Love this place and the customer service I get when I visit but today was not a fun experience. Apparently about “six people” had called out which was not the issue. I think many people understand living in covid times that we will now deal sometimes with longer than wanted wait times which isn’t a problem to me. The issue came from listening to the young lady working the register complain to employees that other people had called out and she was going to walk out herself despite a manager reassuring her things would be fine as they always get through hard days. Not only that but hearing her slam the phone after every call she took and her tone talking to paying customers was disgusting. Jobs can be very stressful and her morning seemed to turn around as more employees showed up but I just think this is a learning opportunity for her. Not one customer appeared to be worried or questioning the wait times so the scene she was causing in front of waiting customers was unnecessary and unprofessional.

I was pleasantly surprised with the value of this service. I arrived around 11 am. Was greeted right away. I received full service so I got out of my car and sat outside working. They offer free wifi. The staff was friendly, timely, professional and did an EXCELLENT job. 👍🏻❤️

I got the deluxe interior detailing & carpet washing. They offer a double detailing discount, so I only had to pay $100 for both detailing services. My carpets were pretty bad from a lot of gardening & going to the beach. My car looks absolutely fantastic!!! The carpet looks great & all the dust/crud on the dashboard & cup holders is gone. Ray worked on my car & did a marvelous job, 100% recommend car spa.

I love getting in a clean car! They did a great job for a reasonable price and were done in less than an hour. Staff is always pleasant, even when theyre out there working in this crazy heat!

Car Spa used to provide customers with a clean ride that shined for at least a week. Well those days are gone. Today I went by Car Spa at Holland Rd and Lynnhaven Pkwy for a full service cleaning(inside & out). Upon getting my keys once they were done, I check my rear seats too see that all the dirt from Tias games from this past weekend was still present. When I asked Kevin why the seats werent cleaned, he states that they dont normally clean seats, thats typically an extra charge,, they only vacuum the floor mats.Thus, there is no need to step inside Car Spa ever again. To make matters worse, they have gone up on their prices. Looks like Ill be at Family Car Wash in Norfolk for a thorough hand wash both inside and out at a cheaper price including a tip.

Went for a basic drive thru car wash vacuum which took wayyyyyyyy to long. I Pulled up at 10:04 am two cars in front of me.i didnt get done till 11:38.

Been there numerous times.For $30 dollars my car should be spotless. I asked for extra care in the windows, they are streaking (rear more so). I used to detail my own cars, getting older.Very disappointed. I could go back, I live 20 minutes away. The supervisor has to inspect every car, especially when special consideration (windows) was asked for.Car # 2810

They do such great work here. From oil changes to basic car wash all the way up to a full vehicle detail. Ive never had a bad experience in all the years going here

We were visiting from out of state in a RV Park during a very rainy time. Mud everywhere, especially the truck. The guys up front hosing off the truck paid special attention to the horrible running boards. The rest of the car wash was great too plus strong vacuums that are free with the wash.

Engine light and oil light came on directly after I picked up my car.

I paid $16 for mat shampoo and the one in the back was dry/dirty and dusty. When I asked the guy he said we just wiped it, I didn’t take it out and that’s why it is not wet. Like WTH! I paid for a service and they didn’t do the job, I see bread crumbs on it. This is the second time I go there and ended up very disappointed. Heard my friend saying too they don’t do a good job. Like her, I am not going back there ever again! Would give them -2 stars if I could.

The Car Spa on North Hampton Blvd. Does a reasonably good job. I have no complaints on the wash. I had a monthly reoccurring wash plan that I was very happy with for at least a year. In December 2020 I bought a new car. I took the old sticker for the membership and turned it in to an employee and told them I wanted to continue with the plan for my new car, they put a new sticker on my car and I went through the wash. The next time I returned the gate would not open and an employee had to come over, taking there time, and told me they fixed the problem. The problem was never fixed on 5 other occasions I returned was was told by the employee the problem was fixed. It was never fixed and on my last visit I told them I wanted to cancel my membership the employee gave me a receipt indicating it was canceled. My credit card has been charged for 4 months. I have been back and talked to employees who told me they didnt know how to fix the problem. I would not do business with this company again because they apparently dont know what they are doing and I can not trust them.

This is without doubt the absolute slowest car was I’ve ever been to in my 14 years of driving a car. The wait to simply put in my order was 30+ minutes. Then I waited roughly another hour for them to get finished. I’ve seen other car washes do twice the volume in half the time with the same quality. Giving 2 stars because they actually cleaned it and did what I paid them to do. Do not come here if you want to wait forever. Come here if you enjoy waiting for a decent car wash.

Great friendly staff. Got an oil change done which a free car wash is included and can be redeemed within two weeks. Tint Mafia also has a garage set up where they tiny window for reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning for that service as well

It’s a little costly but worth the convenience. I go up there to have my Jeep vacuumed and the interior wiped down. They toss in a fast car wash and will give you a reimbursement for if it rains the same or next day. Decent size sitting area while you wait. I really enjoy swinging by

The people and service was great! Only giving it 4 stars because of the wait to be and helped along with the time they said it would be finished. It did take a good 15 mins before someone came to my vehicle. Also was told 2 1/2 hours but took about 5 to get detailing done. Even though they tried the best they could to get coolant stains outta the seats some stains were still left. Either way looks better then what it was when I dropped it off. I appreciated the time and effort put in.

I finally brought my car in to the Lynnhaven Holland Road location for a detail after a recent road trip with my kids. I opted to have the interior vacuumed and conditioned and also a cleaning on the outside. It took almost five hours to be completed. When I picked up the car the guy was talking about how he only got a $1 tip for the entire day. So I went ahead and just gave him a $10 tip and left. Upon returning home I realized that theyre still sunflower seeds under my seat, dead bugs all over the front of my car and overspray on the plastic areas of the interior that was not wiped up as well as the corners of the seat panels and parts of the dashboard was not wiped properly. The seats also still had spots on them that I easily wiped up myself . Since they were already closed last night when I realized it, I spent the majority of today finishing up the detailing of my car. Definitely not worth the $90 plus tip. The whole point of me dropping it off was because I did not have time to do it myself.

This has to be the slowest and most unorganized car wash I’ve seen. So far it has taken 25 min to start vacuuming with only 3 cars ahead of me to start the wait. Person vacuuming has to be the most unmotivated person. They don’t take cars in order of arrival, they seem to be severely understaffed. Exterior of car looks ok wheels are still covered in break dust, tire shine is sloppy at best. An hour and a half of total wait time for this is a waste of money and time. Wouldn’t come come back even if it was free and half the wait time. 😢

So my daughter came in there to have her car cleaned and after it was done when she went to leave she noticed money was missing out of her consol. She contacted the manager and they supposedly looked at the video to see what happened and said they seem nothing. I think the video should have been reviewed with my daughter so that she could have seen for herself. That’s like covering things up. You have a thief working there and I am going to get to the bottom of this and I will find out the person or persons that took her money. This is so unacceptable and I am going to contact my lawyer to have this resolved since you can’t do it.

While I understand that service might be slow due to COVID, there still is a certain amount of service needed to keep the lines moving. The gentleman running the lines appears to be inattentive related to which lines he services first to move forward I sat in line and watched him move 2 lanes forward and when I complained he intentionallydidnt service my lane. I know this because I heard t it addressed to him on his walkie-talkie and literally watched him service another lane not once but twice. Poor poor service. Its not even that crowded and that us very poor service.

I visit car spa for oil changes. The service is fast they have my records on my car. They make it easy and give you a car wash with the service. The guy working in the oil change section has been their for years and I trust him.

I came back home not fully satisfied with the wash, paid for top tier inside and out wash. The inside was okay but the outside of my car still had dead bugs, water marks and in corners dirt. I’ll give them another chance but for a first impression it’s not a good look.

Ok so Im very new to VA all the way from TX, and I had all these little black dots all over my vehicle, many dont know theyre called artillery fungus aka shotgun fungus comes from trees and mulch... Anyway those things DO NOT come off with a regular wash. I called this place to see if they knew how to take them off etc. thankfully the answer was yes. SO... I got here today right at 8am, and while I was there ALL DAY LONG (I expected this) the two girls that worked on my car with clay bar all over my car including the roof of my car did an amazing job. I even got a wash, polish, and a little bit of interior cleaning which I was not expecting at all..... So yes it took forever but I am completely happy, and each girl deserved more of a tip than what I gave them although I feel the tip was pretty decent, their work was worth more than I could give. I wish I had asked for their names, but thank you ladies!P.S. I WILL be coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 3 hours for them to give it back in poor condition!! Most of the time it was just sitting there while they worked on other cars before ours. When I asked whats going on they wouldnt give a straight answer either.. We will never go back there again!! Paid over $150 for the detailing too. Highly do not recommend.

Never ever again!!! My first time here ever. Paid $90 and I could have done a much better job in 1/2 the time. Very disappointing. See my pics for what you get for paying $90. My cup holders werent even touched, another compartment under dash wasnt touched, my door pockets werent touched, hair all over passenger seat. Crevices were not cleaned, by the shifter was all still nasty. I honestly think they just vacuumed, and shined my steering wheel and dash board because only those 3 things looked great. I could literally take a wipe and at least wipe these things and take 5 minutes, they didnt even touch them. They still have crumbs everywhere. Worst experience ever, I would never recommend them. Stay clear!

Did a great job. Were from Pennsylvania so our van was covered in salt. These guys were awesome. When we left our van was spotless. If we have time on our next trip down well have the inside cleaned too.

Shoddy job on the windows. Left many streaks. Missed wiping down door on inside on one side. I have to work hard for my money and pay attention to details. I guess Car Spa employees don’t have to…

Came here right when they opened at 8 a.m. for a detail on a Chevy Equinox. Ive been waiting for 3 hours and they havent even started on it. Ive already seen 10 cars get done before me and like I said, I was the second person in line right when they opened. If you have all day to wait around then this is the place for you.

I rent my car out, and its always a good time, but i had a man smoke in my car destroying the inside. I took it here to get a full package, wax, and ozone done for $179.99. Took a few hours, but when i got my car back i swear it was a brand new car.. ive never seen it look this good. Not only is the cigarette smell gone, and the ashes gone, it looks like they redid my entire inside. Will be coming back!

My Volkswagen Tiguan, has never been washed except by my husband, it is garage parked, so shes a very special little car to us. I just went to Nags Head with two of my best friends and of course theres sand in it on it around it, so my husband suggested I take it to you I did you cleaned it so well I couldnt ask for anything better. She shined like a new penny period and they even offered to read wash it if it rained the next day period but they have so many people theyre working on these cars I couldnt ask for a better group of people taking care of my car. I only took them $5 but I thought theyre doing such a good job I hope they all get $5 at the end of the day a piece from everyone. I would send anyone to this place its great the manager even was out there working on the cars so I told him how grateful I was I sent in a brownie point I think on the ticket that they gave me, but I just saw this come up on my phone so I thought Id better tell you again you do a fantastic job, and if I ever need my car washed again, without my husband doing it you will be the one I come to . It’s a little bit out of my way, but because Car Spa has the BEST PRICES IN TOWN when it comes to oil changes plus their deal with free washes, I’m willing to drive further just to receive their services. Employees are professional and accommodating. If they don’t have an auto part required for their oil change services, they will point you to the right direction as to what part you need to get, and they will apply discounts based on the price of your parts (of course, with manager approval and proof of purchase). Will always come back.

Ill go back in hopes I have a better experience.....stay tuned!

Waited over 20 minCars in front were all empty nobody moving them just vacuumming slowly - then when I actually got out and said we just want to drop off for detail- we finally got through to drop off for detail. Huge waste of time

I just moved in down the road on January 9th. I got stuck in the mud when I was moving in. My car is white, so really needed it cleaned. I went here to get my car cleaned outside and the inside. They only vacuumed and wipe down the front of my car, not the back. The outside came out great, but they are lazy. I dont recommend.

Car Spa Car wash its very thorough and detailed especially their Express Detail Express Polish selection. My vehicle looks brand new like I drove it from the dealership. Im very impressed with this business. Try it you too will say the same.

Service and quality of work is fantastic if you can get your car in. I called in yesterday at 4:15p to ask if I could drop my car off for interior detail, I was told that I should be ok to drop my car off as they stopped taking cars at 5p but the employee wanted to double check. I definitely appreciate the effort made by the employee to double-check because it turned out that they had stopped taking cars at 4:15p. Cool, thats understandable, its pretty close to 5p anyway. I try calling today at 3 different times and only get the voicemail. No big deal, Ill just drive by because the place it right around the corner from my house. Its 2:45p now and I get into the full service line, sit for 15-20 minutes waiting before Im approached by a gentleman that informs me theyve stopped taking interior details for the day. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but their customer service and communication sure could use some improvement. Not to mention some sort of consistency in when the cut off is for accepting interior detail jobs. I get that its mid-day, but if you say 5p is the cut off, 5p should be the cut off. Im sure this place has done just fine without my business and will continue to do fine, but they missed out on $130 today.UPDATE: I went in today to try again, I went in about a quarter til ten and their system was down, but Tim was extremely helpful and took my car in even with the system outage. I picked my car up after they finished and the quality of work was just as usual... SUPERB! I really appreciate the extra effort on the staff for making this possible. Its nice to be able to have such services available to provide a sense of normalcy in a time that isnt quite normal.

I got a detail done here, and they did AMAZING! For only $50 they made my car smell amazing & I had a ton of dog hair in my car, & they got it all out. 10/10 great job & would definitely come back!! 😊

I dropped my truck off for full service and an oil change. The process was no problem, super easy. I picked my truck up as round sunset so I wasn’t able to get a really good look at the details. But once I was able to see the next morning the vacuuming job was horrible. Dirt, leaves and lint were still there they didn’t even bother to move the seats forward or backwards to clean under. Center console was left open for them to clean and was never touched. Chips and crumbs still left in the door. This is the worst vacuuming job I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place at all.

Quick and easy full service car wash for a reasonable price. They always get my car clean and fresh again.

The managers here really work hard and make sure your monthly subscription gets you the moneys worth. I have the gold subscription for our family vehicles and try to take them once a week. Great care and the employees bust their butts with the amount of cars that go through.

Did not complete their inspection such as checking the serpentine belt, battery water and other things that were on the checklist. They just love trying to upsell me stuff, but did not complete what they were supposed to do. They just lost my trust. Please note in the photos: transmission oil dipstick, unsealed battery as well as receipt. Receipt showing that serpentine belt, transmission fluid and the unsealed battery were not checked.

Slowest moving people I have ever seen, it took almost an hour to get my car vacuumed. When I spoke to the manager he said they were short staffed, but if thats the case they should have stopped taking cars. I could t get out of the line because cars were backed up behind me onto Holland road

If you love a nice looking car than you will love this place. They are always fast and very knowledgeable about how to keep your car looking nice and new. Tim the GM is on top of things. The past few times I have been there he is always around making sure customers are happy. You dont come across managers like that anymore!Great customer service and never a wait. I definitely recommend this place.

Car looks great but the manager could have shown a little understanding about only having samsung pay available for me just for a week because I lost my card. This place definitely needs to ask people before they drop their cars off how they will be paying because they dont take the only way I have to pay for things this week.

I was charged for ext. platinum and they just ran my car through car wash and said ur good to go. I told them that I was charged for tire shiner and they said they’re not doing it right now. They didn’t apologize or took money off of the platinum wash. They basically charged me for platinum wash and gave me basic wash. I’m never coming back here again. They should’ve told me that they’re doing only basic washes.

They did a great job! I had a spot were someone spilled apple juice on the seat and the car spa was as able to remove it. Not did they detail the inside but outside was just as super. Prices range from basic $20 to $100 just depends on what you want done to it.

Got the top service for cleaning and they didnt even clean all the car. Windows still dirty and some werent even touched.. doors werent cleaned out and cup holders still dirty.

I literally just got my car cleaned and they didn’t do anything but vacuum. They didn’t wipe down anything and didn’t even give me a air freshener that I paid for, & I gave them a tip. Never going back

This is what car washes should be. The have self serve bays, automatic wash, vacuums, everything you need. The facility is kept up very well and the staff were super friendly. Yes they have staff!!! You don’t understand how useful having a person at the car wash is until you experience it. Highly recommend using them next time you need to do some cleaning on your car/truck.

I think the outside looks good. The center console could use some more love but the chairs and mats were vacuumed nicely.

They did a really really good job detailing my car before i went home to chicago. I forgot to take before and after pictures to help make this review better. However i only ordered 3 packages and they gave my the car polish for free. Thank you for a good car detailing. The only problem that i can say is that after the detailing the seats still were mildly wet from the shampooing.
