I made an appointment for a full set three days ago, I received several confirmations, and was super excited to get my nails done (Ive been working in food service for years and just quit, so I could finally get them done). I showed up ten minutes early and was informed that they no longer use the online scheduling system and there would be a 45 minute wait. Minimum. I sat there for a second, deciding whether or not to wait, but ultimately left. Yeah, Im not going to patronize a business that doesnt honor appointments that were made in good faith. Im sure they do great work, but I guess I wont be finding out for myself. The two stars are for the gentleman I spoke with, who was reasonably pleasant.

I’ve been going to Tina for a little over a year now. She is honestly the best nail artist I’ve ever been to. She listens to what you want and makes sure you love your nails before you leave.

I love this Nail shop Ive been going for 9+years now both my daughters go. Its clean, the staff are wonderful, the owners are great if I ever have a issue or I break a nail they fix it. They are fabulous with eyebrows and pedicures.They will be doing a spa party for my granddaughter who will be 7yrs old in April. Very accommodating.

I’ve always known this place was trash but my friend decided to get her eyebrows waxed here and the lady waxed her skin off on each side and now she’s walking around with 2 scars!!! She obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing and needs further training and what makes it even worse is that the lady didn’t even have the decency to at least apologize for her mistake so with all that being said go spend your money elsewhere and not this unprofessional place!

I can’t stand bad customer service & they overcharge by a lot so I’ll take my business elsewhere & not sure if Julia is the owner but the fact that she charged me 15 extra dollars on top of the 80 I spent on messed up nails just because I got a few diamonds in two nails and a butterfly stamp is ridiculous the nails I got before wasn’t even worth 80 just a total rip off .

They over charge you. I asked for a full set regular nail polish and cut the nail as short as u can get it. Square tips. They charged me 30$. Then I called to ask them the next day how much do you charge for a full set they said a diffrent price. Will not come back. They will over charge you. My nail polish is already coming off

I am just leaving the salon and I am not pleased. I usually do not leave negitive reviews. I know 1st time services can be hit and miss and no ones perfect but this service was disappointing from start to finished. He didnt look me in the eye the whole time And wasnt personable. The color that I asked for they didnt have so he decided to pick a color he decided was close without my approval. Started painting a Barbie pink on me when I asked for more of a nude. When I asked if that was the color I had chosen thats when he informed me they didnt have that color and I could pick a different color I asked him to shape it a certain way and he didnt shape it that way at all and when I asked him to fix it he files it a little bit more and then continued on with the rest of my service without asking me if I happy or if thats what I meant. The painting job wasnt good and he had to keep on removing shavings from the polish due to the table he did not clean correctly as he painted. Im from out of town so decided to try this salon but if your like me and are looking for someone thats going to give you a good service I would not recommend this salon. It may as well have just been my technician but you never know who youre gonna get. I believe the managers should be watching and paying attention to who they hire.

The guys are rude, prices change every time you come, and the young girls on Sunday dunno what they are doing. Older Eyelash lady is a sweetheart. The owner are nice, depending who’s there or the mood there in.

I got short nails with French Tips and was charged $65 and the lady cut my finger and it was bleeding

I’ve been going to this shop since 2000. I know, that’s a long time, but, when you find something good, you may as well keep it. Alexis and Tommy are the best, they really care about their customers. Today Calvin did my nails, I was totally satisfied with them. They are all great people.

Rude overprice unprofessional nail techs

This morning I received a pedicure by a young lady Anna who I have started to request. When my toes where finished by being polished I saw where it looked as if a few of my toes didn’t have polish from one side to the other I did point this out to her she told me it was fine. I went to work and saw my 3 toes weren’t polished all the way as I had said. I called the nail shop and spoke with Anna and she said I could come and get it fixed. I left work and the owner Alexis says you messed your toes up mama. I let her know I’m coming to get it fixed. So Anna does the repair and I take my foot out of the dryer and mess up one toe to the point it’s either repair or off with the polish. I go stand at the desk no one says can I help you so I go to the tax office where Alexis is. In speaking with Alexis about this occurrence she tells me Anna is her top performer and I chose her and I stated even good people have bad/off days. I used to go here and Alexis did my services and I see all over AGAIN why I stopped patronizing!!!! The whispers in your dialect isn’t becoming when you have messed a job up!!!

Good little nail shop. Went in and out pretty quick about 40 min for acrylic fill. The guy did a nice job shaping my nail and the gel polish was done nicely. I like their gel colors too. 4* because the cleanliness seemed a little on the uhhh needed some TLC but it could have just been the end of day too. Overall, i would probably go back. Did not receive any other services.

One of the best pedicure’s I’ve had. Excellent value for the services provided. I chose the medium price point, and for $34 it included a sugar scrub, lengthy foot and calf massage, clay treatment and paraffin wax treatment. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Definitely do not go to this place for SCHOOLING. They will try to keep your deposit and not do any hours at all. Excuse after excuse. They don’t have actual hours at all for class. Alexis had such an attitude when I asked for a refund for a service she accepted a deposit for. Finally got a refund a year later because she never provided the class. I brought back her book and receipt today she literally snatched it out of my hand. Very rude. I advise not dealing with these people.

I would give negative stars if I could! I’ve never had so many problems with gel nails until I went to Nail & Nails! I got my original set 1.5 weeks ago and I had to go back twice to get them fixed because either the gel was not applied properly or there were bubbles. Less than a few days from the second attempt at fixing them my thumb is peeling AGAIN. The paint under the gel coat is literally still damp and sticky. They didn’t take the time to make sure it was dry or done correctly. The last lady who “fixed” them was on the phone the majority of the visit and had to ask ME if she applied however many coats because she wasn’t paying attention due to her phone being more important. I couldn’t even do this to mess them up if I tried to. I’m furious at literally wasting my money. Don’t go here!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in years! They took there time and did a fantastic job! The prices are decent for the services that are provided. Your not over paying. I will be stationed here for a few years and I will be going here regularly from now on!

Went here for an acrylic fill in of long (natural) almond shaped nails. Requested that he cut them down as short as he could while still keeping almond shape. He cut all of my nails down to nubs. I asked how he was going to form almond shaped ends with no ends to form. He stated that most of the time when customers come with long nails they want them cut down to square shape. I said but I told you almond shape. He proceeded to remove a very small amount of acrylic at the tips add a fake nail in and patchwork my nails together. It looks lumpy & bumpy. He then charged me for repairing my nails bc he had to go back and add tips since he did not listen to me initially. While I was here, another customer came in stating that she had gotten her nails done 2 days ago & they were already breaking. Beautiful shop, high prices, terrible work & customer service.....DONT GO HERE!

Great spa pedicure and my manicures are always wonderful!

My nails were chipping a day later. I was overcharged. As I needed a gel fill. He claimed he charged me for two nail repairs of my real nails. How do you repair a real nail that is chipped at the top? File it down. Why was I charged for that? When I asked why I was charged for repair he then stated that itd a separate price. I hate hate hate shady business. If you dont know how to run a reputable business then ask some of the other thousands of nail shops in the area.

I went to three other salons in this area and they wouldn’t even great me let alone provide any services so I came to this place and they really take their time and they are very nice

Normally I am very pleased with the quality of my nails after leaving this salon. However, I went in yesterday to get a fillin and they were done very poorly. The young man who did them was very rough and impersonal. Once I walked out the shop into better lighting I noticed that my nails look horrible.

This place was horrible they had a older lady do my pedicure the polish was super thick I did not have time to get it fixed that day I went back this evening to get it fixed and I was charged $30 for it to be fixed this is the worst customer service ever and they never have enough employees working Mind you I went on a Sunday for the pedicure and came back Monday when I got off of work

Came in for a French shellac application and the woman obviously wasnt comfortable with doing French tips but didnt say anything. The tips didnt look like what i was used to but i was on my way to am event so as long as they looked done out would be ok. However when done and i looked at the job overall they looked awful the polish was lumpy and even chipped that same evening-although shellac is supposed to be a 2week manicure. I went back to shop next day to have them repaired, the same woman was there again, after i showed her my nails she then had a whole conversation in her native language and they all started to laugh as i just stood in the middle of the shop waiting for instruction. Couldnt help but to feel as though i was thebutt of some private joke. Finally i was told it would be better if i just picked a solid color.....if she wasnt comfortable doing tips she should have just said so from the beginning. Although they didnt charge for the repair the layers of polish she used were so thin the true red color never shined through and still chipped 3 days later. I wont go back and dont see a need for complaining to management because she was there and was actually one of the ones laughing in the shop. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. They have been in business for ac while but the are definately slipping.

Good place to get your nails done

This salon also offers watch battery replacement. Long story short, came in with my citizen eco drive, they said they couldnt make it run even with new battery so they will put back the old battery in it. Few months later, brought it to a new repair shop and i was told that whoever tried to repair it before him screwed it up. They took off the brass lining where the rechargeable battery sits so it would recharge by itself. So i called this shop back and ask why they didnt put the brass lining back and now i have to spend $80 to have it repaired. I was just trying to see if they could do something about it or the least, apologize. Instead of apologizing for their incompetent untrained repair person, he said that next time i should go to a proffesional watch company to get a good service. Whoever that guy i spoke to was a BIG douche bag. Very rude, extremely unprofessional! Stay away from this shop.

There is one thing I like less then not being up-front. I would have been okay with this place they had just told me what their prices were up front. I walk in and ask how much is a refill they say $14 but then when I go to check out its $27! he had asked me what color so I told him well I like pink, then he asked do you want it shortened I said sure BUT! he did not say beforehand that it would be more money! So I of course thought it was included since he was not up front with me. Please!!!! Tell your God damned clients what they will be paying for before you do it, I probably would have been happy to accept the cost at he was quick and did the work well but I did not appreciate at all the feeling of being thrown under the bus.
