I have used this company for 3 years and they treat their clients as family. No Mater the question or situation I threw at them, they arose to the task. My husband is disabled and they were able to automate the pool to make it more manageable for him. They installed railings and took the time to explain things to him when I was not around. If you are looking for a family business, these are the guys to choose. You never know how good you have it with a company, until you have to stop using the best around. Couldnt ask for a better result. Brian and his team were very professional as well as friendly and did an amazing job at a reasonable price. They not only installed a new liner but also a salt water system and some electrical work to make my pool safer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with your pool.

We started using Atlantic Poll Service of Virginia Inc. since last summer. We have had our pool for over 26 years and have had quite a few pool cleaning people cleaning our pool, many of them were very disappointed, but Brian, the owner of Atlantic had done a great job. He was recommended to us by our last pool cleaning guy, Steve, who has retired now. Brian is equally good as Steve. Brian always kept our pool clean, always on time for cleaning. When we had out of town visitors and requested him to switch cleaning schedule, he always tried his best to accomodate. He is always pleasant, friendly, and work very hard. His wife and daughter who sometimes came to help Brian, all work very hard including the teenage girl, a very nice and impressive family. First time pool owners and from the very beginning they were exceptional. From speaking with Amber over the phone, learning from Brian, they have met and exceeded our needs. They are top notch in every sense of the word, would and will recommend.

We had a new pool pump installed and they did a great job -- quick, professional, and seems to work well. The only reason I didnt give five stars is that I had to ask for the paperwork and warrantee info that goes with the installation, which took a while to get.

They did a great job with both openings we’ve had them do, on the technical side. However, their lack of communication is frustrating. It would be a good business practice to give their customers a curtesy call when their pool technicians are on their way, running late, etc. Multiple times now our scheduled repair has been missed, with no word or warning from the company. They were supposed to come by this morning, but apparently got off schedule, which is perfectly fine. What is not fine was that we received a phone call at 330pm saying they were leaving our house because we weren’t home, when we had no clue they were coming to the house. Better communication would do this company wonders.

Excellent service Brian always returned my calls. Had a few emergencys and they came the same day. Prices are fair and dont try to sell you chemicals you dont need. Im happy a switched to them no regrets
