Our experience with Orkin has been amazing. Kyana, Jeff, and Eric are professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to any apartment community experiencing issues.

DO NOT USE THEM!! We cancelled our service almost two years ago, we didn’t even get the full service for our last visit so we spoke with the owner for orkin and the debt collector to settle the last payment. It was agreed we would pay half and orkin would pay the other half. Since then we have received TWO collection notices, I have to continue to call both the collector and orkin. Every time they say the issue is resolved BUT WE STILL RECEIVE COLLECTION NOTICES. I am absolutely sick of this company, never use them! This is ridiculous!

Canceled my service without explanation or anything just said they done k ow why it was cancelled no body knows anything at Orkin I should of did Terminix now that I need them I have no account, and have to pay the initial again so wrong

My inspection was suppose to be between 4-6 and no one is ever call or say something g to cancel,

BAD SERVICE, NO TRUST. My service appointment from 8-10 am, wait until 11 oclock but no one showing up. Call the office, the lady said she doesnt know who suppose to be there today and ask me if I want to talk to 1 of technican there or to reschedule appointment.Definitely NOT

Orkin has a very unprofessional quality about them. I had my 1st visit with no problem. However for the next month 3 days before the 28th I had to call and ask why I wasnt notified of the follow up before the 28th just to be told that the notification was never sent out to me but it was scheduled for the 26th which wasnt a good day or time for me so it was scheduled on the 27th 10-12. Well, the night before I pulled all furniture from the walls pulled out pantry floor items, items in garage to get access to walls, fridge, everything. Just to call them on the 27th at 12:30p to ask why there was a no call no show, they put me on hold then come back and say they overbooked me and couldnt fit me in til Monday where apparently that morning I was moved to. Again without notice. I cancelled my business with them at that moment. Id rather go with another company that respects my time and business

They took care of everything timely.

Went online to request an appointment. They called within 15 minutes to set the appointment for the next day between 10am and 12 noon. Never showed up or bothered to call. Don t waste your time like I did with these morons.

Because they get rid of bugs
