My rep Pam Cruise is amazing! She was thorough, knowledgeable of my flea infestation, and other pests to include termites, I purchased their comprehensive plan, with all the bells & whistles. They have amazing specials and she got me every discount she could. I have a full year treatment plan for less than $10 cups of starbucks lattes a month. I am beyond impressed.

I have used Southern Pest VB for several years. Never had an issue with them coming out to treat as part of my yearly agreement. I have a heavy wood and near storm drain property and they keep the bugs away. Matt has been there several years and is courteous and knowledgeable tech. They are alwats punctual and on the rare occasion if they run behind they call in advance and let me know.

I called them for fleas which they came and took care of... i was pet sitting and the pup picked them up from the pups next door.... I also got the rodent plam but they are still in my crawlspace and I recently heard them scratching on my ceiling so i guess I now have attic rats 🤔🤔 the bug plan was definitely a 5 start rating not sure how to rate the rat package but i know I hate those little critters and want them gone

Emily/Tyler came to do my annual termite inspection on time just few minute before my appointment at 3pm. Both are very professional technicians doing above and beyond and helpful about my concern.

I bought a ONE time service initially. Service was fine. Nothing fantastic and not as good as the small, local company we used, but worth the $40 Groupon deal. Then, I made a tragic mistake. I listened to the BS of the upsell and BS it is. When I called and spoke to the company about it, there concern was the $40 payment, not the BS. In fact, they admitted the marketing was outsourced and it was a frequent problem; they said whatever. I had the persons name I spoke to, date, time, service promised. So sorry... how about that $40? When I continued to push about being flat out lied to, Stephanie the manager was going to call me/e-mail. Never heard a word. Next month, bugs again. It was numerous days after that $40. So, how about that $40? I told them I purposely had not paid hoping Stephanie would call. Told them the story. Same lines, give them the $. Don’t buy their BS and their customer service is awful. Stephanie obviously doesn’t care if you are happy or not. I’m paying more money, getting a lot of irritation, bugs, and rotten service.

We switched to them about a year ago and it has been the best move. David recently came to help with some ants we had noticed and was the most professional, personable and polite technician I have probably ever worked with. He was even a few minutes early to the appointment when you usually expect technicians to be late. We have a plan and anytime we see any creepy crawlers they come right away and I get an emailed summary of the work that was done as well for my records. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Two days after receiving requested service, we observed ants in the kitchen. The Technician arrived on time as they always do. He sprayed the entire kitchen consisting of baseboards, along countertops and underneath the sink. Afterwards, he sprinkled a granule outside along the foundation. He was quite thorough with the service.

Our technician was David and he arrived exactly on time as promised. He sprayed indoors and outside as a couple of American cockroaches had been spotted, possibly having come in from the cooler weather. David described the patterns of cockroaches and showed us the difference between the American and German varieties. He also provided advice on how to lessen the possibilities for encountering cockroaches in the future. A very pleasant young man. We have been delighted with Souther Pest Control in all regards.

Matt was helpful & listened to our concerns. He treated the inside & outside of our house quickly & took care to avoid the room where our cat was hiding.
