This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. We were sitting in chairs for a gel polish change on toes and it took 1.5 hours!!!!! Ridiculous. Before we went and I asked how long is it for a pedicure she said 43 minutes how long is it for a polish change 20 minutes. We are now an hour and 15 minutes late for an event we are going to.

My son and I have been coming here for years for pedicures. We love the quality, price and the customer service. We have used several different people there and they all do a great job.We love this place!

Went for the first time today (10-23-20) to get a full set by Erin, love my nails, but I feel like she charges whatever she wants. She was charging me $80 for a full set with a design on all 10 nails, I didn’t want all 10 nails designed so I asked her to do 4 nails and she still charged me $60. They are to expensive! I shouldn’t have paid $60 for my nails when they are short with designs on 4 nails. I probably won’t be going back. But she was nice, great service and it’s a great place to go for people who can afford it!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in about a week and a half ago and the lady did a wonderful job on my nails, I was very satisfied. I ended up breaking the corner of one of my thumb nails and went back to get it fixed. The same lady that did my nails the week before filled it for me. First she asked if I wanted a fill on all my nails. I told her no, that I just wanted the thumb fixed. She became rude after that. As she fixed my thumb nails she kept huffing about my other nails. I ignored it. She did the right color first, but then went over it with a much darker sparkle powder. The rest of my nails had a nice ombre effect, but my thumb is a block of dark glitter up to my nail bed almost. My thumb looks completely different from all my other nails. She laughed when she finished and snarkingly asked you pkay? To avoid problems I just paid the 5 dollars and left. I will not be coming back to this nail salon.

Use at your own risk, shady customer service and business practices. I have been to T.T. nails on several different occasions for service and every time their prices which are not posted anywhere in the establishment was a different price. This most recent time I was quoted a price for service but was still charged a different and much higher price for service. They also charged me 12 dollars for nail polish that I brought in myself for them to use on my nails. As for the technicians they take an extremely long time to do one customers nails so it often takes me 2 to 3 hours for service that I can get in a way short amount of time anywhere else. I watched customers leave because she said she would be able to do their nails but was unable to because they over book appointments and cannot keep up with the number of customers they have. I am tired of feeling like Im being ripped off for substandard service so I will no longer be using this nail shop and recommend to anyone that they to do the same.

Went to get a SNS mani and when I got there it was pretty empty which I was fine with, a lady came from the back, she didn’t wash her hands just sat down and started doing my nails. Which she was on the phone with it on speaker the entire time which was a bit unprofessional. I wouldn’t have mind waiting until she finished her phone call. When she started my nails she completely started chopping them off and she used a nail she cut off to pry other nails off my nail bed. I jumped several times and stated they hurt. I took time to grow my real nails out and she completely cut them off unevenly. I’ve been to nail salons where they use the aluminum foil and cotton to help soak the nails off. She did none of that. My nails are completely uneven and hacked. I’m disgusted with this service. She began gluing tips on and I couldn’t take it anymore so I stopped and showed her several items that were wrong. I told her how my nails were so tender from her just ripping the old existing nails completely off. My nails underneath were so completely uneven. I will never go back to this place. I left without getting my nails finished.

My pedicure was the BEST! My nail technician took her time, was thorough, careful, and gentle. I will return.

Great quality work. I got one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had in my 20 years of getting my nails done. My 4 year old got her toes and nails done and it was super cheap. I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend this as a kid friendly nail salon and pedicures.

I was a walk in but serviced immediately and my nails looked fantastic when I left! Definitely found my nail spot.

When I went to have a full gel set done the lady who started my nails stopped half way through for another person who just walked in and this gentleman came to finish my nail he was very rude and aggressive ..He also charges me 45 $ when the menu said that cost $40 BUT my nails werent even gel at all they were acrylic which would have cost me 25$ I went home to change color nail Polish because instead of telling me they didnt have my color they tried to take another color and then put some other color on top of it to make it lighter but color was totally wrong and was to afraid to say somethings to guy but I tried painting nails with gel polish and it just dripped right off wouldnt dry VERY UNHAPPY!!! The dad qad was semi nice only one who was

Arrin is truly an artist. I have never been disappointed in her work and she is the ONLY one I will let do my nails. I am very picky about my nails. If I am paying to have them done, I don’t want them to look like I did them.Everyone is friendly and you are greeted upon entering. If Arrin is busy - she will let me know how long - I usually just walk in without an appointment because it is so close to home.

My daughter has been here 3 times now. She went to get a fill today and instead of charging her the normal $20-$25! The girl charged her $41!!! For a fill! That’s even more then a full set!!! Of acrylic nails, not gel! !!! She even chose the same nail polish as last time!!! They are scamming people & it’s not fair!!

I only went one time, which was enough for me. Never will go again!! A older man did my pedicure and hurt me several times, cutting the skin. They shouldnt be using anything that cuts, could cause an infection. They dont use tools that have been sanitized and in new packaging. They dont use liners in there pedicure tubs, very very unsanitary place.
