Been going here for years but this time there was a new guy that buffed out my bumper after someone backed into it at staters. GREAT JOB. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Worst carwash ive had .... poorly vacuumed, windows are foggy, you can see how my mirrors are still dirty... interior wasnt cleaned properly, On top I was charged 19.99 for a service marked as 16.99.... NEVER GOING BACK .

They still vacuum the car for you. Someone still goes over the car.

Almost 3 hours for a simply car wash..no more trips here

These people are thieves literally. This is the second time items go missing. I wasnt sure the first time so this time i put a ring in the compartment where the coins go and when the car was ready the ring was not longer there. It was a fake $10 ring but nevertheless, the stole it. Never going back there again. Be careful! FYI... I would give it zero stars if possible.

At the car wash everyone makes you feel welcome. Would come back again. Have been to other car washes inn the city. The staff takes time to get to know their customers.

Do good work but very very slow.

Ive been going here for years.... last two times the car looked alright but not as great as it used to. I just bought a new car 2 weeks ago and wanted to try this place again, worst mistake ever! There are dirty water spots all over the outside, crumbs still on the inside, my door handles are covered in water spots, door jams werent wiped, cup holders were still dirty along with my front bumper still being covered in bugs and dirt. This car is only 2 weeks old, so it wasnt terribly dirty to begin with. Absolutely disappointed! And not to mention I bought the most expensive package :(

Great workers, even at record-breaking temperatures, they are hard at work here. Best car wash I can recommend in the area.

HORRIBLE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. DAMAGED MY CAR. CAR WASHER SCRATCH THE PAINT OFF THE SIDES AND FRONT END DAMAGE DUE TO THERE OLD CAR WASH PORT. NO ONE SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH EXCEPT FOR KENNY HE IS A GOOD GUY WORKS HARD TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORKWHILE HE IS BEING RUSHED TO HALF COMPLETE HIS JOB.

When you go to a 100% hand car wash and they charge you more because your car is lowered for a 100% a hand car wash. I was OK with the wash they didnt do anything wrong but to charge somebody more because you want to wash their car by hand even though its a hand car wash does not make it a 100% hand car wash when you still drive it through the machine

Absolutely terrible customer service. The man at the front counter was yelling at me because I brought to his attention that he charged me $3 extra without my consent. I left without them even beginning to wash my car. I will NEVER return to this terrible car wash. Steer clear of this place, people!

To start prices are about average, $25 bucks i paid for wax, interior and exterior polish. The vacuuming was good they took their time and got everything. The wash was also good, But the reasons for the 3 stars1. They dont look professional, no shirts with their logo or car wash name. when i drove up two guys dressed casual approached my car and started vacuuming it nothing to identify that they worked there. threw me for a loop for a sec.2.It wasnt till i got off work that night that i noticed the armor all on the windshield and drivers window because of the reflection of the street lights.. it looked like they accidentally smeared a little bit and they tried to clean it but just ended up all over. was not to happy about that.Overall ok, i might try it again but for me first impressions are important...

This would be zero stars if I could put it I pulled up and the guy was in his phone and did not even acknowledge me for 5 mins not one word to me. I backed out and talk to the manager and found out the guy in the phone was the owner that should tell you all you need to know about the customer service. Never will I go back or recommend
