This place is amazing. After having bad experiences at 2 bigger salons, I decided to try these guys, and Im so glad I did. The technicians are very nice. Mr. Min did an amazing job and he took his time. I appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to quality. The price was so reasonable too. I figured it would be more expensive due to the quality of the service, like $80, but it was only 55. I also really appreciated how he took the time to explain things to me since I am new to getting my nails done. He was very personable as well. I think I found my regular spot for sure.

I’ve been here in the past when it was under the previous owner. It was bought out by a family member of the original owner (it’s been through a few as of now).Immediately walking in, you can tell the owner has put in a lot of time and effort cleaning up the space. He’s added a whole plethora of colors and brands for his clients to choose from. He’s also added new shelving units - If you frequent salons, you’ll know these can get messy really quick. You can see the freshness of the new paint. All this shows the owner’s pride and money he’s invested in his business.While I only had my eyebrows waxed, I noticed that each station had shields and sanitizing wipes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s super convenient and worth checking out.

Since Minh took over ownership the salon is cleaner and the service outstanding. They follow the COVID19 rules to insure safety. And of course their pedicures, manicures and fills are outstanding. Ive been going there for years and it is better than ever right now.

I came as a walk-in and was immediately taken care of. First of all, I feel like I finally found the place that does my eyebrows perfectly. The pedicure I got was amazing. So relaxing and professional. Highly recommended.

I am writing this review based on 10 years association with the new owner/management. I highly recommend you visiting KP Nails & More for all your manicure/pedicure needs. They are located in the Red Mill Shopping Center. I visited the shop last week and am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff.

Minh has been doing my nails for about 15 years now. he works hard, is a perfectionist, and is incredibly skilled. He has high expectations for his employees and expects each and every customer to thoroughly enjoy their experience while in the salon as well as enjoying their quality nails for weeks. as of about 10 years a go, i now prefer for no one but Minh to do my nails. Now that he is completely in charge of this shop, know that during your experience there, you will be in great hands no matter which tech does your nails!

The salon has been completely renovated and looks great. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. The manicure and pedicures are the best with alot of colors to choose from. You can consider this business again! It is under new ownership and management and you won’t be sorry for giving them your business! I was here when the previous owner owned the place and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I found out the ownership had changed and it was Minh who owned it, I knew I had to go back! And as expected, the place is spotless, everyone is wearing a mask, everything has been autoclaved and sterilized-everything you expect a nail salon should be! This is the best place for a manicure and pedicure and you won’t be sorry for giving them your business! I promise!!

I went today for a dip powder manicure and pedicure. I was amazed on how well of a job they did. I was able to get a beautiful ombré dip manicure which did not take long at all. The nail technician (I forget his name) was very precise and made sure it was perfect before I left. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back when I am in town!

Very professional and a clean facility!

Whole family has been going to KP for 10 years or so. We were loyal customers even after some bad manipedis periodically. Decided to treat my family to manipedis at 6pm. They had maybe 3 customers and said they didn’t think they could get us. We were very disappointed because we were going on vacation. 10 years of loyalty down the drain. They turned away $400 in business plus tips. I couldn’t believe it. If it were late maybe but not at 6pm for 6 ppl. Well we won’t be going back and found a new place around the corner that’s even better. So long KP. I don’t have the heart to give you 1 Star.

Luv this place !! Guys, if you are shy, dont be! Take your girl and while she is under the dryer, I do not do polish, go to Starbucks and get her a coffee! And tip well!!!

First, the woman who did my nails made racist comments about two women who came in asking about a pedicure and full set. Her comments were generic enough I didnt realize what she was saying until she used the caveat I dont have a problem with colored people, but... and then proceeded go at my nails with sharp implements. It caught me off guard, and I seriously considered leaving with my nails a half-done mess. But I let her finish, thinking Id just leave a review about this place (I see others mentioning they think the employees have a problem with black people--the answer is YES, THEY DO, and theyll apparently tell a white lady all about it). I should have left. If shed been white, thered have been no indecision or shock, and I absolutely would have left. New lesson learned and assimilated. I wont make that mistake again.Also, the polish lasted about 10 hours, and I woke up the next morning with bloody nails. Maybe racist manicures are as weak and mean as the manicurists character? Seems like.In short, the job is shoddy, so youre not getting your moneys worth if thats your only concerns. More important, youre paying at least one and probably more racists who apparently think its okay to claim Black women cant make up their minds about what they want, or else they can but theyre demanding, and when they come in pairs, shes outnumbered and uncomfortable.If youre Black, Id recommend going somewhere youll be treated with respect and not bad-mouthed simply because of your melanin level. If youre white, Id recommend bypassing this place because Black women do not deserve to be spoken to snidely and then utterly disrespected after they leave, and you shouldnt support a salon where this happens.And to the two Black women who came into this place on Mothers Day, one of whom said her phone battery was dead--do NOT return here. Your money spends much better literally anywhere else.

I’m a regular but had such an awful experience with their newest employee this last time. (see my pic with the light pink polish).I got a fill with gel polish from this White lady (the only one there). She was in such a rush! She kept burning me with the drill even when I told her that it hurt over and over again. My gel polish chipped and peeled within ONE day even though I was careful with it.I think it was because she shortened the drying times and rushed especially at the end because some other white lady walked in and she wanted to serve her and stopped paying attention to me. She let my top coat dry for only 5 seconds and didn’t even do the final alcohol spray and check because she was so eager to serve that white lady who walked in. I won’t be coming back.

I really feel like they have a problem with black people. This was the worst experience ever. They are rude and extremely unprofessional!!!

The workers here do not make you feel welcome. Keeping conversations going feels like an awkward inconvenience. They are quick and cheap, but if you ever get gel nails.. DONT! The polish will peel off like stickers and it feels like rubber, mind you I went back to get mine redone and the same thing happened again. Will never be back here again.

It was close to closing time, and did a complete rush job on me and my friend. Nail polish chipping now.

Horrible. The women who did my nails was extremely rude. Then on top of the rude and uncomfortable experience my nail artist took no time in trying to make my nails look nice, I have extra paint and clear coat all oh my fingers and they look so sloppy. Never going back.

Cant believe it! The guy table at the last roll did my fullset in 15 minutes and they all not evenly. Horrible
