The whole experience was very rushed, as evidenced by my pedicure. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time which meant I wasnt able to use the massage chair. I never saw anyone clean the pedicure basins. It cost about 20% more than what I normally pay and tipping was a nightmare! They have a sign stating you cant tip on your credit card (you can) and Venmo squares everywhere but there was no way to know which one went to which tech. Overall, I wont be visiting again.
