Best place to go to they listen to your needs

Went in there for a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut with thinning it out. She trimmed my hair first which I have never had done and then for the deep conditioning treatment she had it in for 5 min when I k on it hasto be in for average 30-45 min so not a proper treatment and then just leaves my hair soaking wet and doesnt even properly towel dry my hair. I have never left a hair salon with hair dripping wet before. I will never go back. Just a waste of money

Been a long time customer for years never had a problem until recently all new people that don’t even do a good job, and to top it off they are now have doubled in price wanted 200$ to put highlights in my hair and that didn’t even include a haircut! Will Not be returning I will find a new salon!

Repeat customer. Normally have no issues and normally tip $10 on my $18 haircut. Had an appt, showed up early, waited 20 minutes after appointment time and appt still wasn’t acknowledged. Even overheard them tell their walk in customer(group of 3) that they had an appt they needed to get done, but chose to take them right in when customer said they wanted to make apt for following day. Waited until I put my jacket on to leave before they said they can get me in. Normally good experience, but don’t recommend if you have a busy schedule and need to get things done by appt times. Probaly not returning in future

I go see Megan every time I go and shes amazing!! I swear she works with magic. Its a perfect cut or color every single time!

She cut my hair too short. Then proceeded to tell me that she could not finish my hair because I had knits (which I do not). I have a shampoo that repels and kills lice and there has been no possible way for me to have gotten lice in the past few months. I also went home and checked to make sure that I did not and there was a little bit of obvious dandruff but nothing else. It came to my attention that it was almost their closing time and there was still a line of people. My guess is that she was just trying to get rid of me sooner. Will not be going back there.

Absolutely horrible. When I went in greeted with We will be right with you. ( one of the girls was styling the others hair) . About 20 minutes later i was put in a chair. I told the girl to take no more than 2 inches off. (When I went in my hair was to by butt. ) . The girl showed me that a little more needed to be cut off. I hha her show me on my back where my hair was going to be. I would say probably close to 3 inches. She had me remove my glasses. She stared to cut and the whole time I couldnt see what she was doing. As she finished she rushed me out of the chair. I told her numerous times that I wanted lots of layers. As I was.paying I asked her like 3 times if she cut it shorter than she was suppose to. Her response NO. She already had a guy in the chair so she was pretty much done with me. I get home and look at me hair and my hair is around the bottom of my shoulder blades and there are no layers. I will never go back there again. That place is a joke.

Lauren does a great job. Ive seen her twice now and she has been able to blend my layers (theyve been choppy) like no other stylist. She asks direct questions and listens to what I say. As a result, has been able to achieve the look I desire. Shes a professional as opposed to other stylists Ive seen both at this salon chain and others.

Scheduled an appointment so that I could get to work on time. It went wrong. Very wrong. This post also keeps getting edited for some reason, so not sure whats up with that... All I can say is that I will never go back to that Supercuts ever again. It was in the top 3 worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

I dont know if I just got a bad hairdresser this time, but my haircut was horrible. I asked for a bob that I saw in one of their books. As I was getting my haircut, I told my stylist that I wanted to taper the back and bring it up a little. However, my definition of a little and hers were so far apart. Not only did she not listen to what I said, but she didnt even have the nerve to tell me she messed up. She however covered it up and only shown me one side of my head which was not bad. Though she didnt level out the other side and therefore my hair was uneven. She butchered the back of my hair so bad, that I had to leave there and have another stylist at another chain fix her mistake. I personally will never go back to this chain again. I dont trust a chain that hires a stylist that cant even do a basic cut.

Fantastic haircut!

Brought my daughter here for a trim and style. We were having a girls day together and she was very excited. We waited 40 minutes, we were not greeted with a smile or a Hi or anything. Not one smile was on any of the stylists....if you can call them that. I wasnt expecting a 5 star salon, but a smile goes a long way. For heaven sakes your in the customer service business ladies. I know you probably hate your job because your at the least skilled place possible, but maybe you would get better tips if you at least said one word or interacted with your clients. Only brought my kids here for the convince, but so done with this place! 👎👎👎 The manager should be ashamed.

Supercuts in Oneida will never get my business again. My granddaughter(5) went tonight with her Mom on a whim to get a hair cut for a fun little girls night, She is very shy and gets nervous when in public with strangers. The lady who cut her hair was not helpful what so ever, was basically yelling at her to move her head in different directions and made comments like Its probably crooked because shes moving And thats just the short version. Unfortunately, my daughter-in-law couldnt help her at the time because she was getting her hair cut next to her, NO ONE will treat my granddaughter like that. I will be calling tomorrow. This woman should be fired. If you cant work with kids get the hell out of the business! Supercuts is pathetic!

First of all, never go here for a haircut. They cant do a skin fade at all I even asked them and she said yes 😑, JUST REALLY BAD
