The front desk gal was so sweet and took the time to make sure my billing was right. I ended up paying a little less than originally quoted. I had the best dental assistant who really took her time to make me feel more comfortable because I’m terrified of needles in my mouth! Dr. Honaker was awesome too. Not a great situation, but was made better with the awesome staff at the heights Brewer Dental.

Getting a tooth pulled is not an experience one wishes for. But if you have to get it done, I promise that BDC is as good as it gets. My thanks to the staff for making this a best as it possibly could. They were patient and kind and professional. I am a client for life.

This is the second time I’ve had my cleaning & check up with Dr. Low & Jenn the hygienist & both times it was very comfortable & top notch! No pain what so ever & I have terribly sensitive teeth! Staff at the front desk was friendly & completely laid out my treatment plan! Highly recommend m!!

I havent been there for a couple years but, when I gained a sore spot on my gum from my dentures, I went back to them and they took me right in. Great service!

I am far from impressed with this place. Ive spent over 10,000 out of my own pocket on root canals and crowns and my teeth are still bothering me. Ive had to reschedule a few times for multiple reasons and they told me that they cant see me anymore because I didnt give 24 hrs notice. I would understand if I just didnt show up to an appointment, but I called hrs before to let them know. They are also way over priced and have no reasonable payment plan. Going back to smaller Dental centers that actually care about there customers.

Had tooth pulled by Dr Honuker he was amazing. Called back 6 days later in pain from an adjacent tooth, Angie wouldnt work with me on getting in with someone. I asked about seeing another dentist in their office but she wants me to stay with Dr Honuker. It wasnt until I mentioned leaving the practice that she was willing to look at other dentists, by then I was already frustrated and decided to go elsewhere. The thought of waiting 3 weeks in this pain is nearly unbearable to think of. I understand continuity of care, but Im in a serious amount of pain and am only able to be seen on Fridays or Saturdays. In my town we dont have any dentists open those days,I guess I just got lucky last weekend with getting in.

I was recently at brewer dental center in the heights...and I was getting a cleaning...my dental assistant was great!The only thing that makes this not a great experience is that I was sitting in the chair..and another assistant was talking to my assistant about how the dentist inserted a needle into a client and bent the needle...while I could here it. I do not like the dentist and have a big fear of the dentist. And I do not like needles!! And comes to find out he would be my dentist 😬 not a great experience.

I go in for a tooth extraction they give me a run around and charge me for the visit then tell me to come back when I have an appointment for my baby. This place sucks they just have my money in mind not my health.

When I informed the person who met me at the front desk I was exempt from the mask order, I was asked to reveal potentially sensitive, unrelated, medical, psychological, or otherwise personal information. When I informed the very polite, front desk person, that I wasnt under obligation to reveal such information I was denied service.This is discrimination. Discrimination is perfectly legal, however ridiculous, considering in a few short moments the Dr. would have been examining my open mouth, presumably not through a piece of cloth.

Brewer Dental has always been easy to work with & get me in as soon as possible. Yesterday I had the best experience with Emily who is a hygenist. She was caring, thorough & due to a scheduling error she is willing to come in on her day off to finish my procedure. Thank Emily, Angie H. & all of the other Brewer Dental staff.

Everyone is so nice and informing there!

My husband had an appointment today at 11 am for a cleaning with a different hygienist. He wants to offer a critique of the service.1. The hygienist did not introduce herself2. She did not welcome him to the office or make him feel welcome.3. She did not ask if he had a problem that needed to be addressed.4. She did a good job on the cleaning. Without say one word to him other than “turn your head”5. When she finished she promptly led him out and to the desk offering a bag of free toothpaste6. This service was completely different and unacceptable based on service he has had in visits in the past with Lindsay.7. She did not seem to be in a hurry but just didn’t seem to have her heart in making my husband feel welcome to your your office. Again compared to other visits for crowns and cleanings when other employees treated him well.8. Lastly, she did not offer a dentist to visit with him and make sure he got good service and had no issues to discuss regarding his teeth and a recent crown that was replaced.

I was experiencing a lot of tooth pain and when I called Brewer dental they got me an appointment the next morning. Tracy was very kind and made me feel very comfortable during the whole experience. Julia was amazing with helping me sort out finances. She treated me with respect and did everything she could to get the results to make treatment possible. Dr. Low who has been my dentist for over a year now and he does an amazing job.

We have a bit of a drive to come into Billings. We were able to get our whole family in for checkups. Appointments were faster than expected with all of the COVID 19 precautions. Staff was courteous.

I understand some of this COVID-19 related stuff is outside of their control but when my appointment had to be cancelled, I was told Id receive a call to reschedule once they can safely reopen. Since they had to cancel on me (for the second time). So I trusted their word, I was frustrated this appointment that was being was cancelled was already a rescheduled because my original appointment wasnt saved in their system. I try to be and understanding person but when I realized were in phase 2 of reopening and I had never received any notification that they could reschedule my appointment, I called. I was helped by a kind lady but she couldnt tell me why I wasnt scheduled again! Now, I have to wait until the end August for an appointment that was originally scheduled in March!!They did offer to keep on a list in case of cancellations but she told me this type of procedures does require some time, cancelled appointments happen mainly same day. Personally same day, doesnt work well with my work schedule. Most likely will be looking for another dental office.

Dr. Low is the very best! He explains everything, like why a treatment is needed and all that is involved. Hes friendly, good sense of humor and truly interested in patients comfort during work and always fast, efficient and concerned knows exactly what needs to be done. Ladies making appointments and in insurance are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Be careful of dental hygienists. Most are really great, but Ive been treated by two hygienist who are very aggressive - you can hear and feel metal scraping teeth & dig into the gums. Very painful & stressful! Would like to get x-rays & work done, minus teeth cleaning.

Did what I needed and nothing else they were not pushy like some dentist

I came in for my 6 month checkup. Emily was my dental hygienist and throughout the whole 40 minutes she was thorough(by looking at my x rays) as she was cleaning, thoughtful by using the water vacuum quite often, and diligent in making sure my numbers were right. I felt completely taken care of all the way to the front door!

So friendly and kind got me in real fast and whole staff was amazing. Dr Lour (sorry if spelled wrong) was amazing told me everything he was doing as he was doing a root canal, made sure I was ok and in no pain, I was beyond pleased, I usually went to went end but now I will go to heights!! Thanks Dr. Lour and his assistant Tracy both were amazing

I chipped my front tooth pretty bad about a month ago. They did a crazy good job. Got me some nice new pearls. Not to mention the lady held my hand while I had to get 3 horse tranquilizers To numb my mouth 😂😢🙏🏼 Much appreciated!

Im so thankful for brewer dental center. I walked in and got taken care of on the spot. The nurses were sympathetic to my pain and the Dr did an amazing job and listened to what I wanted done to my teeth. I truly recommend Brewer Dental to everyone

There was some difficulty ulti convincing the phone gate keeper that an abscessed tooth with increasing pain qualifies as an emergency. However, once I was granted access to a dentist the experience could not have been better. We completed an emergency root.canal on a Saturday. I am forever.grateful to DrHonaker and Bonnie for.the their.compassion and professionalism. Thank You.

The treatment itself was very good, needed a tooth pulled causing a major infection already. That was kinda piece of cake there, no drama. BUT, you do not sent somebody home with such a spread out infection with just some antibiotic mouthwash. I asked for antibiotics to get the infection under control and they refused, told me to stick with the mouthwash. Meanwhile two days later the infection is down my throat, up to my eye and over to my chin and I have to go tomorrow again to see a doctor to get that under control, because the mouthwash is not doing anything on it other than make my lips swell up.

I had a bad tooth like most of us do. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I called at 7:00 am and was in the chair by 10:00 am. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Holloway had moved to the west end location which disappointed me because he had helped me in the past. However, Dr. Low was just as good and will seek him out for future dental work.

My experience with Brewer Dental Center West staff was the greatest. Dr. Draayer and assistant Amanda O. are very professional in that they informed me of the procedure and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. When I returned to pick up my upper plate that afternoon, assistant Jessica also made me feel very comfortable and was also very professional in helping me fit my upper plate. Thank you all very much.

We previously went to a different office for our dental care but changed due the fact it started to feel more like a mass production place that didnt treat our family as well as they had in the past. By chance I ended up scheduling with Brewer Dental Center in the heights because they could get us in at the end of the year when others couldnt. We were not expecting to continue care with them, but the staff that treated us ended up being wonderful and much more personable than the employees at the other office. Lindsay our hygienist was great with all of us and Dr. Honaker as well.When one of us had to come back for fillings, Timber the assistant made the appointment fun for my daughter and it was much easier than she had expected. This is the first dentist I have ever been to that the shot in the joint did not hurt one bit and that is usually the most painful ever. Everyone was Uber nice and genuine.

Ive been to Brewer Dental Center in the Heights 3 times and they have taken great care of me each time. They got me in quickly, everyone is very nice, and they gave me all the different options with fair pricing.

I was really pleased with the continuity of service and honesty about cost of service they were. And the gum injection didnt even hurt!

I had a tooth hurting me, and most places arent open on Saturdays. Since Brewer is close to my home and their website showed them open on Saturdays, I called on the off chance of getting an appointment. They were able to get me in, and my tooth was pulled. What a relief! Everyone was kind from the front desk, dental assistant, to Dr. Honaker. They will now be my regular dentist.

Getting the numbing shots is normally a traumatic ordeal but DR CLARK uses such care that I hardly noticed I was getting them! He provides quality work with a gentleness that is unparalleled. Finding a great dentist is like finding a great mechanic. Once you find one, you don’t go anywhere else! As for me, I’m sticking with DR CLARK!

Went in for my appointment this morning and was at that time informed that they no longer do payment plans at the office and would need 600.00 to be seen. I of course said no and left. When I first started the process of getting upper dentures I was very pleased with the service Not the dentures but the service. I was told in the beginning that the over 2500.00 that I was paying would be for the extractions and the immediate denture followed by adjustment and realign which would result in my having 2 plates by the time all was said and done. Today the entire story changed and they need another 600. Havent found a business that isnt all about the mone . I have said it a hundred times if the service and trust is there the business will come and the bottom dollar will manage itself. Just lost my business and anyone I can tell about it.

Dr. Holloway’s assistant, Christie, did my zoom whitening and she was amazing. She was so kind and made sure I was completely comfortable through the whole thing! Would absolutely recommend.

I had a major toothache that was causing headaches and pain. They were able to get me in right away and give me some relief. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff and made me feel comfortable.

I was a new patient at Brewer Dental Center this week and I dont think Ive ever had better work done! They are professional and friendly and did an outstanding job on my checkup and cleaning. My teeth usually feel rough after a cleaning but they are all smooth! They did a very thorough job. Im new in town but I think Ive found my new dentist office!

Terra the dental assistant was awesome! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist but she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Low was amazing about making it quick and pain free.

The office staff were friendly and courteous. The dental assistant was great and Dr. Ross was thorough and upfront about my dental questions. I thought I might need to have my dentures reclined and Dr. Ross assured me that everything was fine and I just needed to relearn my eating habits to accommodate the dentures.I would definitely recommend Brewer Dental to anyone and everyone.

The doctor examined me and referred me to an oral surgeon.One reason there were only 4 stars is because the referral didnt get to the oral suegeon until I called back 2 days later.

First off, the doctor was very nice. I will start my review with the cleaning. I came in for a routine cleaning. I am very regular at the dentist. The hygienist was very rough and caused me pain. I asked her numerous times to go easy on me. Her only response was that my teeth would thank me. By the time my cleaning was over my gums were swollen up like crazy and very sore for the next few days. Next up was a cavity filling. It was a cavity I didnt know I had and was causing no discomfort. I agreed to have it filled because I try and take the best care of my teeth as I possibly can. After the numbing wore off I noticed it was very sensitive. It was so sensitive it kept me up at night. I went back in to have it checked and they said that my bite just needed adjusted. Well, no luck with that. It is still very sensitive and even hurts. Now on to the reason I am writing the review. Their billing! I was originally quoted for all these things and the gal went over what my insurance would cover. I am a habitual teeth grinder to the point of it giving me headaches. I was quoted a night guard to help with that and told that since it was causing headaches my insurance would cover it completely. I got fitted for it and expected it in two weeks time. When I went to pick it up I got stuck with the whole bill! Nearly $650!!! What kind of garbage is that. I tried to explain that I was told insurance would cover it at which point a very different story was given by then telling me how insurance never covers them. I went home to verify what they told me on the printed quote since I had no other choice but to pay. Sure enough, the quote said $0 out of pocket and insurance would cover it. I am beyond irritated. I spent all this money I wasnt planning on because some gal apparently doesnt know how insurance works. I feel lied to. And worse of all I will probably have to go else where and get the cavity fixed.

They were very good and patient with me and are good about earning my trust Ive recommended them to my family. :) Great smile and great work very educational too.

Dr. Hansen is such a warm compassionate person, Im reluctant to see any other dentist at bdc. Theres not much more I can say. I now need to have my two boys and wife to schedule an appointment with him as well.

Not the old Brewer. Much more difficult to make a timely appointment even for small needs. Newer staff not very responsive to pt needs. Very unhappy after a ton of money spent and plan to find a new dentist. This makes me sad as Ive been a loyal customer for well over 10 years but the new Brewer is more hassle than its worth.
