Beautiful new facility. Very well done, clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and professional.The problem is the service is sub par at least for a truck. The first time I bought the most expensive $14 car wash and it was okay. The biggest problem was the tire shine didnt complete cover the ties and being partially covered made it look worse than without any at all. After I started driving it flung all over the side of my truck and then dust stuck to it making my truck dirty the next day.My second experience I bought the second lowest one with no tire shine. My truck was very muddy so I didnt expect it to be spotless but there was a place on the tail gate that didnt get any water on it at all so I have a strip of mud still on the back. My steps also didnt get cleaned all the way.It is a good place of you are on a time crunch and just want to rinse off your vehicle but anything more than that youre better off going somewhere else. At least for a full sized truck.

Hadnt been here in over a month. Prices have gone up, at least $1. The overall Basic wash is pretty good, unless you have some tough grime on the car it wont remove it. It was a nice sunny day so there was minimal drying to do on the outside.Love the fact that they have air nozzles and vacuums, youre really able to get all the dirt inside of the car, clean as a whistle.

Be sure to ask them to turn the brushes off if you like your paint. Thats the only way Ill take my RS in here. Cool car wash.

I purchased the best plan and the experience was worth it! I was given a welcome bag filled with car cleaning stuff. The whole process of getting my car washed here was probably the best one Ive had at a carwash.

This one cleans better than the one on Palmdale for sure but only problem is that I took my car here for the first time and it scratched the rims on the drivers side-__- now it looks horrible to me, super annoyed. IF YOU HAVE NICE RIMS DONT BRING IT HERE, GO TO THE ONE ON PALMDALE, over there it feels like it scratches them but I promise you it wont. I have 22s and low profile tires no scratches over on Palmdale yet. Please fix that.

I intentionally chose a lane without a staff member at the box to pay as none of the staff were wearing masks. When a staff member approached my vehicle, I asked for the staff member to either step back or put a mask on. She rolled her eyes and asked, Why? I repeated my request. She then rolled her eyes and stated, A mask doesnt matter. Im vaccinated, before storming away. I can honestly say, with the lack of professionalism and the subpar wash, I wont be returning.

Good results every time I was my car there. Recommended that you dry and wipe your rims immediately after your wash for best results.

The manager there needs training on some basic customer service. If the owner happens to read this, I would truly appreciate a call back. Ive been washing my cars at your first HD location on Industrial Way since it openeed without a single issue. Today (at around 9:30am) I tried your 3rd facility on Bear Valley and Topaz for the 1st time. At first I was extremely impressed with your facility! It wasnt until I had to interact with the manager (to get my monthly pass) that things went sour really quick! After my interaction with her, I asked to cancel my membership and to simply charge me for the 1 time wash. She denied my request, and asked me to call your business in two weeks in order to cancel my membership. When I asked for her name, she said no.. I have been calling the number in the receipt (Ive already left a message) in hopes of speaking to the owner. I would truly appreciate a call back to share my experience with you.

Is pretty overpriced for just a car wash Nothing special their car wash does about the same as me hitting my car with my garden hose for a couple seconds except they charge an arm and a leg to do that The one thing I used to like about this place was the free it was the free EV vehicle charger thats no longer free so there goes any reason I could recommend this place so I cant I suggest going forward somewhere a little more affordable and reasonable

I come here often decent wash.It is best to go when it is not busy. Went this morning there were a good amount of cars behind me. Felt like it went faster than normal it didnt wash my car properly, and barely hit it with the air dry.The kids love the lights and rainbow soap.

The supervisor/manager helped me on very bad day! One thing after another kept going wrong I went to get my car washed and my battery died. I was stuck at the entrance, it was hot and he came to my rescue to get my car moved. I will always go to this car wash since I received the best customer service from this gentleman. Thank you sir!

Car wash is fine but beware the vending machines, the auto supplies vending machine does not dispense anything but it still charges for the items. has done it more than 3 times on different occasions.

You cant get a wash a drive away.The wash is ok, and the dryer below par.But I keep going back cuz its not bad if you spend a few minutes to wipe it down, Armor All, etc.

This is our favorite stop. Our kids enjoy our family driving through the speedwash. We pay for the monthly membership so we can make a regular treat when we are in Victorville.

There is a self service machine, it accepts cash (bills and coins) and cards. The prices are reasonable. Cheapest is $6 (6, 10, 14).The carwash does not take long and the vacuums are free to use after your wash. There is also compressed air to get the water from the windshield.

Keeping my car clean has never been easier. Love the membership. Cleanest restrooms in town

Awesome I recommend this place. Ive been visiting this place at least once a week a couple times twice a week. Ive got a black car that gets dirty quick. But this site is awesome great vacuum cleaners and air blasters. And plenty of shade for you to do it with. They even have a carpet cleaner machine. The prices are great. Wish I could get a membership Check n Go several times a week that would be awesome. Once again highly recommend this place

Went through car wash, did not received all services I paid for. When reported the issue to the person behind the desk in the office I was told that the only thing they could do for me was to run my car through the line again and that was it. The problem I had was that I was on a time schedule, which the joint lady said they don’t care that’s the only way to do it. There was about 10 cars in front of me. This to me was unacceptable. Bad bad service policies.

I liked coming here but now they charge 2 dollars more and you only get a air freshener or a wipe not both and they are always out of the cleaning wipe.

This place is amazing! If you need to wash multiple times a week, I definitly recommended getting a monthly subscription, save a a ton of time and money! Also, no water spots are left on the car ($30 monthly). My car is a darker grey, and it looks amazing after running through.

Does a REALLY great job cleaning my truck! Fast, brand new, and even has a mat cleaner. Plenty of covered parking and the vending machine, which takes cards, has anything you need that you might have forgotten to bring from home. Best entrance is the one off Bear Valley. The other entrance is just a bit tight for bigger vehicles when theres someone leaving.

This place is an automatic car wash with flair. With locations to self clean your interiors and take care of trash. Located a few blocks off highway 395, this is a perfect place to stop and clean your vehicle when cruising the highway. I am surprised it is not as used by the locals as I would expect. Never takes more than 20 minutes and worth every second.

I like how fast this car wash is and you can vacuum out your car yourself and take away any extra water with the air machine. Dont come expecting a spotless car. I left with a few spots but its a lot cleaner then before.

Always present and attentive staff members, modern equipments(powerful air sprays and vacuums), but most of all, love the premium wax sprays for the tire! Lastly, squeaky clean bathrooms which is protected by security door.

The wash brushes scratched the entire right side of my truck. I’ve been here numerous times and never had it happen until today 2/20/21. Won’t be back.

As with any speed wash, as soon as it opens up its awesome. Everything is great, for the first like 5 months. Then the brushes start to scratch your paint, the vacuumed get all clogged and dont up, the soap dispensers inside start to get clogged up too. Use it now while its still new

I would not recommend this place, always seems to be a problem with the tire dressing machine! And the attendant Serenity has very poor customer service skills!!! Always Rolling her Eyes as you are trying to have a conversation with her!

Purchased the $10 wash, car was very wet upon exit, going to try next wash up. Place was clean and plenty of vaccum slots.
