Very Happy With the work done by Jason and Kenny of Bug-N-Out. I had some crazy termite damage to several of my floor joist and wall sill plate. Jason came out, was very knowledgable and knew exactly how to fix the problem and explained how long it would take and what would go into it. The price was very reasonable as well. We got them out there the next day and they did the work quickly and professionally. And cleaned up after themselves too. They went above and beyond too helping me make sure the area was sealed tight from any tiny critters that might try to make their way in through the area.Great workers, definitely recommend to anyone needing repair work done on your house due to termites.

Today, in addition to our usual quarterly treatments, the owner made an extraordinary and successful effort to rid us of a number of hornets nests around our front door, several of which we were unaware of. He was stung himself but continued to work to kill these pests! We are really grateful for his expertise. We have always been very satisfied with Bug-N-Out and recommend them highly!

I love this company. We moved to VA Beach and rented a cute house in Red Mill sight unseen in 2016 that we now refer to as The Roach Motel. It was INFESTED with roaches beyond belief. BugNOut came out fast, on time, did a thorough inspection and got a treatment plan together. They got the infestation under control; took some time as it was so bad but they did it .They are always on time, friendly, polite, kind, and reasonably priced.
