DON’T come here!! I usually clean my car myself but after a long week I thought I would give this place a try and allow myself to let someone else handle it. It was the biggest mistake I could have made. Not only did they STEAL a personal item worth $120 out of my car (my fault I forgot to take it out and bring with me) but they damaged the emblem and did a terrible job at cleaning the car. When I called they told me they weren’t responsible. Which I already knew because they have signs all over the place for a REASON. Do yourself and your car a favor and go somewhere else!!!

This has been voted best in the high desert and I agree. I have tried several different car washes and so far, this one is my favorite! They are friendly, the prices are really reasonable and best of all, they do a great job! One of the things they do above the rest, they hand wash first then it goes through the automatic wash. So, your car gets double cleaned! The guys that do the detailing, after the wash, always do a great job! Inside, there are a lot of cards, different items and refreshments to purchase and places to sit. You can also sit outside, as well.

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM...UNTIL TODAY!Ive been coming here for 7 years and recommending everyone I know to try them.Today I told the lady who was there for the first time how fantastic they are. But, today was not the case.It was a problem for me becasue the guy made so many mistakes, it was absolutely ridiculous!The guy who did the detailing for my car forgot to Armor-All at the top of all 4 of the doors.He didnt touch my cup holders at all. I had to ask another guy b to clean them and it was still dirty.The steering wheel was just as dry as it was when I dropped it off with the guy who vacuums.He completely forgot to Armor-All the outside rubber part of all 4 of my windows.The area under the radio where the power outlets are was still dirty.So I took my car back and asked them to please take the time to clean it the Tri City way. THOROUGH AND EFFICIENTThey came off agitated about having to fix the problems versus saying thanks for being a loyal customer and we apologize for the inconvenience.Hopefully next time I go back Ill receive the service Im used to.

I came to Tri City car wash Wednesday July 21st 2021. I paid 90.00 for a full auto detail and gave the gentleman specific detailing instructions to what I know my car was in dire need of. When I got back into my car it looked the same way as I left it with them. There was no detailing done just a quick car wash and wiping a couple things off they may had needed dusting. The vacuum job seemed to be the best thing they did and that wasn’t even a thorough job. My cup holders drive shift and radio and air conditioner knobs have dirt all around them as well as the small compartments on my doors. These were the very details I paid 90.00 for. Let alone me leaving my car for over 3 hours. Such a waste of my time and money. I definitely will not be coming back to Tri city car wash in Victorville ever again. The work they did on my car says lazy, unprofessional and just very poor . Let alone the guy who tried asking me for my phone number when I was leaving it with them so they could call me when my car was complete. Thanks but no thanks.

I have been bouncing back and forth between car washes here in the High Desert, and I’ll tell you that this establishment has given me the worst experience of them all. The car wash on the outside was fine, but the inside was neglected. They didn’t wipe down my dash at all. Worst part of my experience here was that they broke the inside door handle of my vehicle. The plastic assembly was broken so it cost me $130 to replace it. If you care about your car, and take pride in your car, take it somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Car was cleaned well! Got there at 730 was the first car and by 8, when they opened,, there was 8 cars waiting. Done within 95 minutes.

Had a great experience yesterday. Car is extremely clean and the guys took great care of it. A little pricey, but as we only get the car cleaned every few months it was worth it!

I work next door to the car wash. I took my car to get a car wash and it was sparkling! I had my car wash there nearly two weeks ago and my car still looks just as new! Im impressed. The girl in the cashier is very nice :-)

Went on Sunday the 25th of July and got the $22.99 wash. I really wasnt satisfied with the wash but I was fine with that, That night it rained so I went back the next day and it was closed. I called today Tuesday July 27th and asked what the rain policy was and they said come the next day after it rains and get it rewashed. So since they were closed Monday ( the next day) i thought today would be considered the next day. Well Im wrong and they will not rewash it for free, I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend them

Honestly my issue is the tint company that’s under this same brand. I’ll get straight to the point. My tint quality is HORRIBLE…period!!! I have peeling, bubbles, glue residue and horrible water stains from the man having to replace my tint twice. Everything I’m complaining about I have pictures & Videos!!!

I Found the Right CAR- WASH by Hand, iam coming again ! Ive been in the High - Dessert for 2 an a half Years looking ! My SUV looks better then the Day I Bought it 😃, Good Tip !

I have always gone to this place but after today I will no longer go! The work is terrible they didn’t clean the inside didn’t even wipe down several places on the outside and places they didn’t even wash!!They raised their prices and the quality is so so poor!!!! I do NOT recommend this place

Although my Tesla was generally cleaner than when I arrived I probably won’t return here. There was still lint and hair on my carpets and the windshield was still visibly dirty. Employees were nice though.

Everything about this place was horrible the wait about and hour and a half with only eight cars. The wash left a film on my car and the windows had a greasy streak inside and out that on my way to Vegas at night I couldnt see and had to get off the hwy to find Windex and paper towels to wipe them like three times. It was horrible will NEVER go back and I dont recommend this place!!!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Great place to get your car done. A little rude guy in the beginning. But I dont think he means to be. Seems old fashioned. Its expected. The other men seem to be very professional and respectful. Rims looked good and the car as a whole was about an A- not bad for a rating. Found some stuff that still needed some cleaning on the center console. Other than that we are e both happy with the job.

Rarely ever have an issue here, when I have its been addressed and they have not inflated their prices like Apple Valley Car Wash where Ill never go back...

They do an amazing job. They are busy so be prepared to spend an hour and a half waiting to get your clean car back, but so worth it. Customer service is awesome, the facility is clean and comfortable, and they do an amazing job.

Today was the second time I went to this car wash. The first time, the owner was rude. I chalked it up to him having a bad day and being busy. Today he was absolutely disrespectful and I immediately retrieved my car before the workers ran it through the wash. This will be the last time I ever go to this place, I have recently got this car and this is what happened. My car never had any cracks on the windshield and from what I know, cold water does cause a small chip to create a big crack on the windshield. After speaking with the manager, they said that there is a sign warning about this but they didnt have it anywhere visible enough for it to catch customers eyes. This is b***s***, and whats even worse I payed for the most expensive carwash there, $30,... all of that for my windsheild to get cracked. Worst experince ever.

I literally watched a woman, I believe she is the owner, manually turn of switches as my vehicle progressed down the wash. I checked on my car as she was doing this and all that was coming out of the stations was water. No soap, etc. I asked the woman what she was doing and she seemed bothered that I asked. Go somewhere else next time.

Love the brushes are not plastic, however they do not offer a wash without the bush. Overall good experience and very good vacuums.

I mentioned to the man who wrote my ticket when I first got there that I wanted special attention paid to the windows. There were some streaks on them which make it hard for me to see. Well, when the car got to the back area where they do the windows he personally came back there and did them himself and they glistened like sparkling Crystal. I am so happy with this place and especially the rep that did my windows.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now and so far every visit has been great. I usually wait about 40mins-1hr20mins but my truck always comes out looking like new.

Ive been here a few times now. So far they have done a thorough job every time.

Nobody ever came up to help and there was nobody at the cashier area when I went in.

They dont do a good job at cleaning the cars. Buy all your stuff at once minimum purchase $5 w / card so get your drinks at the time you purchase your car wash. Especially if your not carrying enough cash.

Went to get a used car cleaned, paid the premium package, and after hours of waiting, I had to finish cleaning the inside of the car since they did not bother to vacuum the back of the car and only slightly wiped down the interior with an extremely greasy liquid.

Not happy with the quality of service. Paid for Top Wash, plus extra for being a truck, and many areas were not cleaned. e.g., corners of dash, bugs still on front of truck, cup holders not cleaned, top of truck and hood not wiped off. Inside back window not cleaned. Etc.

First time car washed few months back and once my car was coming out the wash it hit the truck parked in front and I complained of course got the runaround then got a free 20.99$ car wash just went in today to take them up on my free wash and they said no it expired already. They did a fine job in cleaning my car and cleaning the exterior, but they failed to follow up with my about my rear window being tinted!!

Terrible. Asked to have the dog hair removed but they couldnt even get crumbs off the carpet. Still tipped him $20 though. Got to keep the dream alive

This place is absolutely horrible for motorcycles they charge way too much and dont even do it properly. The person who washed my harely had to ask if he did an ok job because hes never wash a bike before

Expensive but they do a good job at the car wash. Biggest disappointment was when I tinted my car in here, its supposed to come with a free car wash, I got there a bit early to check on progress, the guy told me he had run out of the specific quality of tint I requested, so he said he put the best one in the rear, but the driver and passenger side windows are not the tint level I requested, and I didnt get a car wash either.

Asian lady at cashier is very rude! Waited about 2hrs for a regular wash!! Car cleaning staff crew was nice and understood they were short staffed. Owners need to hire more employees to get a faster threw-put! Horrible managment team they have! Should of just went to a speedy wash place!

I have an F150 and as my truck went through the wash only the back half got washed. I asked the cashier lady why and she said its an old car wash and you have a big truck and that was it. I have always been satisfied with the outcome of my car wash here but this was very displeasing. Keep in mind my car wash cost $27. I am not sure I will be back again.After my truck got to the detailing guy he realized the truck wasn’t washed to his expectations and sent it back through. I appreciate them fixing the problem but this turned out to be a 2 hour car wash. If the cashier lady would have just told them right away when I notified her I would have been spared about 45 minutes

I love this place. A number of times I have seen these fine folks wash my car, see that it is still dirty and wash it again. They go above and beyond. They are a bit slow but only because they take great care with each car they service. Be patient and you will love the job they do. If not, go talk to the owners, they are very receptive and will work to ensure your happiness.

Very disappointed, paid $200 for their top of the line car wash package which supposedly included everything they offered and a 100% hand wash/drying. First of all they passed it through the tube to wash it and dry it... secondly they left it out in the sun for 20+ minutes without drying it so it got water stains, they then proceeded to polish it with an electric polisher (for $200 i dont think so) they also didnt Clay bar it and the dashboard wasnt correctly treated so there was an uneven layer that was visibly noticeable, they used the same rags to clean the dashboard to clean the windows so there was a layer of chemical film on my windows. For $200 I would have guessed they would have assigned 2 guys to my car for at least 4 hours just continuously cleaning it, man hours they probably had about an hour and 4 hours of the car just sitting there. I know the guy wanted a tip when I went to go pick it up but really they should have given me a $150 tip for their crappy job.

Despite the puddle of cleaning solution under my middle console next to a streak of grime, the $70 wash and wax was recommendable. But when my vehicle was returned to me, I came to notice my left hand side turn signal handle was pushed forward. Turns out its damaged and blinkers no longer cancel. Replacement part cost around $30. Im sure Tri City Car Wash will be happy to compensate.

Great job detailing my carpets and the exterior, however, after receiving my vehicle my iPhone jack adapter was missing. The headphone jack adapter was attached to my aux cord that is still in the car. One thing that could be changed to improve service to future customers would be minimize instances where property is missing and unaccounted for.

CAN I GIVE A ZERO!I paid $220 (+ $20 tip) to get my car detailed at Tri City Car Wash. I picked my car up after they kept it for over 7 hours. When I got in the car the seats were covered in leather cleaner/conditioner, the windows were smeared with something greasy AND. . ... . . After pulling out of the driveway, the warning light on the dash board came on (and stayed on) stating the FAULTY PASSENGER RESTRAINT SYSYEM. The next morning, as I was putting the mats in the back I discovered the carpets were drenched in soapy water. Literally, when I rubbed my hand over the carpet, soap suds and water splashed! I took my car back to Tri City Car Wash. The manager agreed to wipe down the seats, clean the windows and vacuum the water out of the carpets. I asked him about the seat belt warning sign and I was told youll have to take it in. The detail employee approached me to get the key and again I asked him about the seat belt warning. He also told me to take it in. Because I felt this was a safety issue, I took my car 80 miles (one way) to the dealership. I had to leave the car over night. I was charged $183 for diagnosing and resetting the sensor. I was told the sensor got too wet.I went to Tri City Car Wash and took the invoice for the repair on my car. I asked to speak to the owner. He was not there. I left a copy of the invoice. I called that afternoon and I had just missed him. I called today and was told he was not available. I told the young man I would hold. I was then told the owner was gone for the day. I have gone to Tri City Car Wash once and called three times and still have not heard from the owner.Today, the manager calls and tells me they dont want me to feel slighted and will give me a free car wash! TWO TRI CITY CAR WASH EMPLOYEES TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR IN TO GET IT FIXED! I have paid over $400 and this business owner, a member of our community will not give me the courtesy of returning my call to discuss an amicable resolution. SO FRUSTRATED!Originally, I would be happy to get EITHER a refund for the detail ($220) OR a REIMBURSEMENT for the repairs ($183). Because the owner will not give me the courtesy of returning my call, I want $423 and that includes the $20 tip I gave his employee.See you in Small Claims Court Mr. Tri City Car Wash!

First time here and they do exceptional work.

Took my car in yesterday paid $25 for the top of the line wash. They finished it and I gave my car a once over. The hood was badly scratched and they refused to do anything to fix it. I take a lot of pride in my vehicle and usually wash it myself but havent had the time to. First and last time I ever go to this car wash. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

My truck was clean and shiny but it took forever to dry. They never touched it.after it got washed for allmost 30 to 45 min. So yeah long wait time no no good!

The entire team worked very hard, but it took 2 hours to get through the line. That is entirely too long. But like I said, the crew was fabulous! At least get it to under 1 hour.

This was a great car wash. The back trim on my bumper was gray and faded and when they were done, it looked like new.

First time there and it seemed like a good place. Asked the lady inside a question about tinting and she said she would get someone to help me and she never asked anyone. Paid $31.00 and the interior wasnt cleaned that well. Still needs to be vacuumed and they left an oil residue all over the dash. The inside of the windshield is still dirty. Streaks on all the windows. Not going back would not recommend. Its a rip off.

The quality of work was good.

Got the diamond wash. Which they said is more in the detailing on the inside of your car. But noticed the guy after my car went thru the wash was more interested in talking to his buddy/ coworkers. Then getting back to my car rushing to detail it. Im assuming it depends on which employee you get.

I don’t even know what to say other then went there waiting over an hour for a regular car wash that ended up not getting done. Left in tears! Made to feel like I was being unreasonable. After leaving the manger (Marco) called and apologized and said they would refund half of my money but I will not be returning. Seems that they need more staff. And maybe honest up front that a regular car wash can/or will take up to two hours to complete, and realize for every one person that leaves dissatisfied that person knows at least 10 that will not be recommending to their place of business.

Waited 45 minutes, not too big of deal. Outside looks shiny and nice, but got home and no one took the time to actually vacuum the inside back seat or trunk or wipe it down .. 28 bucks and I do better going through the 5 dollar wash and vacuuming it myself....

Very pricey car wash, but well worth the time. I forgot what color my truck was but I now looks brand new.

I recently took my 2004 Ford F-150 for a tint job along with an outside/ inside detail. It had red decal residue and looked raggedy without a tint. Brian and His team did an excellent job and made my truck look like a whole other truck. I and everyone who knew its previous look were amazed.My 3 expensive hats did come up missing... however when I brought this to the owners attention, he acted swiftly on reviewing the security cameras. It turned out his worker, while he was reloading some things back into the truck, accidently set them down and it got left on the curb. Only to be taken by a stranger after their business hours. The owner bought me my exact same hats and made sure i was satisfied. Good customer sercice.

Warning do not go! I was cussed out in front of my children by an aggressive employee and another employee had to stop me and him from going at it after he physically advanced to me. Later I went to the owners of the establishment and was told Ok so what do you want? After explaining in full detail what his employee did, he said he would talk with the guy so it didnt happen with us anymore... apparently expecting me to continue doing business with them. I lag behind to see what happens and they just stand there laughing and carrying on. This is just unacceptable. I wasnt looking for a witch hunt or to even have him fired, but to not even be really addressed... thats an issue. No values. No customer service. This type of behavior by employees is apparently a joking matter to them.
