We are on vacation and decided to get our nails done. thought since this place had high reviews and seemed friendly we would try it out. got nothing like what we wanted and are very disappointed. they were very quick and not very communicable. will not be returning.

Got my nails done full set horribly done I don’t know why they have this guy doing nails he took forever and they still came out funky shaped. Was there for 3 hours. My nails actually hurt.

Got the pedicure/ manicure combo. Best my feet ever felt and looked. Was $71 and l didnt bat an eye and gave a tip. Didnt want to get out of that awesome massage chair. Want one for my house for real!!!! Going back as soon as I return to that area.

Came her with some friends for our first post-deployment pedicure. We all had a great time, the technicians are all super nice and service was great.

I got a gel manicure here a week ago and my gel is already chipping off. Also, she did not cut down my cuticles and did not do as many coats as she should have. I am very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

Walked in and the place was clean and inviting. The technician who completed my pedicure was professional and did a nice job. I felt my feet looked good and at $25 I found it to be very reasonably priced. It should be noted i got a standard pedicure but they do offer other upgraded options.

I’ve been to luxury nails since i was a little girl, i use to go with my mom, get our nails and eyebrows done. I go to Lynn she is an amazing nail technician. Highly recommend!

Thier customer service is awful I was given an appointment arrived on time and still had to wait hours while other people came in and were serviced immediately this is not the first time that they have done this I will never use their services again

Gel polish started lifting a few hours after getting my feet done and the made my toe bleed

I love going here to get my eyebrows done by Rose. She’s amazing. I did the mistake of going elsewhere once and when I went to see her she fixed them!!! I won’t go anywhere else!! The rest of the staff is always welcoming and friendly too!! Makes you feel welcomed when you walk in!

I’m sure they could tell I was a newbie, but I love how they didn’t treat me any differently than a customer that has been getting their nails done for years. Not completely terrible...I mean its OK. $35 for dip powder, not a spa experience. Felt like I was a guinea pig. He kept going back to the track for different bottles of Bond.

My nails started lifting after four days of getting them done so I had to take all of them off And normally it’s hard to pull a fresh acrylic off the nail but it was very easy. If you want long lasting nails I do not recommend service from this salon. I was a little suspicious when I saw a security guard talking to a client complaining about her nails in front of the salon but I gave it a chance anyway. That should have been a sign. Good luck if you do decide to receive services from here but as for me never again

I was a little apprehensive just walking in without a referral but I was very, very happy with the way Lana did my nails. As I am traveling across country I have to just walk in as I go along and I’ve had some pretty horrific manicures! She hardly spoke English but everyone was very helpful, she totally knew what she was doing and the place was clean. I really appreciated all of that as I’ve been in the hair business and owned a salon for many many years.

This salon and spa really deserves 10 stars! I dont usually leave reviews and I am someone who has been faithful to my nail salon for years. However, I had to organize an appreciation event for my job near the mall and I picked Luxury based on its well-deserved high ratings. I got a pedicure from a very sweet and meticulous lady named Yen and a manicure from an efficient young man named Chris. Every part of the services surpassed my expectations. The massage was just as good as the nail shaping and painting! My feet have never felt softer and my nails have never been so perfectly shaped and polished. My coworkers who attended the event couldnt agree more and we will be back. It will be bittersweet telling my old salon goodbye!

Moved to Suffolk and was looking for a place by the mall but didn’t want to be In the mall. Found this awesome gem. Salon was clean and nice and spa pedicure was best I’ve had in Years. Will certainly be back again

While getting my nails dipped the technician cut my finger and I was bleeding for a few minutes. Then after only having my nails done one week they all popped off like fake press on nails. I have never experienced that before.

I am not from VA Beach but visit once a year with family. We went to this nail salon last year as a group of 8 and they accommodated all of us with little notice. This year we called ahead for 6 pedicures and they were able to give us an appointment within 2 hours of our call. We arrived and were taken shorty after and the girls actually remembered us from last year. Awesome service!

I get my nails done by Michelle every two weeks. She always squeezes me into her schedule, even if its at the very last minute. The service is prompt (not a lot of waiting around) and professional (everyone who works there is very nice and my nails always look GREAT!)....my nails and pedicures always look AMAZING when I walk out the door, and they NEVER chip/crack before I return.LOVE THIS PLACE!

The staff is attentive and does fantastic work. I tried to get the same results at salons closer to home, but none could compare. Its worth my drive from southern Chesapeake!

I went there a few times while living in Va Beach and I must say I miss it. I always got gel polish on and they did an amazing job. One time I got them done and did a Spartan Beast two days later and I came out having one small scrape in the polish. Never waited more than 15 minutes for a walk in. I recommend them to everyone.

I wish they had negative stars I would definitely give them .I came in asked for a pedicure they said they would be right with me sat there for 30-40min I watched a couple walk in just 5 min before I decided to leave and they got right in and the lady told me to just hold on. I will never come back to this place rude no customer service and I truly believe they have something against big people who dont look like them and who are not European or Asian. If you like discrimination and Horrible customer service that is over priced go there...if not there are plenty other places where they care about the customers experience.

Dirty and ghetto. Was taken to a pedicure chair that was not cleaned and had nail clippings in the tub. Nail girl tried to use tools on me that had been used on the lady next to me without sanitizing them. Kept switching back and forth between my pedi and the woman next to me without changing gloves. I swear Ill never go to another Asian nail salon. They are gross and have zero common sense or concern for cleanliness standards!

My friend and I go to Luxury Nails every 2 weeks for a mani/pedi. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Got them done Saturday. 3 nails already started peeling by Saturday night. Very unsatisfied. I also paid extra for gel nails, and did not receive gel nails.
