I used to go elsewhere in Victoria but my nail tech quit and lost contact with her. I googled this place and was skeptic about this place but I based it off the reviews so decided to give it a try. Well, I chose wisely and now I found Nancy. She’s amazing! She’s no my go to lady for pedi and full set.

Got my first pedicure here. It was an amazing experience. My friend got her nails done and a pedicure as well. They are absolutely professionals and I highly recommend this place. I also feel the need to mention the massage chair I was in loosened up a knot on my back that has been there for weeks.

After careful research and reading tons of reviews from many salons, I was convinced this would be the best place for my son and I to go get our manicures. From the reviews and pictures they really looked like they did excellent work. My son and I drove almost an hour and a half to get to them, because I wanted to make sure we go to the best salon, and, I have to say, I was very impressed and very happy I chose them. Everyone there is so nice and the woman doing my nails was so gentle. My son was also just as happy with his results. This was the best experience Ive ever had getting a manicure. I will definitely make this my regular stop. I highly recommend Nails by Lee.

Tony does an awesome job on my nails.....they stay on better than any other place that I have had them done. Also the other male nail tech there does the best pedicure I have ever had. I dont have much experience with the girls so cannot really give an opinion. Basically, like so many nail shops they are rude, talk across the clients to each other in Vietnamese while they are working; and speak very poor English....but thats a small price to pay for decent nails. They are also a little more expensive than the other places in town.

I went to get acrylic nails with black shellac on top and everything seemed fine and dandy till I went home to wash the dishes and the polish turned into a liquid and came off in chunks. Never will go back nor recommend.

This is specifically a review of Tony Nguyen, the manager or boss of the salon. I had a 5:00 appointment for a mani/pedi. I waited some 30 minutes or so before I was placed in a chair with my feet in the water for my pedicure. I again waited another 30 minutes before the pedicure began. I wanted a deluxe pedicure, but was told there was not enough time because they were short- handed, so i had a regular pedicure. The technician who did the pedicure is great. Then, another wait of about 20 minutes for the manicure. Tony is who did this. I sat down and he pulled out the polish to begin painting. I told him to wait...I was getting a manicure. He said that for gel polish, he paints them first. I told him that made no sense and asked how he would trim the cuticles. He again said he would do it after and that everyone was different. I was unhappy and told him I was not having a good experience. He responded with, ok. Long story short, I was charged for a manicure and got a polish job because it was late and he was in an hurry. On top of that, it is the worst nail polish job Ive ever had. The edges are rough and uneven. I could have done a better job myself. Also, I didnt get out of there until 8:00. I know it may be hard to believe, but true. Ive heard good things about the women techs. I know Nancy and both Tracys are good. Beware Tony, the man in charge, who feeds you a line and does what he wants with bad results.
