I just start coming to this establishment and both appointments have been great. Katherine was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I received services,full leg wax,underarms,bikini line wax. I like the fact that soft wax was used. The Service wasnt painful or uncomfortable.I would recommend the Rice location to tryout.

Bridget is fast, thorough, and very personable. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Will be purchasing a package and going back!

I had gone for full arms, hands and full legs waxing yesterday by 6pm. I loved the service. The person who did the service for me was Bridget. She is THE BEST. I have been to other waxing parlours and big chains in houston, one particular place(i dont want to mention the business’s name) was a huge disappointment for me. The staffs were rude, they always leave hair behind and give lame reasons like “it’s been only 5 weeks for hair growth”. I always ended up in that place ONLY WHEN PRETTY KITTY DOSENT HAVE a FREE SLOT. That’s how much I LOVE pretty kitty. And a special mention for Bridget❤️. It was only 3 weeks of hair growth, since my previous appointment, but Bridget used two kind of waxes and sent me home clean. I NEVER had to once tell her “ hey, i can see hair here, i can see a lot of hair there, you missed this spot”. And she also went ahead one step, and advised me on after care. I hope God blesses Bridget abundantly, since she her job from her heart. I can surely say she is an asset for pretty kitty waxing parlour. Pretty Kitty has never disappointed me. If you are new to Houston you need to visit pretty kitty once and you will not regret.

I scheduled my appt for my 1st Brazilian Wax (I turned 50 two weeks ago & all my friends have been getting this done) one day last week, between that phone call & my actual appt today, I cancelled in my head 1000 times, I can’t begin to express enough, how glad I am I kept this appt....Meagan V is PHENOMENAL at what she does, she was REASSURING, PATIENT, KIND, ATTENTIVE, FUNNY & had PLENTY OF PERSONALITY,I advised her I suffer from hemorrhoids & she made sure as to not to irritate them (major +)....I left out of there ready to do cartwheels 🤸🏽‍♀️ (without my underwear on, don’t judge me).....I have my 2nd appt with her scheduled in 5 weeks.....THANKS MEAGAN VMy KITTEE is PRETTEE 🥰

I went in today for Brazilian wax. The service is nice and quick. Everything was neat in the wax room. They use muslin cloth instead of the regular wax strips which is a good thing. Also, they dont use hard wax which turned out to be good for me.

The actual service was awesome however the customer service by the receptionist was not!

I really love this place, as a busy mom of 2 small children who has many jobs I am crunched for time and I am always in and out of Pretty Kitty within 20 mins! The wax they use here is the best I’ve come by and I have tried many waxes! The ladies here are always attentive and very friendly and insightful and answer any questions I ever have! If they are in a service they always put a sign up letting you know to have a seat and they will be out shortly, which is appreciated. Also, they are in the top waxing salons in Houston and located in a very busy area, please call ahead to book your appointments. This place is busy because it is the best! I absolutely love The Pretty Kitty !

Megan is the da BEST!!!!! I love telling her all of my adventures. She is very attentive to me because I am very sensitive down there! In order to make your waxing experience less painful, get waxed regularly like every 3 to 4 weeks.

Leigh is the best!!! I have been going to her for about a year now and I have discussed everything under the sun with her. She remembers all of our conversations and always ask about my health (with more than just a business concern) but more of like a concern that a friend would have. She is such a beauty on the outside but whats even more beautiful is her personality and work ethic! The Pretty Kitty is very lucky to have someone like her. The appt lady is wonderful also, so bottom line, this place is perfect!

I have previously gone to other places and this has really been a much better experience. The place is clean and the decor is cute. The specialist was extremely welcoming and made you feel comfortable. The soft was is much preferred over the hard wax other places may use but this is a personal preference. It was less painful and the oil makes my skin feel soft. If youre willing to spend more, Pretty Kitty is a great choice. The staff is great and I appreciate the phone call prior to my appt as a reminder. Great customer service and experience!

I’ve been there twice now and as a newbie to Brazilian waxing I’m more than satisfied and will be sticking with it. They are efficient and friendly, great pricing, upscale boutique-like atmosphere and just all around relaxing. They use hot wax and strips in case anyone was wondering.

I was getting waxed by a lovely Brazilian lady out of state, when I moved to Houston I made a mistake by allowing someone to wax me with a hard wax. It sent me through trauma and I am not over exaggerating. I ended up shaving and using nair for about a year until I burned my skin. I made the call and had my first appointment with Kayla. I told her my problem and she was patient as I started perspiring all over the table. It was much less painful than my first Houston experience but I couldn’t relax out of fear. When it was time for my next appointment it was with Bridget. I told her the same story and I tensed up right as she started to prepare to wax. She calmed me and coached me through breathing. It may sound funny but it’s the very breathing technique that got me through child birth. We were able to talk and I did NOT sweat this time. I was so happy that it didn’t hurt and it was so quick. I look forward to booking with her again. It’s bikini season!

I had a horrible experience here. I went to get my eyebrows done, and a few minutes after I sat down, the woman doing my eyebrows asked me what type of skin care do you use? Although I have moderate acne, I had NOT gone there for a skin consultation. I said something about using face wash and toner and a few minutes later, she asked what face wash do you use? I responded with Biore and she said yeah, you need to throw that out. Im an esthetician. I am utterly disgusted with the disrespect toward and mistreatment of customers, and my eyebrows didnt even look better/ different after sitting there for 20 minutes of bullying.

I was TERRIFIED to wax my lady bits, but Bridget was amazing. Very minimal pain for a Brazilian and we laughed the whole time. No ingrown hairs or irritation. Highly recommend.

I fell in love with Megans professionalism and tender care. My experience was fabulous and I was almost disappointed it didnt hurt as much as I remembered at another salon. Pain does not need to be beauty, ladies. I left feeling like a million bucks but didnt have to pay a pretty penny to be serviced so well. I will definitely come back for the service, the girly decor and the superior results.

This is a tres chic waxing Salon. The ambience is so feminine and chic. Also their rooms are extremely clean and the wax quality is realy good. They are super allert to details so dont worry, you will have everything removed. The professionals are commited to make you leave happy.I was used to have a lot ingrown hair with another place that I was used to go, but since I started coming here, I have realy few.Make sure you exfoliate your skin the day before. I return every 5 to 6 weeks. I adore!!!
