I am so extremely excited about my nails. Everyone come get glammed up like!! I did. I love these guys, also theyre very compassionate and want nothing but to make their clients happy what a pleasure!

I legit got my nails done today and it looks like they’re already growing out. the acrylic was so poorly laid out. i was understanding when the guy said he was not qualified to do cow print design and the lady that could do it was leaving. i get that. what i don’t get is how my “freshly” done nails look a week grown?! he didn’t do any cuticle work and didn’t even bother with giving me a drop of lotion right after the manicure cause he was so rushed to help the next client. not to mention the guy was too busy gossiping to even give good customer service. it wasn’t until i was switched off to this one lady- she was v cool- (she had pink hair) that i had good customer service. honestly if it wasn’t for her i literally would’ve had the WORST experience. she did a great pedicure. just would not recommend the guy for acrylics. honestly if you’re visiting from out of state here, DONT.UPDATE: Not even two days after getting them done, one of them break because of the small sliver of acrylic applied to the tip. spoke to the owner, she did not want to work with me on any small reimbursements for the manicure considering i’m out of state. but she had no problem asking me to come back to spend more money and take off $15. if i was local fine, but i’m not so that would not have worked for me. out of state friends, DONT GO.

I’ve been going to Glamour nails for a couple of years now. I was sold by their courtesy, professionalism and the willingness to accommodate my schedule. Let’s not eliminate the fact that the foot massages are great. It’s definitely worth a visit.

The place had good reviews so I went. It is beautiful in there and a very calming environment. I got the green tea special pedicure that was $45. It was amazing. Kenny did a good job. Will go again.

Awesome customer service. I have tried several nail salons only to be disappointed after 1 or 2 visits. I am So glad we found Glamour Nails. We have been a regular for 2 months now. My daughter and I always leave happy.

My mom and I frequented this particular salon many times. My mother was a client of Julie’s. In fact, she wouldn’t go to anyone else but Julie, but had her nails done by Kim once. After my mom raved about the salon and having just moved here myself, I decided to make an appointment.I had my nails done by Kenny twice, and Julie once. The service was ok. Appointments are recommended but not always kept with the tech requested, which had been my mother’s experience. My mom had broken a nail and discovered she had gotten fungus on her nail. She told me that I better take my acrylics off and see if I had it too. Sure enough, I did. On all of my nails but two. In my 40’s, in all the salons I’ve been to, in the many states I’ve lived, having my nails done off and on since I was 18, acrylics, gels, and sns...this is the FIRST time I’ve ever experienced nail fungus! EVER! I was devastated. So instead of having decent nails to start a new job, they’re a mess, that now have to grow out due to a fungus. Many reviews of this salon are amazing and many clients are satisfied but it may be something to consider for the future.

I moved to the Virginia Beach area in 2012 and was looking for a nail salon that did the quality work that I was accustomed to. After 4+ years of trying numerous different salons, I ran across a woman that had beautiful nails and I asked her where she got her nails done and she referred me to Glamour Nails and suggested that I try Kim which is the owner.I called and was able to get an appointment with Kim within a couple days and I was extremely pleased not only with her work, but how welcomed I felt in her place of business, and how clean it was kept.I am happy to say that I have been a client of Kim’s ever since even after moving to Chesapeake, and it is well worth the drive.I know that we all have many choices when it comes to nail salons, but I can honestly say that I am confident that you cannot go wrong by choosing Glamour Nails!!!

Great service! I am from a different state came here after quarantine and it was MUCH needed! Great atmosphere and the mango deluxe spa pedicure was just what I needed! My feet and legs are so smooth and moisturized! My pedicure is nothing less than perfect!!!!

Cute salon, nice people . Not my usual nail tech, went here before a bridal party on 4/6 . On Tuesday 4/9 I was helping my toddler put on her rain boots and the shellac on my middle finger just completely peeled off. I called on 4/10 to let the shop know what happened, spoke with a woman who advised me that they don’t guarantee shellac — first nail shop I’ve heard that doesn’t do that considering it came off in 4 days . I told her about the shellac that came off of my nail and the I also told her my polish was lifting in the corners . She said she’d fix the “one nail but not the rest because she doesn’t know what I do everyday” .Assuming she meant the type of work I do for a living . I work In an office setting . They offered to let me come in and get it fixed this past weekend I decided not to. I was able to peel it off with no soaking . Shellac should be soaked off it shouldn’t just come off . Shellac usually last 3 weeks, I prefer a clear gel overlay it last way longer on MY natural nails and I was told I couldn’t get that because it’s “cheap”, even though I spend $25 on a gel overlay . I spent $48, nails (no mani) cut down and polish change on toes. The price isn’t what matters it’s the fact that there’s no guarantee on their shellac, I can’t speak on other services they offer, but I wouldn’t come again . This is my nails on 4/10, 4 days later.****4/18 in response to the reply from Glamour Nails— When I called I was NOT offered to look at my nails. I was told that she would fix ONE nail and I told her I was just there the Saturday that just past and she said that she remembered me . It wasn’t a week it was 3 days ! I didn’t come in because why would I let them fix one nail and not the rest, that would be a waste of my time and theirs .

Ms. Kim is amazing! She always gives me the exact shape and colour I ask for. She fixed another shops mistake the first time I can in and I will never go anywhere else now.

My girl went here to get her nails done before her birthday weekend. When they were ‘done’ with her french tips, they looked absolutely awful! I made her go back and get them fixed immediately as it was $80.00 worth of work. The white portion was significantly thicker and looked like it had 20 more coats than the clear coat. They restarted the process and finished within 20-30 minutes. After they were done, there were still issues with the tip. The white coloring is spotty and opaque with discoloration (like they reused a brush from a darker color). With that being said, they were friendly and the massage portion was great. We will never go here again though.

I called this morning and made an appointment and drove 30 minutes to get here. After being 5 minutes late they told me they couldn’t take me and that they’re “closed”, yet their business hours says until 7:30?! I don’t recommend them and I wouldn’t come here.

I recently got my nails done for my wedding. I got them done August 5th. I received a pedicure and a gel full set. One of my toes already peeled off and today is August 9th and all my GEL ACRYLICS (that the lady said last 2 months) are ALL off.I received AMAZING service from both party’s and they took their time on me.. just the quality I paid for wasn’t there. It was $65 for the gel manicure and $25 for the pedicure. I gave each a person a $20 tip. I was satisfied when I left just now I feel like it was pointless.

Dawn was amazing! Super nice and did an incredible job on my pedicure. I will be coming back for her again. I did the milk and honey pedicure and felt amazing afterwards. I ended up having to stay past closing to finish and she didnt say anything about that or push me out the door. She was truly amazing! Everything was clean and all the foot baths were lined with liners.

UPDATE: First off I’d like to apologize to anybody my original review brought into this business. Feel free to use my review as the example of the bad experience you dont want when you come.The owner only wants to know what you do, where you visited, how much your hair cost (oh yes she did) and how much in extras she can charge you. Also she openly gets offended when asked about pricing. If the quality was there nobody would question her and her pricing varies. The nails simply DID NOT last for the price period. This place is for pedicures ONLY, well not even because they have critters that crawl by the pedicure chairs on the left side that nobody kills, toes will look and feel good But Keep an eye out.Today my fourth and final visit I needed so many nails fixed, like it’s ridiculous, I hop in the shower and nails lifting off with the chipped and cracked nail beds and shifting because the nails weren’t straight. I showed up 5 minutes after opening time and the owner was very surprisingly booked until 3:00, this place is usually dead-dead, very one at a time. I know she didn’t want to fix them because her last attempt failed. She spent hours When my nails were originally done, but she only used gel on the Direct center and tip of my nails (like it was a fill in) and then did a cheap acrylic overlay. I explained in person that is most likely why the nails are falling apart, clearness is discolored, chipping, nail beds lifting badly and brittle. I let her know I was taking my business elsewhere, thankfully there’s plenty better brighter fair priced nicer decorated quality nail shops that even serve drinks.My third visit for two (30 min) lavender pedicures,She rushed thru my mans feet his massage was minimal and she just applied extra lotion. I needed Rhinestones fixed (that “won’t go anywhere”) and lifted nail fixes. I had not one or two but multiple lifted nails (the painful kind were the tip is still attached to just my natural nail underneath the bottom lifts) she put glue underneath and then did a Very thin overlay of gel which she drilled like a fill in to bring back the far gone shine and finished with top coat that left little air bubbles in the polish look. Because she charged so much when I came alone not 2 wks ago The owner tells me no you don’t need fill in come back in 2more weeks. Not one day later and they are almost all lifted dangerously especially the ones just “Fixed”This is was my second visit here, the first time just a simple nail fix from a different salon I found this place driving down the road. Keep On going to where you can get quality service and products. My birthday hands and feet looked “amazing” for a week. I got the green tea spa pedi with shellac add on and long stilettos with orange yellow designs bright colors glitter, gold foil, diamonds.. My absolute favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure I have been to tons of different nail salons in Virginia Beach and this is by far my favorite!!

Went here to try somewhere new. The last time I got SNS dip the dip was pealing off within a couple of days. I didnt bother going back to get them to fix it at the other place and just let my nails grow for a couple of weeks. I came into here and Kim did my nails. Not only was the place very clean, but my nails looked amazing. I ended up having to have tips put on 5 nails because they were not long enough for what I wanted but all of the nails looked like my real ones by the time I was done. No one could tell which were tips and which were my real nail. She also did my eyebrows. I am incredibly picky about having my eye brows done but she did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend this place. Will probably make an appointment for a week or two from now in the coming days to have my SNS filled. But a week in and they still look brand new!Update 2-3: nails are almost 2 weeks in and still look almost exactly like they did brand new. Usually I’m having to get them filled by now or have chipping/pealing.

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Luis and Tao were so great to us. Luis paid attention to detail and fixed the previous pedicure I had from another salon. Luis created a great experience and didn’t make me feel like just another customer in the chair. My advice is that you make sure you make an appointment, but definitely go!!

I went to this place for the first time. I went as a walk-in for an acrylic full set. I got a chamomile pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. the pedicure options are great! so many different ones to choose from. I wasnt overjoyed about my eyebrow waxing. I was impressed with my nails. The technician who took care of them was Henry. He did a stone marble on my almond tips and they look beautiful!

I saw Kim ( the owner) each time I went. She was pleasant enough and claims to be a Christian. However, after repeated visits. She rushed through my dip nails to get the the next customers; often checking her watch and looking at the customer waiting for her. I would often have lifting a week later and she would say, “come back honey I fix for you.” I believe if she takes her time the first time, I wouldn’t have to come back. Please understand this is not a slanderous attempt, as a Christian I spoke to her directly about rushing. She laughed it off and would say a variation of “no honey, I’m not rushing.” I’m allergic to some of her products, which I’ve told her, and she doesn’t care to accommodate, she simply shrugs her shoulders and won’t provide the other services I pay for, again because she’s rushing to get to the next customer. I was really rooting for her and bringing her business with word of mouth. That stops today, because I do my own dip now!!lResponse to Owner: as a small business owner for two companies, your right we have to keep an eye on own business, not our watches. Each of my customers know I don’t check my phone or watch until it’s my time to go. Just so you know, I always had an appointment.

I can’t believe a “professional” just did my nails. All I wanted was a pink shellac. This is the first time I’ve visited the shop and definitely will be the last. I have a really nice nail bed so it’s hard to mess up my nails but this lady just ruined them. I don’t argue in public so I paid and left. I WISH I COULD POST PICS AND A PORTION OF MY RECEIPT. My nails are uneven, clumpy, cuticles are over clipped, bleeding and look horrid. $30 wasted for sure. The tech I had clearly doesn’t know how to do a simple shellac treatment.

I was having bad luck with two other places I had been in VB and so I decided to look up somewhere new and they did not disappoint. For the quality and the price, you can’t beat it. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name who did my nails and my brows!

Dont go here. Unsanitary. . I went there today. During the pedicure he clipped my toe and there was dry skin on top of the foot stool. He also took the towel that had my clippings and just fluffed it on the floor. He was falling asleep during it all. During my manicure, the woman had a bit of dry skin on her lip, she got it off with her teeth and turned around and spit it out. Then, when I put my hands on the table I put them on someone elses nail clippings.

I enjoyed my visit to Glamour Nail Spa very much! Kim and Jessica are amazing and can do anything youd like. The store is clean and the staff are professional. It felt like an experience at a high end spa without high end prices. They also take walk-ins which is very helpful.

If I could give NO stars I would. When I walked in I showed the Manager Kim a picture of exactly what I wantEd (which was on their website) what I got was nothing like the picture. Not to mention she was rushing. I told her I didn’t like the way she was doing my nails while she was doing them & assumed that maybe she would fix them but she didn’t. After she was done I told her again that I didn’t like them. She told me she would stay later than the close time & fix them. I assume she just wanted to go home & decided not to stay later anymore because once I sat back down for her to do so, she started raising her voice at me and decided to just give me a refund. Very unprofessional of her as a manager.

I get my eyebrows done by Jenny, she’s very gentle and friendly. For pedicures and manicure I trust and love ❤️ Henry and Jenny. Would definitely recommend there device, pricing very reasonable, cleanness and professional at all times.

We have been regular customers for 6 months but no longer since the owner chose to charge us an additional 5 dollars after we left! When my wife followed up today with regard to this additional charge she was rudely told the original charge was wrong and they had called to add the additional five dollars. Very surprised and disappointed as we genuinely enjoyed coming here but never again.

Intent on getting my 15 yr. old daughter mani- pedi for homecoming. I decided to get a full set of acrylic. Made an appt. explaining EXACTLY what I needed. When we arrived I repeated that my daughter needed a mani- pedi and i need a full set, if they could do a full set in the time it takes to do my daughters hands n feet. (There were 3 American women working there oddly,)Repeating my request, we were asked to at a two person station. The guy doing my daughters mani nor the lady doing my full set obviously didnt understand English AT ALL. When i looked at my daughters hands, dude had acrylic nails on my child. My heart jumped, i said no, im getting acrylic, shes a child, he smiled as if he understood as did the woman giving me a mani. But both continued, regardless of my repeated appeals, and Instead of making a sceen, My baby girl got her 1st set of nails. Grrrrrr. But the american employees said nothing, and 2 of them were sitting at the station beside us.Free advice, Learn their language before u go.

Brand new, beautiful, privately- owned, very clean nail salon! Great service, very friendly and hospitable, professional, good prices, and they even give you a discount card! I’ve followed the owner for years-she’s awesome. I’ve had my nails done by just about every employee and they always turn out great! I’m super picky and OCD about my nails and they always get them right. I always get right in when I make an appointment, but even if I don’t, I’ve never had to wait longer than 15min on a busy busy day. Definetly recommend this salon.

First time there and I will never go back. The owner was friendly and the pedicure I got was done well, but the prices were ridiculous. I had an appointment and I still had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. My lady didnt speak English and kept talking in her native language to another employee (which is completely rude). They only accept cash tip, but they do offer an ATM in the shop that charges $1 (which Im sure the owner owns the ATM) 😆 ...I guess Ive been spoiled with my regular nail salon (TH Nails) that offers more reasonable prices, free alcohol, Ive never had to wait when Ive made an appointment, the employees are very friendly and speak to you and they accept tip on your credit card!

First things first, when I called 2 weeks before my appointment, I asked to be seen at 3. When I went in AT 3, they said my appointment was at 4 but no biggie they would see me then. No biggie I thought. I waited about 15-20 minutes to be seen and once I did I sat down and got my chair comfy and the guy started my pedicure. He made my water really hot, which I really loved. Most places make it luke warm. I didnt appreciate when he turned my chair massager on because I personal think the chairs are to rough. Still no huge deal. But! Then he started putting the creams on my legs. He was scooping out the product with his hands that was in my water and on my feet!!! So how many other people did they do they same thing to and now I had their gross feet stuff on mine now because they scooped outnproduct with their hands?!! GROSS. Then he painted my toe nails and told me to go sit at the chair for my manicure. He cleaned my hands and put a weird smelling lotion all over my hands and wrists then told me to wash it off. Okay Weird but whatever. He painted my nails and told me to go sit and the front at the nail drying station. At this point I have been at this place for an hour and half. Never have I had to stay at a nail salon for this long for a manie and pedie. While I was waiting at the drying station NOT ONCE DID ANYONE CHECK ON ME OR MY NAILS. After 30 minutes I was done waiting and checked my own nails, they were FULLY dry. I paid and left a 15 dollar trip *dumbest thing I did* and left. Not even 10 minutes after leaving, the first nail literally slid off my nail. Not chipped or smudged the top like normal, the full polish slid off and clubbed to the top. Never have I ever seen this happen out of the hundreds of times Ive used regular nail polish. EVER. then after about an hour, I had 5 finger nails that had completely smudged off and my big toenail was starting to smudge in the corner. At this point Im beyond ped. Im leaving in less than 2 days to see my husband graduate bootcamp. Between myself being active duty and trying to get ready to go visit him, I barely had time to do my nails so i could look nice when i see him. So i go back in and ask them to redo my nails since it clearly wasnt properly done the first time, and the girl has the audacity to look me in the face and sace thats what regular nail polish does. NO IT DOESNT. So she said she would fix them. So I then asked for gel instead of regular polish so hopefully they would last. Thinking I wouldnt be charged for the awful job they had to fix, she did a wonderful job THE SECOND TIME and then said only 15 dollars WHAT?!! I could NOT believe she was going to charge me and not even discount it or even give it to me for FREE since my first job was clearly not done properly. So I paid and left EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND UPSET. I will NEVER go here again and I highly suggest no one else go here either!!!

I was on vacation and desperately needed a manicure. I chose Glamour Nails based on reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve been getting manicures for years and this was the BEST I’ve ever had. I was taken promptly even though I was a walk-in and treated with courtesy and respect. I wish I could go there every time. Thank you so much, Glamour Nails on Va Beach Blvd!!
