Junior and his trainee (I forgot his name unfortunately) were awesome! Both were polite, professional, easy to talk to and were very knowledgeable. They both immediately put booties on their feet when walking into my home and were respectful with regards to my home. And they showed my dog some love, so he’s definitely cool with them. I called this company today because my AC unit stopped working. They scheduled for tomorrow but CALLED ME to reschedule because they had an earlier availability. That was cool! (pun intended) Josh, the expert, was awesome! He was on time, very professional and he was honest about the problem. He didnt charge me more than needed for the actual work done. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
Gary introduced himself immediately. He wore booties to cover his shoes to protect the floor. He was professional, friendly and patient. He explained the entire procedure to get the repair done. He provided pictures so we could see the damage and exactly where the problem was. He went over the programs available to save money and why they would benefit us. He completed the repair and offered suggestions to ensure we would not have any problems from here on out. He was a very pleasant representation of 1 Hour Heating and air conditioning. Came home from travel to find my AC not working. Called the 24 hour number at like midnight. They had someone out within 24 hours. I belong to their comfort club. Best money ever I spent on a monthly service that includes 2 tunes up a year. So They come out right right away when something is wrong. I suspected a clogged drain line. When John Nottingham came out he assessed everything and a clogged line it was. He took care of everything. Very nice and professional. Thank you!! I highly recommend him.
Our brand new unit was not cooling the house properly. They had a technician out within hours of our call. It turned out to be an easy fix, simply flipping a switch inside the unit.
Upstairs unit not cooling and thermostat not active. Obtained an appointment for the next evening late. Gary Miller called said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was convenient for him to come earlier, of course we were quite pleased. He did a very thorough check of the system trying to determine why the system and thermostat werent working. End result there is a switch in the panel door that kills the power that somehow was slightly bent and must have vibrated causing the switch to turn off. Grateful for the easy fix. He was extremely professional and checked the entire system to ensure there were no other problems. He is truly an asset to One Hour.

We have a maintenance plan with them and use them for our annual cleaning and maintenance of our 2 systems. It’s very reasonably priced. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable and quick. They explain all the findings and make recommendations for things we can do to make our units work and last even longer. Very happy with them.
The technicians arrived within their expected window and were kind and courteous. They began checking our outdoor AC unit, and it almost immediately started absolutely pouring - so they got an umbrella and continued on. Joshua came to take a look at our newly installed system. We had started having problems with heat blowing when it shouldnt. After having it looked at once before and the tech not finding anything we werent too optimistic for this visit, but Joshua was so awesome and thorough when looking into our problem. He let us know what he was finding along the way and took the time to explain how the wiring worked and how it may be causing problems. Not to mention this was late at night and Im sure his last visit of the day. Sure enough he found and fixed the issue! And we now will be able to sleep without heat blowing on a summer night. Austin did excellent work on my AC unit, he kept me informed during the process, was efficient and didnt attempt any upselling. I dont love having to get a subscription to their services to receive lower pricing, but its part of their business model, its clearly stated and I can respect. Great technician, good company. I can’t promise that we will be choosing 1 hr to do the job but I have been very impressed my the company overall. Get the comfort club membership. I have nothing bad to say about 1 hour. I had my HVAC serviced every 6 months. They did the best they could until the January sale of furnace/ac. They installed the perfect size unit which kept the house perfect up and down. They adjusted my dampeners for me. Very professional and i was never worried about them being unattended while they were there. I had 1 issue with a tech who said the quiet part out loud about having to upsell at the end of a service call. I reported that to the office and was never bothered with that issue again. Great company.

Five Year Review! Do NOT expect service with this company to EVER be timely. Their name may be one hour, but it should be 2-3 days! If you aren’t paying them $13 a month for their club, the wait times are worse and they jack the price of everything up. We paid for the “comfort club” for four plus years and they were NEVER able to make a service appointment in less than 24 hours, many times the wait being several days. Once we stopped paying for their club we called and were told we would be placed on a waiting list and called at their convenience if there was an opening. They flat refused to book a scheduled service time, even several days out. We were important enough to make the list because we don’t pay their fees monthly.On top of poor service, they sold us a complete system (air handle and heat pump, no ducting) in Dec of 17. That “Goodman” brand system has failed multiple times. We think 6 total, we’ve lost track. Failed thermostat, Failed circuit board in air handler x3, chaffed wiring due to poor routing in heat pump. Some of that is poor system design (Goodman’s fault) some is poor installation.The most recent failure, yesterday, turned out to be a circuit board corroded from moisture due to lack of sealing with silicone as is required per our local HVAC company. The SAME circuit board we’ve had replaced in n the past.Do yourself a favor, use a local company that gives a damn, and stay away from Goodman Brand junk at all costs!

Mike came out to my area to give me an estimate of two new units and air handlers. He arrived before his scheduled time and walked me through the entire process. His honesty and confidence indicate that he knows the business well. I am very pleased with One Hour Heating and Cooling and Mike Porter.
I chose this company based solely on their reputation. The friendliness and punctuality was everything expected but the quality of work was severely lacking. After 2 days of work there are still issues with the installation which the technician promised to fix tomorrow on his own time.I have, so far, refused to sign until corrections are made. However some aspects cannot be corrected as the damage is permanent without causing some hardships - for examples unnecessary holes were placed in my siding as the first holes were put in the wrong place.Given the amount I am spend on this, and perfection assured by the salesman, I am disappointed overall in my experience. I am most disappointed by the position Ive been put in as I must report the poor install. Ive already spoken to the technician and feel bad because it sounds as though the problems are the result of poor support and a lack of tools and materials from the company. I dont know if this is true but I do know it was not what I was promised.
Brennan is very courteous and polite. Did a very thorough inspection of our air conditioning system. Honestly said it looked good for its age and is operating well. Suggests replacing, but not too forceful about it which is nice. The unit is fairly old. We are hoping for one or two more years out of it. Will definitely keep Brennan and One Hour in mind when it comes time to replace
The technician Paul came to my house around 9pm when a cancellation opened up. (I was originally scheduled to have someone come the following day). Paul was by far the most professional technician I have had come to my house. He took the time (even though it was late in the evening) to check the entire system and was able to find the issue with my AC pretty quickly. He had to run back to get the materials but came back and finished the job a little before midnight. I would highly recommend him and if I was able to I would request that he be the one to come out if I have any issues in the future. 5/5 for his work.I also spoke with Jenny because I had concerns that the person who visited my home 7 day prior did not find the issue. Jenny was professional, listened to my concerns and offered a discount on the comfort club. She is also an asset to the company and if possible I would prefer to only speak with her in the future. I would give her 5/5 for her patience and assistance in explaining the charges and the work completed.
Notti was great! He stayed late and past hours on a Friday night to get our AC back on! He was very professional and respectful! 10/10 recommend asking for him!
Josh was the comfort specialist to visit our home. We had Casey, (the repair technician) come out the day before and refill our air conditioning unit with R22 refrigerant. Josh was extremely helpful in explaining the different types of HVAC systems. He broke down the difference between the basic / deluxe / and premier models. His knowledge prior as an installer of HVAC units was extremely helpful. Now that he was on the sales side of One Hour Heating & AC he was helpful in explaining the benefits for our home. He wasnt ever pushing anything on me to sell sell sell. He was prompt in showing up for our appointment, he even worked late into Friday evening answering questions and explaining the service and training his technicians go through from the manufacture reps. I would highly recommend these guys. They dont install Trane units, but rather Goodman. I really felt comfortable with this company and their employees. They really spend the time and money to properly train their staff and seem motivated to make sure customers are taken care of. I would recommend this company to all friends and family.
We are or thought we were members of the comfort family and as such would have quick response to our lack of AC (installed 3 months ago). We were told we would have to wait for repair for days, after complaining, a technician showed up and said our AC was working,but an hour later, noticed no fan to blow the cooler air. After complaining again, we were told to wait again for days (almost a week). I understand that they are short handed and I may apply if that will help. Just disappointed with the whole situation.
Josh came out the same day I called for a estimate for a new unit, he was very thorough in his inspections of my house to get me a hvac unit I needed and could afford with my budget. He was able to setup install the next day. He was professional and on time.
We were under warranty so Josh came out, no charge, and there was a HUGE centipede that fried our capacitor! He dug it out and took a sweet photo of it too. God bless- if it was me it would have stayed in forever and we would have bought window units. Terrifying. I received a call at 9:00 pm from the customer service dept asking if they could come out that night instead of the next morning to inspect my system and troubleshoot the problem. I, of course said yes since they were able to have Joshua come earlier than the appointment which was no inconvenience to me as I was home. I was very happy about that. Joshua was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable as he went about inspecting my HVAC system and shared his knowledge as he went along with me. He was thorough and honest and really seemed to enjoy his work. A very positive attitude overall and I enjoyed talking with him. Unfortunately, my system has some issues but they are sending another technician in a day to check my system as a second opinion which Joshua explained is their company policy. I will say, it is not because Joshua did anything incorrect but the next technician will only know what Joshua knew before coming to inspect. This truly does make it a second opinion and if the same problems are identified then One Hour Heating and Cooling are confident with making recommendations to fix my system. Also to note, there are no extra fees or costs to me for this policy either. It also makes me feel confident in their business ethics and concern for me the customer. He set us up with a system that will actually heat and cool our house like it’s supposed to and also cut our bills in half. Jeff was amazing very thorough and honest. Laid everything out for us and went over every issue he found due to contractors error. We purchased the house from a flipper and the installed the system not to code and correctly. He wrote everything up for our records. Jeff has been amazing and so happy with him and the company.
One Hour has a good thing going here. I have never been disappointed. Today was no different. The decision to have an entire system replaced was not something anyone really wants to do. Our system was still working and receiving regular maintenance from One Hour. It served us well for 23 years! We can only hope to enjoy this new system for the next 20 years or more.The technicians, Nate and Hayden,worked to resolve some installation issues that I knew first hand from the previous installation would be a challenge.The work was done properly, professionally and I am very excited to have this project behind us.

Joshua and Matthew and the two gentlemen who installed my HVAC were super awesome and did a great job in trying to diagnose my system and getting me a good rate. Joshua was super patient in coming out and waiting for us when we were running behind and missing his calls and Matthew was awesome in coming out super late at night to diagnose our system. I cant remember the name of the two guys who installed our downstairs system a few months ago stayed late to get the job done that day and they did an amazing job. Zak was very focus on what he was doing. He was quick and it didn’t take long for him to replace my fan blade. He made sure that the System was running the way it should before he did spoke to me about what was done.
Haydyn Samara and the others that tackled replacing our HVAC system were extremely professional and kept us informed during the whole process. Our job kept them at the house for 12 hours to complete the work, they stuck through it to get our system back up and running. Extremely happy with the new unit and the service we received. They came back out to check on it and we had a follow up with electrician to ensure everything was to code.100% satisfied

My experience with One Hour was outstanding. I have had my unit for two years and this is the second summer it has needed attention (obviously a faulty unit). Two other companies have looked at it and were not able to properly diagnose the problem (leak) just adding refrigerant. Notti was the technician and he was courteous, professional and explained things as he went through the process of diagnosing the problem. Once he diagnosed the problem, it required new coils (which he confirmed was still under warranty) and they had in stock at their office. Someone drove the part to my house and Notti installed it. He stuck around to make sure the unit was functioning properly. One Hour takes pride in their employees as was demonstrated by Notti. He has been with One Hour for 10 years which speaks volumes about the culture of the company. I am now a member of their club.
This is the worse company Ive ever dealt with. First, they admit to being more expensive, but promise superior, drug tested and well trained technicians. Well, I got a mess. First they didnt have everything they needed the day of installation. Then one tech had to go to classes ( l support that) but the guy they left wasnt very well trained. No names, because I dont feel the tech is the issue. Then, the tech had to wait on a supervisor to show how to finish job. Job finished at 9:00PM! No one knew how to connect, program and connect wifi thermostat. Then they told my wife that the shroud could be replaced if I wasnt satisfied. I work 3 hours from home, so I couldnt see the install. City inspector left inspection notes. Shroud poorly installed (see pictures) gas lines not painted (already rusting). This is a horrible installation and runaround customer service. They DO NOT offer ANY compensation for missing appointments. Theres no on time or its free! One appointment was for 4-7pm, 6:30pm the guy calls and says he cant make it! They said theyd comp me... not a dime!

Dave Gerst was our technician and he was courteous helpful and thorough. He took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process and the best decisions for our home. Would 100% reccomend them to anyone looking for service, repairs and reccomendations without pressure!
Associate Joshua Witten was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough while doing our year check up. His explanation of the optional services we agreed to were simple to understand. He got all the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to any of One Hours customer.
My AC unit is not currently working, I have been calling since Monday to have them come out and look at the system. I have been told that since I do not pay them a monthly service fee that I am on a stand by list. Which I have been on since Monday and they still cannot give me a date or time for a service call. So buyer beware if you buy from them they will not service your unit unless you pay a monthly hostage fee. I feel it is not right that a company will not service the equipment they installed in less you pay them monthly for doing nothing.
Tyler did amazing work and kept us updated on everything that was going on and what he had to fix. He was the second tech that was out to work on our AC. They were here over 12 hours yesterday, from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. The first tech couldn’t figure out what was wrong and had us buy the wrong parts before calling in a second opinion (Tyler) who found that it was a complete different issue than the first guy even thought. Tyler stuck through it gracefully until 9:30pm when he could have been home with his own family. Thank you Tyler and One Hour! We slept much better last night with working AC. ;)

I received my 6 month check on my ac/ heating system. The service person was professional and informative. He wore shoe covers, but did not want to walk through my house, he was going to walk around. I told him to walk throug instead. He checked my indoor and outdoor equipment, my thermostat and filter. They usually carry filters, but he didnt have any. This was okay because One Hour sends me a coupon for a free filter monthly. I really like One Hour Heating.

The technician, Curtis Bobbitt, appeared to be very thorough. He was neat, polite, well-spoken, and well-informed. He seemed genuinely interested in providing good service. We were impressed!
