I had a bit of a wasp problem in my entryway arch that is about 20 feet up. I called my usual pest control company who I have a contract with but they advised they couldnt do removals that high. Surprisingly enough, they recommended me another company that could, in this case it was Epix Wildlife Removal. I called the number and Billy answered and after explaining my situation he said he would have a team over within the hour. I told him I was at work and just wanted to set something up. He said I didnt have to be there and he would just email me an invoice I could pay online. Sure enough, my security cams detected his team, watched them do the job, and got an invoice which I paid promptly. So within an hour, while on break at work, I was able to call, schedule, get the job done, and pay for it. It honestly couldnt have been a better experience. As a bonus, their treatment guarantees the wasps wont rebuild for the rest of the season or else they would come back and take care of it.

I spoke with Billy on the phone and he and his partner were able to come out within 24 hours to address wasps that had hibernated in our chimney and a drooping soffit where a previous wasp nest existed (just in case any new tenants decided to take up residence this year). I have nothing negative to say! The owner answered my call immediately after being terrified by bumps, scratching and gnawing throughout the night. With my husband deployed I was in my own. Referred to Epix by my pest control company. Billy was thorough in the explanation of what would happen and his team was out the same day. They explained to me again how they would procure the attic squirrels and what the process would be. The trapper Emmanuel (I think) who came every business day to check the traps was respectful of my property and kind to my children and let them see the animals. Even though the work was above my napping daughters room, she never woke. I was working this trapping situation with a gutter/fascia repair scheduled and Epix got the job done.

On the first day of scheduled attic insulation work, my contractors said they couldnt continue working after one of them said they saw a snake up there.Epix was recommended to me after a few calls to various places. I explained the need to Billy and he was honest about what he expected to find. He did not want to sell a service I may not need, explaining that the snake would be scared away by the commotion of people going in and out.I requested Epixs service for the safety and peace of mind. Billy came out within a couple hours to inspect. He and his partner were respectful (wore masks) and friendly. He was thorough, and also inspected for possible entry points.No live snake was found, only skins, but the reassurance will be worth the service. For further reassurance, I let the other contracting company know that Billy stated he will come back out again at no charge if we have any more issues within a 30-day window.Thank you!!

When we first contacted Billy in October, he was quick to respond and installed the traps quickly with the understanding that we also wanted to repair the soffit where the squirrels had entered the attic once they had all been captured.Several weeks after the initial install, the traps were taken down with no explanation, without successfully removing all the squirrels. I made several attempts to contact Billy, and received no response. It wasnt until my wife called from a different number that he answered and said he had been sick and would reinstall the traps after Thanksgiving. A week after Thanksgiving went by and my wife had to make several calls to Billy to find out that a he had to fire an unreliable technician.Traps were replaced soon after (early December), catching several more squirrels. The traps were removed in late December and tape was placed over the hole to ensure no squirrels were still in the attic.By mid January part of the tape had fallen away from the hole, so I tried contacting Epix again. At this point Billy informed me he was finished with the removal, but wouldnt be able to repair the hole as his repair man had quit.I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from Epix, and their inability to perform all of the services they claim to be capable of. As such, I have had to source another contractor to repair the sofit and remove the bright red tape that Epix left on the front of my house.I would not recommend their services.

My husband and I were doing yard work when I spotted a large snake. I called several Wildlife removal businesses, but no one answered and those who did told me they couldnt help. I called Epix and Billy quoted a 45 minute arrival time. My husband and I kept eyes on the snake during our wait and because we stayed put, another second larger snake showed up as well! Luckily, Billy arrived within 30 minutes and was able to retrieve both snakes. He was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend his business if you need help.

Our property manager hired this company for squirrel removal at our rental house. They trapped and removed several squirrels and stated that they sealed the entry points. Several months later our tenants complained about more squirrels in the attic and the property manager sent this company out again. They trapped and removed more squirrels, stating they were getting in from an improperly installed roof vent. This company obviously fail to address the issue properly the first time and then charged us $400 a second time to remove squirrels. What incentive does this company actually have to remediate the problem if they can charge $400 every time to trap and remove the squirrels? We have asked the property manager not to use this company again if there are any further issues.

Called Epix on Friday morning, after receiving a message from our tenants in Va Beach that they heard some animal noises in the wall near the laundry room, and Billy answered. He said he could make it to the property that afternoon and I sent him the address. By early afternoon Billy showed up at the house, found a birds nest and some birds in the dryer vent, removed everything and installed guards on two external vents to prevent this issue in the future. My mom used Epix back in 2017 to get the squirrels out of our attic. They guaranteed their repairs, we havent had squirrels since! Billy is very knowledgeable and friendly. Epix is epic, lol!

We hired Epix to remove and rodent prooff our house. They promised us a guarantee no more rodents. 6 months and over $800 later, we continue to have rodents in our crawl space. They did not secure access points AT ALL. When I called the office to discuss, the owner claimed the person who he sent to do the job was fired. He did not take responsibility for his workers irresponsibility. To this day we have not received the itemized invoice or photos of the work they promised to give us. I had to hire another company to complete the job. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
