Wed used another company to install brand new HVAC for our second story addition. We had problems almost immediately. Danny and his team at Fair Mechanical replaced our home unit last year. They did a professional job at a great price. Installation was just a day or two from deciding on what system we wanted. Fast, efficient and friendly service during the hottest time of the year, August! They even topped off the Freon on our old unit so we could make it through the weekend. When our rental units old system starting having issues we knew who to call. After a quick inspection by Danny’s team, my Wife and I decided to replace, and not repair the unit . Even though they were hired through my property manager to come fix the water heater in my rental, out of the four different contractors/companies that came out, James from Fair Mechanical was the only one that knew what was up and knew how to correctly diagnosis and repair the issue with the water heater. He was also very knowledgeable and kept me informed.

Excellent service, fair pricing, it says it in the name folks! When our AC went out on the hottest day of the summer our friends recommended Fair Mechanical. Mr. Danny Fair himself came out and quickly identified and repaired the issue. As a courtesy, he also checked our outdoor unit, attic unit, filter, ducting and drainage lines at no cost to ensure there were no underlying problems. He explained everything he was doing in easy to understand language that left my wife and I more educated about our home system. Fair Mechanical will get all my business!

The last time your guy visited to work across the street, I specifically requested that he not block access to my mailbox! Today, one of your trucks is once again parked directly in front of my mailbox, without so much as a polite request to park there, which I may have granted, if only asked first. Next time, block the mailbox of your customer, not mine... see how they like it. With a display of common courtesy like this I would not consider giving you my business.

Danny (the business owner) himself came to my house after I broke my A/C trying to install my smart thermostat. I thought it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars and I ended up just blowing the fuse on the control board. He also helped fix rattling in my air return that was very annoying in my living room. Very thankful for his fast, honest work! A++++

Would never recommend!! I had them scheduled to come around 8 am. Its almost 3:30 and they still havent shown up. Their unreliability caused me to have to reschedule an appointment, and waste my entire day for a no show.
