Ive been really struggling to find a real gym in the Vero Beach area. Stronger Athletics is the only one in the area that has serious weights and atmosphere. This is NOT the place to come prance around and pose or jog on a computerized eliptical machine and think you got a workout. This is a place to TRAIN. Its small and a little short on some gear but the fact it is 24x7 and the right atmosphere makes up for any short comings. Too crowded? Just come when you please. Great value.
