I love this company!! I used them without a doubt when I lived in Norfolk and RARELY seen waterbugs after I started with them. I mean literally I would see one or two every few months and they would be on their back!!! They are awesome! I wish they traveled to Hampton because I would use their services for SURE!!!

I purchased a house in Virginia Beach in 2017. Superior Termite & Pest Control was under contract with the previous owners to service the house. I continued to pay for the annual warranty ($92) and inspection. When we renovated the house and tore up the sub floors, they came out to spray right away at no charge as it was covered under the warranty. Professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Superior Termite & Pest Control!

Our company has had a contract with Superior for several years & we could not be happier with the service. The technician, Alex, is always professional, thorough and polite.

I called them back for a retreatment and they did come and the guy was very thorough.

We have used them for an annual contract for termites, that was transfered from the previous owner and now we maintain it. They were great in the beginning. Now, for the past two years, I have had to call and remind them to come out to check our home and for our bill to pay, they used to call me to set up a time. I guess I will have to call them again this year, 2021. Very disappointing.**Edited**Your company used to send a bill out which I would pay and then you would call to set up the appointment this was the way for several years.

Overall Im happy with the company coming to treat my house each month. Im giving five stars mainly for their guys. A few guys have come and sprayed my house and they were all very nice and professional. However, Alex is by far one of the nicest and most professional people ever. Two different friends recommended Superior and also say that Alex is an amazingly professional person and all around great guy!I usually get a two hour window of time when they are coming and I believe every time has been within that window. I usually ask for a call the day before as a confirmation and I have always received that as well. Summer is busier, so you may need to schedule that a little bit ahead.

Contacted Superior to spray for ants. Tech arrived on time and was great. After spraying he informed us that if we had any problems in the next 10 days to notify them and they would re-spray. There was no change in our ant issue over the next several days so we informed them. They told us that they wouldnt be able to come back out for nearly a month. After a significant amount of haggling and asking them to do what it takes to make it right, they sent a tech out again. Unfortunately, the re-spray seemed to have zero effect on our ants.2 stars for poor results from service and for haggling with me on the phone for longer than it actually takes to spray.Tech was punctual and courteous.

Every time we have needed Superior Termite and Pest Control they have been there for us, even in a pinch. Everyone is very helpful, on time and professional! I would definitely recommend them for all of your pest control needs!!

I have always been satisfied with Superior Termite. The staff excellent customer service always on time Alex was helpful and knowledgeable.

We waited three weeks for our appointment for them to come spray for ants. Nothing changed, we waited the ten days and called again. They tried to make us wait another three weeks for an appointment. The second time they came, nothing changed. We still have ants. Waste of money.

Great experience all around. The person in the office (Rachel) called the day before to remind me of our appointment, and then 20 minutes before the technician arrived. Alex was prompt, listened to my concerns and let me know what they could and could not do. The inspection was detailed and fair and it turned out I didnt need any treatment, so there was no charge since they offer free inspections. Very happy and will recommend and use them again.

Ive been with Superior since 2010 after discovering termites devouring a wall in my home. I had the whole west side of the house opened up, treated, repaired, the perimeter of my slab house treated, and started an annual inspection program. We did a targeted re-treatement at no additional cost, then a 5 year booster of the perimeter in 2015. They have been nothing but straight up fair in prices and in showing up when scheduled. Im confident that my annual fee is worth the money and I recommend Superior Termite & Pest Control.

Always does a fantastic job every time they come out. They work around my schedule and Ive never had a single issue. Best pest company around!

Food was cold after we waited 20 min to get it

Superior Termite & Pest Control is not an honest company! I have a contract with this company. Today I had an appointment scheduled for my warranty renewal inspection which I already paid for. The inspector was a no show. I was home the entire day. The only person who showed up at my house today was the UPS man delivering a package. I called Superiors office and told the Customer Service Rep that their inspector was a no show. The Customer Service Rep called the inspector and then informed me, the inspector said he came to my house knocked on my door and that no one answered so the inspector proceeded with the inspection. Theres no Freakin way! I was here all day constantly on the look out for the inspector. Furthermore I was in my living room when I wasnt checking out the window for the inspectors arrival. My living room is situated right above the crawl space entry door. If someone tried to open my crawl space and go under my house I would have heard it. Lastly, If Superiors inspector did manage to get into my back yard to climb under my house, he would have shown up on my security camera which would have also sent me a an alarm on my cell phone. You guessed it! No show on the security camera either. Not only did these people waste my time and steal my money, but they out right lied to me. I really hate being lied to. If this isnt fraud then I dont know what is! Is this how Superior Termite & Pest Control weasels its way out of its contract with its long term customers? Hey Virginia State Corporation Commission, I hope youre taking notice of this slime bag company. How about imposing some consumer protection regulations.(MAY 17, 2018 ADDENDUM): Its been more then 2 weeks since Superior Termites Office Manager told me she would refund me for the Warranty Renewal that I paid to them for the inspection they failed to perform. As of today I have not received a refund check as promised. The folks at Superior Termite have demonstrated the worst qualities in a company. (1) The employees of the company are incompetent. They inspected the wrong house, not even on my lane. They did not verify the name of the owner of the house nor did they verify they were at the correct address. (2) The employees of the company are not customer oriented. The company failed to believe me when I told them that their technician failed to show up for my scheduled appointment. Thats (not) how you treat a Valued Customer. Instead, Superior Termite showed a complete lack of customer appreciation when they failed to show any concern for my time and the situation that they caused me. For me the customer, my time is more valuable than the money that I seem to have been cheated out of. (3) Since Superior Termite has not refunded my money as I demanded, it is safe to say that the company is nothing more than a licensed corporation of common thieves.Based on my experience, I urge all customers and especially Real Estate agencies in the Hampton Roads area to reframe from utilizing this sad little company for all your future termite and pest control needs. Why would you want to expose your clients to the unethical practices of Superior Termite & Pest Control. If youre a new home buyer, tell your real estate agent that you will not accept a termite inspection from Superior Termite & Pest Control . I strongly urge everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have been using Superior Termite & Pest control fr years. They handle all of my Termite & Pest Control needs on the majority of the properties I manage, they provide wdi reports for my buyers as well as my sellers.

They had fair prices and came out for service the next day. Would recommend.

Very dishonest money hungry company. Be warned, do NOT go with this company! I wish I would have read the reviews first. There is a reason everyone is giving them only 1 star, they lie and try to get more money from you, very dishonest people/company. I would NOT recommend them.

Call TERMINIX...Made an appt with this company for a unoccupied rental unit to be sprayed. Clearly explaining that I live 5 minutes away & a call would be needed for me to meet them there. Time frame given was 1-3pm. After waiting all afternoon, I called and a little girl answered the phone and offered me an appt the following day between 3 time frames open. Immediately another person told her they had all been filled. Then after being put on hold & having to call back, I was told their Vice President was at the residence at 1pm but got no answer at door. He stayed until 1:30 and says he called. They flat out lied more than once & NEVER called my phone. No call, no voice mail, no nothing! They could not schedule an appt until Mon. (knowing my tenants were moving in Sat) The secretary that I spoke with on the 4th call was rude, called me a liar & never apologized. I called Terminix (which I use on all our other properties) and they are coming tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and call Terminix! They rate minus10 but I had to give 1 star to post!

This company was servicing our home for a few years. Had mice problems in attic. Could smell dead mouse in house but technician couldnt find it. Wife and I located issue in the attic after 5 minute search. Removed dead mouse and cancelled services.
