It is so rewarding to find a company with suchintegrity. MTS provided us with outstanding service with no unnecessary extra repairs. We have a 7 year old unit that stopped working on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We called MTS and Brian came right out. We thought we would be without AC all weekend but we were up and running within an hour of him arriving at a great price! Brian and MTS are honest, professional and reliable and we will not call anyone else.

Got some absolutely outstanding service from MTS today. I came home at noon and found my downstairs unit had quit working. I called Brian and he said that either he or someone else would be there with in the hour. I couldnt believe it. They came and fixed the problem and had me back up and running. I have used MTS for service contracts and all my repair and replacement work for 7 years and they are amazing. Very reasonably priced too.

MTS came out and really took care of me during the last couple weeks of the spring rush, just as it was getting really hot outside. I needed an entirely new system to replace the old system that broke 3 weeks after I bought my house. They came right over and assessed the situation, gave me a list of all my options and prices, and gave me an honest recommendation on what to do. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and they offered to let me borrow a few window units to get me through the heat wave until they could come out for the install. I anticipated waiting several weeks before they could get out there and they called me three days later to see if they could squeeze me in the next day (less than a week after they came to look at it) They really did a great job and most of all they were FAIR, HONEST, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable in my home until they could get it fixed. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Great service, made it out to us even in the snow storm. Found the issue quickly, repaired it so we didnt freeze during the unusually low temps. Very honest, and gave us realistic recommendations with no pressure. Highly recommend and will use them when we move forward with replacing our unit.

My Three Sons has been a lifesaver several times...middle of winter and in the heat of the summer. They were able to help us get a couple more years out of an old HVAC unit through regular maintenance and reasonably priced replacement parts. My father hired them to do some work on my cooling system when it wouldnt cool last summer. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. Instead of charging us an arm and a leg, they upgraded the device and walked us through how to use it. The amount of money saved in electricity has paid for their service over and over. I couldnt have been happier with the service. They were able to repair vice replace the whole system as the previous guy from another company i spoke with wanted to do without even identifying where the leak was. I called on Monday as my hvac unit had been messing up. This time of year I knew they would be backed up with service requests, but they got me on their list and came out, ran multiple tests, and fixed the issue.
