I agree with Chris Rosier ^! Very unprofessional, arrogant, too many hurdles and no sympathy, understanding or patience. I too cannot understand why you cannot get your own personal items from the vehicle.My husband was tragically killed in an accident March 6, 2021. After many phone calls and 2 trips to May’s, I was FINALLY able to get the rest of his belongings out of his totaled vehicle! Today! March 30, 2021!!! 24 days later!!!Yes!, they said, “if it is not your vehicle then we blah blah blah. Thank goodness I had a trusted friend with me who took over the conversation after I stormed out the door shaking and crying.I’m going out on a limb and saying he must’ve been sued at some time. “One bad apple......” but at least show some compassion in my situation!!! Shameful!!!’

I do not like this company. Seems to be so many hurdles. From my understanding the stealing has been cut back a lot. But I still dont trust them. I have lost so much through them. Also. I cant fathom why you can not get your own personal items from the vehicle. Regardless if it is someone elses. My wallet or her purse with our IDs shouldnt be this difficult to get. And Im sure they will post something along the lines like if it is not your vehicle then we blah blah blah. Yet, come on. If my ID is there, then why can I not get at least that item?. Thats just unneeded complications and more ways for them to rack up the bill.

I called may 26 2019 and was told they couldnt tow a car for me so i called the next day and was told they couldnt do it because they needed to stay within 10 minutes so they can get any police calls and maybe they could get to me in about a week. Nice guy on the phone and the price he told me was resonable but they ended up being no help as i called watsons to do it.

Totally ridiculous with pricing ..if u have a choice dont call them they r 50 or more dollars exoensive than everywhere else.. They were very helpful gettinf my tire unlocked but still 133 for maybe 500 ft ridiculous

100% best place Ive ever called. I locked my keys in the car and they were to me within 15 mins,car was u locked literally less Than 20 mins after I had called them. and only charged me 40 bucks. ( Its 40 if youre within city limits) I know who to call from now on !! I would rate them more than. 5 stars if I could.

My boyfriend got stuck in a ditch due to an animal running out in front of him and the guy that the cops called from here was a total jerk. Acting like it was my boyfriends fault he was stuck in a ditch and acting like we called him, and he was going to charge my boyfriend an extra 20 because he couldnt get a hold of me and he had to wait. We didnt call them, the cops did and if we wouldve called someone it wouldnt have been them. Ive already seen bad reviews we will never call and will make sure people know of the ignorance.
