If youre looking for a used car in Norfolk this is the place to go! We went to Norfolk to get our son a vehicle since he is recently stationed there. After looking at other dealerships in the area we stopped at Beach Auto. Was our sales man. While we were waiting for him to check his inventory at another lot we seen a 2015 Chevy Cruze the mileage was high and we told Jim we were not and a high mileage car. While Jim was looking through his inventory I realized that the car that I was looking at was in pristine condition we bought the car the dealership gave us the Carfax they have a one month warranty and because Jim knew we were concerned with a high mileage vehicle for a very small fee they put a bumper to bumper one year warranty on this vehicle. My son was ready to go in on to deployment in the next 3 days and the manager at Beach Auto offered to store the vehicle for him at no charge! Folks if youre looking for a used car in Norfolk this is the dealership to go till way to go guys at Beach Auto! We appreciate you going above and beyond!

Havent experience the services yet but in case of making people engage with the services my opinion is to have better images for an advertisement. 1st) Show a picture of the seller and the buyer seemingly shaking hands and almost closed the deal. It helps so that potential buyer knew already the face of who can they talk to if they go there. 2nd) Put led lights signage so people can still view your establishment. Have a better lightings too so even at night passersby can look at the cars

I havent been to the place l, but as i went through the pics they seem to have such a nice looking selection of cars. The prior reviews have said that there are still room for improvement so i hope they do as this place really looks quite nice to buy a car from!

I will tell you this..I went to this place with a friend just to see about buying a car because she was in desperate need of one. This place is the epitome of buyer beware. The salesman was very he was friendly but you know very well he was just trying to sell that car. the car that Im talking about and you see pictures of was a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Limited. It had a massive oil leak under the hood and an even bigger Freon leak. We took it on a extremely long test drive which was very painful.the cabin filled up with oil exhaust because it was dripping onto the hot engine and every time you cut the heat on the fumes blew into the cabin. The vehicle itself needed extensive work. they tried to act like they didnt know that the vehicle had these issues because they do all the repairs on site with people who look like theyre not certified mechanics. The cost of the vehicle was well over what it was worth. And after she said she had cash the vehicle went from around 4,500 to almost $8,000. I caution anyone about going to this place. Its sad places like this exist. They prey on people with adverse credit or are in bad situations. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible, I bought an explorer from here and have had to dump about 6 grand into just to make it drivable. They inspect their own vehicles, (even though he tried to show me some bs paperwork of someone else doing it but the stick on my car says it was by beach auto🙄 liar) second, I wanted to buy the car same day but had to go to Richmond to get the cash and was told I could come back on Sunday and the salesman would meet me at the dealership to sign paperwork etc, called the salesman he told me I couldn’t buy it until he was back on maybe Monday or Tuesday( because he was buying a boat and was 5 hours away? Like why tell me to come back Sunday then?) gave me the run around on the phone between the sales man and the owner. I should have known with it being that difficult to just buy the car that I shouldn’t have bought it. I should have listened to my gut. Never again. I would never recommend them to anyone.UPDATE: Carmax would only give me 2,500 for the car because it broke down and all the coolant went everywhere and the water pump and timing chain had to be replaced. Beware of this place!!!!

I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Beach Auto in August of 18. It needed to get some door handles and window control panels replaced, but unfortunately with my job, I had to do some traveling and wasnt able to bring the car in until January. The people at Beach Auto were incredibly helpful and made sure that I got the necessary work done to my car despite it being months after my purchase. They even threw in a free detailing and painted the door handles to match the rest of the car. The car runs great, Ive driven it for work all up and down the east coast with absolutely no problems at all. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable car.

Poor customer service. salesman was on the phone for a personal call when we arrived, did not get off for another ten minutes. all employees working that day were rude to us and spoke to us like we were stupid. would not recommend buying from them.

I bought a Ford Focus 2003 a few months ago and the car still runs great. They took care of the hassle of going to the DMV and got tags for me as well. Whenever I needed something, Amine made sure to take care of me. Customer service was pleasant as well.

No stars, if I could but in order to post a review I needed to at least rate them a 1 star!!! This dealership is so full of ##!8. The only time you can actually get a hold of them and they are willing to assist you is when they are trying to sell you a car. After that forget it. My son who is stationed in Virginia needed to purchase a car saw and purchased the so called green beautiful 2002 Mini Cooper thats still showing on their sight as being sold. My son was assured that the minor radiator issue would be taken care of and for him to come back for it to get fixed. To this day they continue to make up all kinds of excuses. The icing on the cake is now my son is told by another mechanic shop that his transmission is now shot ant the repairs will cost upwards of $3500.00. He has attempted to call and they were not answering however they picked up when he used a friends phone! It has not even been 3 months since he purchased the vehicle. Please do not be fooled by these fools...they are a joke of a dealership!!!

I was their technician for 2 weeks now hes completely refusing to pay me and half of the car is up there didnt even pass inspection that whole car lot is full of nothing but junk scrap and rusted rust buckets

At first i had nothing but nice things to say about this place. before i bought the car i let them know i am not in the postition to have a car i have to pay to get fixed anytime soon. and i thought they listened to me when i said that. there was something that needed to be fixed and they fixed that but when i got my car back my car started shaking very badly when at a light and not even 3 weeks into having this car it shuts off in the middle of the road and ever since then they have been terrible. they tried making me pay for something that was there before i purchased it or who knows they could’ve caused it when they fixed my car the first time. so i went somewhere else and found out there’s a serious issue with my car. DO NOT COME HERE!!! they will lie to you just to get some money. mind you i’m still paying for this car with them.
