I have been with allstate for many years and with this office for most of those years. I switched my insurance because their rates were way too high when I added a new vehicle. I called this office to cancel my policy and there was no follow up as to why or what could have been done to keep a long term customer. I feel as though the loyalty to the customer was not there. I believe that I had more loyalty to the company than they had for me.
