Julie Rodriguez is the best I have came to! This is her work as of 5-18-2018. If you want it your way she will make it your way!

I called to schedule an appointment the day prior and Julie was able to accommodate my request for an evening slot. When I went in the next day I was greeted warmly and Julie immediately assessed the condition of my nails and started the process of soaking off my acrylics.Her station was organized and sanitary. I was able to sit comfortably while my nails soaked while Julie tended to another client. However at no point did I feel that Julie “Forgot about me”, as has happened at other nail salons.When it was time to get to actually removing my acrylics Julie was attentive and deliberate. There was no excessive scrapping or rough handling in attempt to remove them. I expressed that I was interested in working on the integrity of my natural nail. After wearing acrylics put on by another salon I felt my natural nails were less than ideal. Julie suggested SNS nails to me and explained the benefits and the process. We decided on a color and Julie got started.Have you ever been awkwardly sitting in a salon chair in total silence while the nail tech pulled at your hand to contort your arm in directions in which arms don’t bend? Wondering if your nails will survive the ordeal?Yeah. That didn’t happen here. The entire time I felt confident that I’d leave with nails that were infinitely better than those I came in with. There was no awkward silence. We chatted the entire time about this and that. Most importantly I did leave with nails more beautiful than those I walked in with!When I arrived home my husband said “Dude, now your nails look like those glossy posters and illustrations of women with red nails in every salon!”The entire experience was great. The prices were reasonable. Everything was clean, organized and sanitary. I’ll be recommending Julie to my friends.Ten out of Ten glossy red nailed thumbs up!

I haven’t been able to find a nail place that i care to come back to, but i finally found one! she was easy to talk to, very professional, and my nails came out absolutely perfect! everything was sanitary as well! i like plain nails, but her designs and other work are amazing!

My nails look amazing and my whole experience was awesome. Very friendly and quick. I am new to town and it is hard to find a new nail lady but she is definitely getting my repeat business.

Went to julie for sns nails with tips and they turned out great! Very pleased with the durabilty of them. She has so many sns colors it was hard to choose. She does amazing work, took her time, perfectionist! Will be going back!

Julie blocked me from her page and didn’t fufill the promises made. I went to Julie and got sns the first time I got them they looked great and I was so happy to go back. The second time I choose a color that was running low. Julie didn’t tell me that because the powder was low that she I be leaving with spots on my hands that were unfilled. I messaged Julie about them being unfilled and Julie told her to come in and she could try to patch them. However at this point we were already out of town. While out of town I had four nails broke off and we had to pay to get them redone on our vacation. She contacted Julie and Julie told me to come in and she would do a whole new set. I paid the difference to get a French tip and the same day you could see air bubbles and within a few days they were raising. I contacted Julie and Julie made it very clear that it was only happening to me and made me feel as if it was my fault when it was not. I asked for mr money back and was decline and Julie going “above and beyond “ offered to give me another set. When I reached out for an appointment she got blocked from the page. I just wanted to make people aware she doesn’t fufill the promises made by her guarantee. She didn’t not fix my nails as offered. What kind of customer service it that to offer something and verses doing it block your customer.There are screen shots of messages and pictures to prove the legitimacy of all of this .
