Love this place, has everything I need to get a great workout. Always clean, and employees are great. Only has one big downside. The music played over the speakers sucks. Im trying to get my adrenaline up for a big lift and Moana, Call Me Maybe, or some other pop junk starts playing. Total mood killer.

I have been going to this gym for a year now and it feels like home.This gym still has plenty of machines for aerobic exercising and weight lifting. I have been using the weight lifting machines more now and they are worth the membership fee. The other members are extremely friendly and helpful.It is the people that make this place special. The staff ensure that all the machines are clean. The gym is never full when I visit. There is always an available machine for me. I love that the place is open 24 hours a day.

Clean facility. Staff super nice and very helpful. BUT !!!! Beware, theyll charge that yearly fee without reminding you. Caused a mess in my checking account. I wasnt even going anymore due to pandemic. I asked to be refunded for the yearly fee and was denied. Cancelled my membership.

Gym is very convenient to home and work. It has its moments when its busy but for the most part you can get in and out. Plenty of equipment to share depending on what you are working out that day. Great environment and not too many Arnolds!

ATC fitness in Olivebranch Ms definitely gets 3 stars. The reason is, their staff isnt too friendly, the machines arent clean, (I can see mercer all over them) and the machines arent to safe at times. Ive been on one of the ab crunch machines and it just broke and almost sent me tumbling to the ground.A couple things I will say, the patrons that work out there seem to always be very friendly and will help out if you ask. Bathroom seems to be clean, and the tanning booths are pretty clean.All and all, it isnt too bad of a place to work out. You definitely get what you pay for.

It is confusing when you go from one ATC to another and they have different setups. It is even more confusing when the bathrooms are in reverse and you accidentally walk into the females thinking it is the males. Luckily, I got away with that with relatively few bruises and mostly just my own embarrassment and some friendly laughter. This location is pretty nice and I do like the showers being quick to heat. The equipment is satisfactory and the gym goers seem to be nice.

Joining was quick and easy. It is clean and well kept inside, with all the equipment working. I tried the tanning beds and it was obvious they had been clean and sanitized before the next use. Definitely a good choice if looking for a gym. It does seem to be popular so its sometimes crowded. However, it doesnt have the yoy must already be in shape to work out here feel at all.It is a 24 hour gym. Staff hours are not 24 hours though, so if you want to tan or sign up, you will need to come in while the staff are present.

I have only been during hours when staff is not available but they have a good amount of machines so I have always been able to use what I am wanting to use when I go in. The only downside is I wish the treadmills and elliptical didn’t have the big tv on them. The tv is too close to your face so it gives me a headache even if it’s turned off. I want to be able to have it open in front of me so my eyes don’t hurt from the closeness of the screen.

Been going here for a couple months. Overall, great gym. Wish there were a couple 45lb bumper plates to make deadlift load and de-load easier. Appreciate the 2.5lb weights that help with programs like 5x5. The details matter and ATC Fitness takes note of that.

Wow these tanning beds dont play. I went for 10 minutes and got burned. I actually got out at 9 minutes because I was burning. Ive bee. to other tanning places and never got burned the first time like this.
