Flat out best pool place, if you have an issue with your pool or hot tub theyll figure it out, great crew there, the owner himself has repaired my filter motor right there on his bench he is so great. I cant say enuff there the place to go

I love Pete, he is so helpful and knowledgeable! He helped to teach me all about my DE filter when we first moved into our house with a pool. He also helped us today as we are switching to salt water. He explains everything so well and takes his time with the client. I will always come to this store for my pool needs because of Pete!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Today one of the young men spent almost 15 minutes with me explaining how to get my pool up and running. He then wrote notes to help me in the event I forget anything.I also like the fact that there are usually at least 4 people working. That means you get almost immediate service.

Will never go anywhere else for my pool supplies. They were all very helpful, but I am especially thankful to the “veteran” gentleman who....every time I came in...spent time explaining the possibilities of my pool water problems, the first being, here in Knotts Island NC, we have well water 😕which is a problem within itself. The gentleman was always honest with the possible outcome and what the next step would be if I continued having issues. We were finally able to enjoy the coolness during this heatwave recently....only to have a minor issue today which once again, we were saved and should be back to enjoying our pool as early as tomorrow or Thursday. Thank you again.
