upsale everything. I was with a Bride and one of the bridemaids --- they seated them on opposite sides of the room even though we were only customers (should have been a clue). Did get them to move them together. I was getting a pedicure and just wanted the spa one. CHARGED me extra for the callous treatment (but was listed as included). The bride had cotton fibers left on her nail before polish applied. Fastest pedicure I have ever had and you cant ever tell except for the polish on my toes - and it isnt a very good job. Just a bad experience all around. We wont be back. Wanted to give it a try since it is such a nice big area - but just not worth it. Overpriced, under served and ... well a little creepy!

The sign says 35$ for full set... I was charged 50$ ... I asked what made it 15$ more... the nail tech acted like she didn’t understand English after we had had a full conversation. After a few hours theyre already chipping. I have went one other time before and they came off less than a week

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! i went there to get a pedi and set of nails. the pedicure was fine but the nails that they use are very sub standard and two nails popped off the next day. went back to get them fixed and was made to sign in on a sheet and sat there for an hour while other people came in and were seen right away without signing in. i got up and left and called back and was offered a 15 dollar gift certificate. the next day another nail popped off. been getting my nails done for years and never ever had that happen to me before so Im sure it was the quality of the nails. Im very disappointed and If you were smart you would stay away from that place!!!

Went in for a 40 French gel manicure on 1/2/19. I noticed it was chipping on 1/3/19. So sad that price for a manicure that wont last even a full day without chipping.

I ask for a fill and a pedicure. I received those and a manicure I did not ask for. My nails look like press on nails, they are different lengths and just a bad job. Cost me 150 and being pressured to get things you dont want is horrible business. Good atmosphere but poor quality.
