Professional guys, very informative and friendly. Not professional quality work. We are in the process of listing our home for sale and wanted to have the carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned before we start showings. I did not get professional quality service but was definitely charged for it.Out of the five carpeted rooms we had cleaned, we had ONE stain/problem area …. And they were not able to remove the stain. In fact, they used so many cleaning products on it that the carpet/stain are now very coarse in that one area. This was after I had to call them to come back because an area under a crib was not done after I was told they would move small furniture like that when I made the appointment. It obviously wasn’t because if they had moved it they would have seen it was dirty beneath it (we moved all other furniture ourselves).I asked about vacuuming where the carpet meets the baseboards and was told “we can’t get that close, it might cause damage”. How can you say my carpet is clean and sanitized (paid extra for sanitizer!?!?) when the carpet near my baseboards is completely dusty and discolored? I never imagined having to use my own vacuum and go over my rooms again immediately after a “professional” cleaning. If you want professional QUALITY cleaning, this is not it.I would have been embarrassed to show my home and say that the carpets were just professionally cleaned, because I could have done a better job with a rented RugDoctor and my own vacuum.

Not only did they get rid of all the stains from my two dogs & cats but they removed all the stains left by my kids on my couch and rugs. One thing not listed for services was cleaning hardwood. my daughters have a tendency to sling ketchup like their in the rodeo trying to lasso a steer. So, naturally the stains that were left over on my couch and rugs were left on my hard wood. they look brand new!

Needed some help with my carpet and rugs in my house- having 3 dogs really takes it toll on fabrics! I reached out to Chem-Dry after hearing about them from my cousin who does commercial window-cleaning kept seeing them on-site, and he was always impressed with the quality work they did. They could not have been more helpful and my fabrics look brand new! I am also strongly considering signing up for their quarterly membership to keep my house looking this good (at least as long as the dogs allow). When it happens again, Ill give Ray and Chem-Dry a call!

I hadn’t thought of using a cleaning service for my fabric upholstery and carpeting, given I just presumed my vacuum would be enough, but boy was I wrong. I started noticing my allergies / sinuses picking up and my dog sneezing way more often. So I did a little research and reached out to Chem-Dry, and their technician Ray is super helpful / knowledgeable. He helped me understand why more regular deep cleaning is useful not only for businesses, but for at-home as well. After working with him and having my cleaning done, I noticed an immediate difference for both my 12 year old pup and I - so much so that I’ve now signed up for the “Gold Membership”, where I will be able to schedule quarterly cleanings. Again, can’t recommend these guys enough!
