I am in the market for general liability insurance and just as I thought of looking up a local Vero Beach company, there it was. I was sitting in my car at a red light light and directly in front of me sits a Vero Beach Go Line bus with this huge ad for Waddell Insurance. I picked up my phone and called. I was connected to someone who handles commercial insurance and I believe her name was Gail. She was very knowledgeable in my needs and she said it would take a couple of days to gather a quote. This call was made on 03/09/2017, to date I still have not received a return call from Gail or anyone from Waddell so for now I will issue just one star, that may change if someone does finally reach out to me. My question is why bother reaching out to the public by spending thousands on advertisement if you are not going to follow up inquiries by serious clients. I will give it a couple of more days and come back to finish this review. It is very frustrating that most of the businesses in this town follow the same practices. Being a small business owner myself, I know how important it is to return a phone call and no matter how busy I am, I will always return a phone call before the day is over, thats call professionalism.

An awful place all around gave me one quote over phone got there it was a different story also I respected her time and showed up in a timely manner she came in 30 minutes late comming in laughing it and joking with her girlfriend like it was nothing to her that my time wasnt important at all they show no respect at unprofessional in every single way
