Was shopping for homeowner insurance. They never got back to me, I had to call again, than the quotes received where outrageously high.

First experience was easy to do. Must be focused on new customers only. Went to renew my insurance this year(2020). Long story short I contacted them 6 weeks ago about my homeowners insurance renewal. It took almost a week for a response. After a few weeks of getting no where. Needless to say i contacted another agency and had a new policy almost immediately. New customers beware.

A few Days after Christmas, i was near Delray, about 100 miles from home, on one of the worst highways in the world I 95. a inattentive driver in front of me hit the car in front of her bounced off him landed on my car then she bounce off me and hit the car in front of her again. well my car was badly damaged . from that point on Allstate had me covered. No worries Great people. they got you covered. they made sure i had a car while mine was being fixed. smooth and easy.Great people to do business with.
