My subfloor was damage due to age of my home, rotten and moisture damaged wood. Their team worked hard to find me an affordable solution and were very patient with spelling what I didnt understand. The staff are so down to earth, knowledgeable and appreciative. This is the kind of company that treats the staff and customers with humility, respect and understanding. They are always willing to come out for an extra service. The water bugs get really bad in my area since I live by a big creek. They’re always on time and just do an all around great job

I first called this company for attic rats about 2 weeks ago and have not been very pleased with the service so far. I found them due to good reviews on google and I don’t know why they rate so well. The initial inspector took maybe 5 mins tops looking for ways rats are getting in, I can’t imagine his inspection was very thorough in that time. I pointed out a hole to him that I have seen them use that he didn’t notice and I have now had 2 techs to my house and they still have not sealed it. After the first one came and I noticed he didn’t seal it I called and was assured the second tech would and he has come and gone and not only didn’t seal it, he also put his foot through my ceiling when he was in the attic. Granted this was yesterday, but I still have not received a call to schedule a time to fix it for me. I guess I have to call them but you would think when a company damages your property they would want to promptly make it right. As if all that wasn’t enough I was also double charged (which was fixed when I called) and a tech just showed up one Saturday when I was unaware he was coming, they don’t call to say they’re on their way they just show up. I didn’t even know I had an appointment that day, I was told my appointment was for Thursday. Maybe in future I can give them more stars but so far it’s not going great.Edit: within about 20 minutes of posting this review, the operations manager contacted me to apologize and attempt to get everything straight. The service manager came out to my house the same day. Since then everything has been remedied promptly and I am happy with the service. For that reason I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I still left off 1 star because all those things happened in the first place but I was impressed with how quickly they made it right.

We called Accel Pest after we realized we had a rodent issue misdiagnosed with another company. I called the office on a Saturday when most companies were closed and with their answering service I was able to get entered in the system to get a call back ASAP . A technician called us back in less than an hour and scheduled a free inspection. Matt walked us through the process and was able to explain how they would combat this issue and rid the attic of rodents. He climbed in the attic and inspected every other inch to find entry points and came up treatment plan. We are very pleased! They were able to schedule us in a week to seal up entry points and will continue to monitor on a weekly basis.

The technicians assigned to our home were honest, hard working, personable with great customer service. Being under a crawl all day for three days would not be fun but these guys were professional, always had a smile, and took time in the middle of working in horrible cold wet conditions to stop and answer any questions or concerns I had. I researched and received quotes from several companies. I can save you the hassle of checking elsewhere just by letting you know Accel is the best. The attention to detail and with no corners cut... for what you pay for is well worth the money. Select them for your pest, crawl, or insulation needs. Had someone come out for inspection, he never came in to the house even though the room that has the spiders is an inside room. Didnt talk to an adult ( he was in the bathroom) instead talked to my 13 year old child. I never received a call back or a quote. I went through another local company instead.

JT is great! As part of a quarterly spray and prevention, he ensures no pests come into the house. Since Accel sends the same technician every visit, JT knows where the wasps and other creepy crawlies hang out so he can target any area where they may build nests or try to enter the house. I have had great success with Accel and JT and would recommend them for any homeowner.

Unprecedented customer service from the first phone call, through the initial inspection and treatment! Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The technicians wore masks while inside the house due to COVID and removed their shoes before entering. Mike came out to do the initial treatment and he did a very thorough job, explaining everything as he went. Was so relieved to see him pull up, - he did excellent work with instant, visible results! Ive been a customer of Accel for years so it was a no brainer to have them do my inspection for my refinance. On the day of the inspection they sent out Matt Hobbs and he discovered excessive moisture in my crawl space, wrote an estimate immediately fo drainage, tile and sump pump. Accel was able to complete the work timely and efficiently. I cant say enough about the attitude and professionalism of all the workers and staff at Accel. Marvin installed my dehumidifier three years ago. It gives me confidence he is still with the company. He always explains what he’s doing and what he sees. When he service’s my dehumidifier for $98, changes filters and renews my warranty for another year I feel like that is a good value. I had multiple companies come to have estimates done for termite control and none of them came close to the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of Accel. Matt did an amazing job of letting me know of his recommendations and letting me know of possible issues that needed to be taken care of in the future. Fred was the one who later came on site to install the bait stations and he was friendly, informative, and professional. I will be using Accel for anything termite related from now on.

They’re nice. They have clean vehicles and uniforms. The same guy came out twice so far. He’s good at answering my questions as I follow him around. Accel also took care of a (don’t judge me) rat problem that pretty much decimated my air conditioning ducts. I learned a lot about rat behavior, and they had an Accel guy come out to plug up the space under my air conditioning where the rats were entering/exiting. Fun fact: they set out bait for the rats, but had to wait ten days to plug up the air conditioning so the rats could escape. I’ve tried three services in three years, but Accel is the best for the money.

I called due to hornets nests and the response was quick. The people were friendly and courteous from the start. One thing that I liked is that I never felt pressured to sign up or use their service. No problem, they came right over. We usually have the same tech and I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name. He’s so friendly without being obtrusive. I highly recommend Accel.

We have used Accel Pest and Termite Control since last winter. Our roaches are gone as well as the ants. The representative was very courteous, explained everything to us, wore his mask and shoe covering when he was in the house, and a mask when he was outside when talking to my husband or son. Very professional and forth coming. We bought our first house and Accel was able to find the termites that the hired inspector & other bug company didnt find after we were swarmed twice. We had a contract with another company that transferred over when we bought the house but we voided that right away and have been been working with Accel ever since. We get mosquito treatments now and you can really tell a difference, we were never able to go outside because we would be eaten alive, but now we can finally enjoy our yard.

A representative contacts me several days prior to the scheduled treatment and if I need to change the appointment is is never a problem. Ken was extremely thorough and courteous. He answered all of my questions/concerns and was timely with proving our moisture/termite inspection report results.

I am happy that I had gotten this service done ! I feel as tho it was needed however, the man who sprayed down my floors did not tell me that they would damage my floors I have pergo floors and the spray had created water bubbles in my floors. I’m a bit disappointed.
