If it was possible to give 10 stars, I absolutely would! They were professional and responsive from my initial call through the service appointment and follow-up. The technician, David, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I was also able to get a same-day appointment - pretty important on a hot day with no A/C! While I hope we wont have any more issues, I would call them again in a heartbeat. They also have a very reasonable service plan that I am definitely considering. All of our thanks to this wonderful business!

Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling did a great job and are always provide great service. Absolute Comfort sent reminder e-mails, as well as, text messages to confirm our agreed date and time. The technician (Cody) was on time and very respectful. He explained what he was doing and did a very thorough job. He explained his findings with my unit and made recommendations. He also took the time to explain why he made those recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The technician Chris is a beast!!! From the time I placed the phone call for repair, Chris showed up and repaired our AC unit in under 45 MINUTES!!!! Faster than I can get a pizza delivered!!!! Everyone is STRESSED when the HVAC stops…not me, I just call Chris!!! He’s been here twice! Once in the winter, now once in the summer! Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling is the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. The crew performing the repair was very polite, neat and clean. Upon completing the repair, I received a video of the work. The office staff was extremely accommodating and able to answer all of my questions(and I had many). I had to reschedule due to the gas shortage in May and they happily rescheduled for a more convenient date. Absolute Comfort is the best and I plan use them for all of my HVAC needs. I had Sam as my technician who serviced my AC this morning. I woke up at 7:45 this morning to my AC not working. Sam was at my house in under 2 hours and fixed the issue in under 20 minutes. I called at least 5-6 other companies who quoted me a few days up to 2 weeks for service. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this company and am so thankful he was able to fix this issue so promptly.

Called a different company and waited two weeks on a “standby” list. Called this company late at night and the next day they came out a little after 11am. Diagnosed both units (dual zone ac) and had them fixed and blowing cold air in 30 minutes. Turns out previous owners installed the thermostat wrong and it blew the capacitors. It wasn’t to expensive and the tech explained it as he went. So grateful!

The best Customer service… All my duct work was ripped out and replaced. They cleaned the garage area ( my access to the crawl space) everyday. They showed up on time everyday. Highly recommend.

This company is the best! We had such a great experience with them to replace our HVAC last year they have now replaced our ductwork. The team were prompt, very helpful, tidy and kept us informed through the process. They went above and beyond to ensure a great job. I totally recommend them!

Service was fast and efficient. Service person arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He answered all of my questions and seemed to know what he was doing. Since I have no clue as to how to maintain a furnace, I will trust him to do it correctly. Absolute Comfort installed a new HVAC system a year ago and I have had no problems with it. It kept me cool in this record-breaking heat over the COVID summer, so Im happy.

Excellent customer service! After have a motor blow out in my 13 yr old unit during this heat wave, they came out same day as the call, gave me quotes for repair and new unit. All my questions were answered without any high pressure sales. Having chosen to go with the new unit, they came back the next day at no cost with a replacement motor to get me through the period waiting for the unit. Then a week later they installed the new unit. The workers were very professional and courteous, cleaned up after completion and made sure I was completely satisfied. My experience with Absolute Comfort was very positive from first phone to completion of project!! I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!!! 😁
