I usually go here all the time and they’ve always done them good. But for some reason I went today and they gave me this older man and he shaped my nails good. But I asked him to do ombré with these pinks and when he was donethey looked like he just put splotches of acrylic in random spots. If you do go here I suggest Dianne and the man right behind the counter where you pay. My right hand isn’t as bad as my left.( my left hand is the one in the picture.)

These are my nails two days after. The top coat wasnt spread all the way to the edges and the paint is peeling a bit on the right hand. This was just shape and paint and it was $12.00. Ive gotten better but this wasnt too bad.

Nails 2000 is always a great place for pedicures and manicures. The technician always knows what they are doing. The only drawback is having the same technician assisting you. Would recommend Nails 2000 to others.

Went in for 2 basic manicures with my mother in law 4 weeks ago and we were charged $30. Went in today for 2 basic manicures with my mother in law and we were charged $56. They insisted that the charge was correct but how can they say that when we were literally just here 4 weeks ago. My mother in law was so upset she ended up walking out before they even polished her nails.

If I could leave a negative 1 star....I would.My daughter wanted her nails done for senior pics. Someone suggested that Diana was good so we called and they told us to come on in. Got there and they were rude and rushed us. My daughter was not happy with the shape, the paint job was bad, and we will never go back to receive a service; however I did go back to show her what a quality set of nails should look like.I felt from the moment I walked I was racially profiled. Do yourself a favor and go see Halley at Regal nails at the Walmart on Franklin. She got my daughter right.

Love to get my eye brows wax here.. My best friend loves how they do her eye brows as well. But thats about it there nails are expensive & they charge for every little thing. ..

Came to get my nails removed, made me move seats for someone else in the middle of my service, didn’t remove the nails off fully, and left my actual nail cracked.

Little expensive for a pedicure for myself and a mani-pedi for my daughter it was 80 plus tip but it did do an amazing job for her birthday made her feel exceptional. Theres an extra charge because the covid.

Jenny is amazing! I moved here from out of town and it took me a while to find her. So now I have and I am in love with her style and talent!

This place is AMAZING!!! Ive been to quite a few nail salons all over the country in my lifetime and I have to say by far this is the BEST! I love how CLEAN this nail salon is and Im a bit of a germaphobe, so this is HUGE for me. I also love how friendly they are. The owner and his staff make you feel like family. They always remember your name and offer a beverage upon your arrival. They are extremely professional and accommodating. I promise you wont be disappointed! If there was a way to give them 10 stars, Id give them 11!!!

I just had my nails done here for the first time, parking was fantastic and easy and free! The girl who did my pedicure was very friendly and kind and pretty quick and they turned out great, unfortunately I didnt catch her name! She achieved the shape I wanted and was good at explaining that due to the length she couldnt get the exact almond shape I requested even though I think they turned out wonderfully! I will go back!

I love this nail salon! I have been to 3 different ones since I moved to Waco and since my first visit here I have not left. I have been to a few nail technicians and no issues. I now only go to the owner to get my nails done and love him. However everything else I love - they great you, offer water - the bathroom is clean. I normally set an appointment - because of my schedule -but they do accept walk ins.

This place is really great! Theyre really friendly and do really good work! My pedicures are the best! When I leave the salon, my feet feel so soft and it lasts for a really long time! One plus for this place is all their nail specialists are nice and friendly. They dont talk in a different language in front of you like other places do and make you feel uncomfortable or like theyre talking bad about you! This reason alone has given me more respect for this salons owners and their employees! They make me feel so welcomed every time Im there so this gives me my reasons for coming back! I really enjoy myself when Im getting my mani and pedicures done. They help you to relax, kick back and enjoy being pampered! I highly recommend you trying this place out for yourself!

Disappointed. Was going on a regular basis and was receiving excellent service. Last two times, nails fell off the second day. Went today, filed the nail to the point of bleeding, did not take proper care of the cut. After polishing the nails, was told its $10 more for the polish that was selected. (I picked three colors, they didnt have them. So, instead I get to pay $10 additional). I will not be returning!

Very clean! Employees are nice. My nails look beautiful. The only complaint I have is they say it opens at 8:30 but they were 10 mins late getting there.

Got my daughter’s nails Toes and feet done there (gel) and 4 hours later 3 of her fingernail paint came off and one of her toenail paint chipped. Went back the next day they fixed everything completely free but We’re rude about it and again within hours another fingernail paint fell off. Would not go back ever again.

There nail technician Donny, hands down the best. I really love the the setting and the energy. Truly, every time I visited Nail 2000 l always felt welcomed.☺ But honestly, some of the techs there, need practice. Not only with hospitality, but with professionalism.

This was a great experience especially since Im from out of town and kept having to change my appointments to compensate for my unpredictable schedule. The owner/proprietor lady who answers the phone and makes the appointments was very patient with me .. even when I had to leave before I could complete the service I had inadvertently scheduled. I will definitely use their services again because of her attitude toward customer service.

Just discovered this place. It was clean and had great energy. The staff was fun and friendly. One of the best mani-pedi that Ive gotten in a long time. Great designs too! I appreciated the time and effort they put into making my hands and feet look perfect. Very meticulous. The staff is very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Got a pedicure with them today very disappointed. Ive never had any complaints about them until now. The young man that did my pedicure today, did not know what he was doing. It was the worst pedicure I ever had. Before they start letting new people work on their returning clients they need to make sure they know what they are doing. I was so mad,had been looking forward to a good pedicure, then I get someone not even putting forward a half of a effort. I tried letting him know that I wasnt happy from the start but he didnt get it. I almost stopped him and walked out. But I decided to give him a chance to get better, but it never happened. The polish job was horrible. I just repolished them myself.

Very large and clean. Closer to a spa than a nail salon - skin treatments, pedicures, etc. Staff was pretty quiet and reserved, but not disrespectful. Not a bad place at all.

The first time i came here i got the gel nails and they lasted for forever because he actually took the time to really do my nails and make them look nice, NOW the second time i come and get gel nails he took about 10 minutes and was already done. didnt put hardly any work into my nails and making them right. the second day i had them they started peeling off so i had to go get them redone, alright cool. well now a day later they are all completely peeling off. They have definitely lost a customer.

Will NEVER GO BACK HERE! I got a terrible pedi and my 13 yr old granddaughter got a mani. The thumb nail was too big and my feet wouldve looked better if I had done them myself at home for free. I asked to speak to a manager but just so happened he wasnt there. There was a young lady who offered to redo them but I had been there long enough! She told me to come back any time next week and shell repaint them. Dont EVER let Linda do your pedi! Tim did my granddaughters nails but he couldnt focus on her nails for trying to watch the football game. I normally go to Serenity Nails but our nail tech was off today so we gave Nail 2000 a try. NEVER AGAIN! 60.00 wasted!

I will NEVER go here ever again. The pedicure was mediocre at that .. need to repaint the toes myself. Then .. they overcharged us (which I wish I’d read reviews first because this seems to be a problem with this place..) and missed a few steps they charged us for. When we talked to the manager about it .. she just shrugged it off. Will NEVER go to this place EVER AGAIN! Stay away!

Nail 2000 is by far the best place Ive ever been. Im quite picky and just moved to Waco a couple months ago. I love getting a mani/pedi and its such a special treat when I do. I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to find a place that would be relaxing and in my opinion, worth the money. When I look for a place, I want to be pampered not rushed. Waco is exactly what I was looking for. I got a deluxe mani/pedi with gel polish and not only did they take such good care of me, and take their time, it is by far the best mani/pedi Ive ever had! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Cold water for pedicure. They treat you different if you dont get a pricey pedicure. I told the lady several times the water was cold and no effort to change it.

I have always loved this place untill about 2 weeks ago, me and my 3 daughters went to get pedicures on a Wednesday in the middle of day, not busy at all. They had us pick our colors and started on our toes. We all wanted designs on our big toes (all of which were very simple. Palm tree, lines, stars) the lady doing my daughters toes snapped at my 11 year old daughter (which is a big no no) and said they dont do designs at their salon. Which is a lie, I have many pics of years of getting pedicures WITH designs at their salon. So i calmly told her, we have been there before and there is one lady that does designs. She quickly snapped at me and said no one does designs here. So I point at the lady who always does designs and I said she does them and the lady kept arguing with me saying no, as she is slamming her tools down. So she literally stomps down to the other lady and talks to her. Needless to say the design lady was happy to do the designs like she ALWAYS has but I wont be going back. NO ONE snaps at my daughter, then me, slams tools and then lies about a service that I KNOW for a fact they offer. They will no longer get my business. Yall have lost a very loyal customer that spent alot of money in your salon over the years...

Terrible service. went with a friend who was getting a manicure and the man doing it saw a frequent client of his so he only spent a total of five minutes on her nails????? like she could have been a frequent client too???? rude. I received a manicure and pedicure and not very many hours ago and the polish is already chipping!!!!! do not waste your time here. they also do not do your nails and toes at the same time so it takes forever. also they made my friend move seats THREE times before they would paint her nails. horrible selection/ brands of colors too. I will never go back.

Great customer service but my nails are horrible. Theyre not even and not at all what I wanted. But Im pretty sure he lowered the cost because how bad they were. When the tech was checking me oit, he was forgetting, and Im pretty sure it was cuase he knew how bad they are

The guy who did my nails cut me and ignored me bleeding and kept squeezing my nails and left them uneven he also didnt paint my whole nail and they are already chipping after 24 hours and Didnt clean the area for the next Customer

Only been here twice. The first was Amazing, first guy did so good and even helped me find a good shape for my weird fingers. Today was the COMPLETE opposite. I had the WORST set of Solar nails done. I DO NOT recommend the guy in the middle table, hes a skinny younger (around his late 20s or early 30s) guy. He didnt take enough time and when I pointed out what was wrong he ignored it and kept doing his own thing. Im SO Disappointed!!

The lady tried overcharging me on the service I asked for. When I refused to pay that amount, she brought her manager over. The manager explained the girl doesnt know English too well. Ok, how is that my fault? I clearly pointed AND told the girl I wanted the $40 service...NOT the $48....and she flipped the page and asked which pedi I wanted. My first time there, I didnt know how it worked...not my fault your employee doesnt know English and wasnt paying attention when I pointed to the service I wanted on the page. She then spoke something to the girl in their language, and the girl took my card and brought me a $55 receipt...which is what I expected to pay with waxing service. Little did I know, she swiped my card twice. Once for the $55 and once for $6. That is my first and last time going there!!

NEVER WILL I GO TO NAIL 2000 AGAIN.. EVERYTIME I GO THERE ITS A DIFFERENT PRICE. LIKE THEY ADD A TIP ON IF U THINK U WILL NOT TIP... WHICH IM ACTUALLY A GOOD TIPPER IF DESERVED. HE RUSHED MY SET, IT WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD. BUT 45$ FOR A FULL SET WITH GEL POLISH (BASIC) WHICH NORMALLY COST 35$ WAS KINDA OUTRAGEOUS.. NEVER WILL GO SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE...

It was very calming and quiet inside and all the nail techs were very nice! diane was especially very sweet and the nails are super high quality

Little did I know!For $35, you get a full pedicure, callous shaving, exfoliating and massage of the legs and feet, hot towels and hot stones on the calves and feet, a parrifin wax foot treatment, while sipping on free wine sitting in a massaging chair. Good Lord, what an amazing deal for this service! We will be doing this monthly from now on, right here.You should come here. You wont be disappointed!

The quy that sits in the front did my nails and lets just say I couldve done a better job myself. They are crooked and some of them arent evenly painted. He was so rough my fibgers were sore. He charged me $45 for sport length nails and gel polish. Now Kim did my Sister nails and she was very professional and friendly. She even massaged her hands. So just dont go to the quy that sits next to Kim.

Best nail salon ever

Went there for the first and last time today. A middle aged man with glasses that is in the last spot on the right before the pedicures rushed me in picking my color. When I showed him a pic of what I wanted he said yes he could do it but instead of doing all ten fingers as the pic showed he only did 2 & then seemed put out by that. When I asked him to place silver dots in the center of my sad little flower he told me it wouldnt show up. When I told him thats fine but please try be got mad and said I dont think I can do that, I only do simple design . All I asked for was a silver dot. Thats pretty simple. Then their site said a set was $20 & $5 for designs (x2) =$30. No, I got charged $45.00. Smh. Very disappointed & dont intent to go back. :-(

Went in for me first pedicure, Expect jokes from the staff if your a male customer, small cut on the cuticle of my big toe, didnt notice till I got home, wouldnt have tipped had I noticed. Plenty of shops in town, wont be back to this one.
