Very impressed! Ordered a remote starter two years ago for our daughter for Christmas. Life got in the way and it took us until now to get over there to have it installed. They installed it at no charge which was a nice surprise being we had waited so long. They did a great job, were very professional and we would recommend their services to all.

This place rocks, got my viper remote start for my GT86 years ago and I was very satisfied. Brought another car today for an audio system and this dude still on top. Highly recommend it, I didnt even try other places because I know this dude did a good job so I wont even go anywhere, too bad Im heading out of the area soon. His name is Tim, he runs it day and night. He would be busy with his schedule but trust me, if youre patient, you wont regret it. He does military discount in case you wonder.

Planned on getting all new audio equipment for 7 of my vehicles. The employee that worked there seemed not interested and acted very impatient with me.I appreciate your response. I ended up getting the products and service, from a source nearby your location. Even during this difficult time they took proper precautions and still managed to assist. Imagine that. If you were so busy during the time I came into your store or were out of breath, I wouldve gladly rescheduled to return at a later date to get some advice and products.

Terrible and awful management/customer service . This shop is 40 min away from me but I’ve decided to give them a try based on the reviews . But for not having to drive all the way over there for nothing I wanted to call and make sure first (have an idea about the price and especially to make an appointment) . I called 11 times within 3 hours, not one time someone picked up. What’s the point of having a phone number then ? They don’t even have a website so only to reach them is to actually go there . So stupid !!!

First time there was about a week ago. I had quotes from other sites and Ragen Car Audio was in line with them. I choose them because of how Tom talked about his business, product and customers. He added a personal touch that you do not see as much as we should these days. Not surprised he has 5 out of 5 stars from every other review. I had the works add to my 2006 Ford F250 with a New Stereo system, Speakers, Back up Camera and Remote Start. Tom had it all done in one day and even sent me pictures since I was on the road. I will definitely revisit Ragen Car Audio with any and all of my car audio needs.

Went in the store, Tim was very busy but he still took time to look at my truck and show me what was the best unit for my truck at a fair price. I purchased a pioneer with stereo and backup camera and he gave me a military discount. I was very happy with the way he treated me, so I made an appoinment to come back and have it installed because there were other people ahead of me. He has good prices and is a friendly professional. To start this off, my experience was great. Left an online quote request for remote start in my diesel, and a Bluetooth radio. Tim called me the next morning and narrowed down what I actually wanted. Gave me a very fair price. Dropped the truck off at 11:30 to get a radio and the remote start installed. Fast forward to 12:30, Tim called to let me know the radio is installed, but when he went to install the remote start there was already a unit installed. (Bought the truck used, and it didn’t mention it anywhere or have remotes). He told me he programmed some remotes and everything fired right up. THAT is the honesty i wish every shop had. He could have handed me my truck back and charged me the price we agreed on, and i would’ve never known... but he didn’t. He was honest, and i can’t thank him enough. The radio install is amazing as well. 6 Stars!

Had a remote start installed on my wife’s 2018 4Runner. Turned out awesome! Tim did a great job and I highly recommend him for anything you need. Will definitely be going back for more work in the future.

I was really pleased with a lot of aspects in my interaction with Tim. He was able to quote a price super quickly with just a little bit of basic information. He was professional over the phone and not pushy. When I arrived I was really surprised with how clean his shop was, also how well thought out it seemed to all be...(right next to the mall, um yes!) seating area if you want to wait there as well. I went in for a remote start install, Tim took the time to walk me out and show me everything I needed to know about the unit and install. He also was able to answer questions I had about installs for other products and rattled off install time, price and his availability.Just overall knew his stuff, reasonably prices and great experience.THE ONLY con is that he was TOO fast so I feel like his labor rate spaced out over two hours is reasonable...when he gets it completed in one hour I was pleased but then realized his time cut in half means his hourly rate just doubled. Ha I am still happy and just speaks to his professional knowledge.

Went here because my friend told me go get my subs and amp installed at this shop. And boy I was blown away by the service Tim provided. He did a great job explaining parts to me and everything. Rage N Car Audio is fantastic. I needed a new subwoofer for a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I went to You tube and saw that the rear of my car had to be practically dismantled in order to remove and replace this part. I groaned when I saw the amount of money, time and work involved. Tim really knows his stuff and is highly skilled. He took less than 20 minutes to remove the part and the whole job took less than 1 hour. He probably could have finished even quicker if he wasnt so polite by answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. The price he quoted me on the phone is exactly what I paid. No extra fees or hidden costs. For the ladies, his shop is so clean. Tim truly deserves a 5 star plus rating.

Great place the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and got my remote start replacement done in 2 mins and it was 50 dollars for the key also is installing a new radio display for a great price and is doing it the same dayIf you want it done right away they are the placeTim is the man when it comes to this.

The owner Tim is by far the best car audio installer I have ever dealt with. Gave me a great deal on my sub and amp, better then anyone else I went to in Virginia Beach area. Great to deal with, he explains everything you need to know in detail and is not pushy to sell products. Will go to ragen car audio again in the future.

I had a viper alarm and remote state installed on my 2014 Camry in 2014 and it has been a nightmare ever since. The alarm system drained my battery, it also stopped working a few times. He stuffed the alarm system under my steering column and also use T taps to make connections to the factory wires on the vehicle. The T taps eventually cut a few of the factory wires in half. Eventually his substandard Workman ship resulted in over $1500 in repairs. He also installed and after market amplifier and speaker system that I was forced to remove because he clearly didn’t know what he was doing.

Best buy was trying to set up all my audio in my car: amp, sub, hard ware and labor for $600! I spoke to Tim over email and immediately went in for a quote. Though i did get my sub from best buy cause of black friday sales, Tim helped me with the rest. For only $207 i got my amp, labor and hardware all set up for an appointment. If you want a intelligent financial choice, paired with great customer service and quality products, GO TO RAGIN CAR AUDIO!!!

Itstalled a car alarm for me, cool it works . He used a small part that was already in my truck no big deal . Once I arrived home I checked the box I was given, it was empty, only the paperwork. So I thought to myself no where is the light he told me he didn’t use. To me if I paid for it it’s belongs to me. Let me make the decision if I want to throw it away or not. I didn’t take off a piece of the bill because you didn’t have to do as much work. Oh well, I was even going to get a few other things install but, his attitude change once he found out I didn’t buy the items from him.

I just left this audio store as I am posting this. I went there by curiosity out of all the 5 starts I saw here on google. I asked the manager if he had his friends and family post all these good reviews. Fair enough my experience was wonderful. I changedont my factory car radio in less than 1hour and for a very good price.

I dropped off my car to get a viper alarm and power locks installed in my hatchback. The owner Tim owner works fast. I was told it would take half a day but it was ready after about 3 hours.☺

Heard about Ragen Car Audio through a recommend on a neighborhood Facebook group page. Needed a car stereo install and shopped around town, Ragen Car Audio had the best quote. Other shops were quoting me at about $100 more than what RCA quoted. I thought it would take a bit so I dropped off my car and headed over to the AMC theater to catch a flick, about 30 minutes later, halfway through the movie previews, the owner calls me to tell me its done and ready to go. Super fast service and reasonable fees. Would highly recommend.

Tim mounted an amplifier for me in under 15 at a great price. Gave me great advice and price quotes on future upgrades. I will only deal with Tim for any future installs and i highly recommend him.

I had a new stereo unit installed with a back up camera and steering wheel adapter for my contols and everthing works perfectly. It took about 90 minutes i think, and Tim was also helping cistomers while doing the install. I will be returning to update my speakers in the future
