Great gym with the best equipment in all of Virginia Beach. Its never crowded and the owners are very nice and extremely helpful. Overall its a great atmosphere to pursue any fitness goal, whether you want to lose 100 pounds or compete in the Olympia, its definitely the place you want to be. Thanks!

Great gym! Had tons of equipment, including some equipment I haven’t seen in years! I love the “dungeon” atmosphere and would highly recommend this gym!P.S. owner was great and went above and beyond helping me. Make sure you call ahead to make sure someone is there to let you in for a day pass.

Best gym in VB and it’s not close.

I am a local physician and am blown away by this gym and the owners. The gym is amazing and has equipment that you rarely find these days. But that’s not the best part.The owners are completely hands on. Their knowledge base and understanding of human physiology is more than most physicians. If you haven’t met Kenny and Jen, you are in for a treat. I just want to ask how much is membership?

I have been going here for a few months, and by far this is the best gym i have found in the area. They have more equipment than any other gym, better hours, and constantly have events where they bring in top pros.

I have been to a lot of gyms around the area. I was super stoked when this one opened because of all of the awesome and different equipment they have! If you are anywhe in or near Virginia Beach, you should definitely stop by to get a workout in and meet the awesome owners!

Decent gym in the Virginia Beach area. Has a variety of used and some new equipment not seen in other gyms in the other. Owners are only staff members at the gym, keyless entry access, lockers, & posing room available. I would give a higher review however the gym is very dirty, the equipment are NEVER wiped down, there is barely ever toiletries in the bathrooms which would include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. There are also no spray bottles available to clean equipment if need be. Apparently issues like this has been brought up to the owners but nothing has been down. For the amount they charge monthly, they should keep up with the place. Also the lighting in the place is very low, dungeon feeling. This place has opportunity to improve and hopefully the owners take this and other complaints into consideration.

This gym is AIGHT for the local area. The owners are ignorant, any comments or complaints made directly to them, they completely ignore and basically its if you dont like it then find another gym. What kind of business owner treat their customers like this? Unprofessional and money hungry people! They clean the gym when they want to and when they do its still not completely cleaned. Their equipment is wearing down and many need improvement/repairs. They keep yes lights low but Im sure its to truly hide all the dirtiness of that gym! Like the previous reviewer has stated and goes to show by the owners response is that they are inconsiderate and all about money! I have never been to an actual gym facility that functions this way and that all they care about is their needs. The music is extremely loud that you cant even speak to whoever you are training with. Its so loud you have trouble even hearing your own music. They have to much equipment that there is barely any room. I have been to bodybuilding gyms that are 10x better than this one in other cities. This is main reason they keep looking customers and only gaining new ones that dont truly know who the are and havent had the privileges to experience a better gym! They are nice in the beginning but eventually you will see their true demeanor and that anything you tell them means nothing to them. Only reason why I write this review here is to give true light to others of this place and the owners of this gym. I dont see them lasting forever, someone will open up another gym the RIGHT way and take these money hungry owners out. Good luck VB Iron!
