I have gone here off and on for several years for manicures but more often pedicures. In the last six months the quality has really seemed to go down. The pedicures do not last as long, the prices have gone up, and I have now had multiple issues on different visits. I visited in May 2021 and booked a pedicure a week in advance for a friend and I. We arrived at our scheduled time and they said we weren’t in the books at all even though I called. They were able to get us in a few hours and I was grateful as it was a Mothers Day gift to my friend. But this last time we went today, my feet felt incredibly dry after. I kept slathering lotion on them when I got home. Then later in the evening my heel started to burn and it looks like I may have a small chemical burn on my heel. It hurts to put pressure on it even though it’s such a small spot. I texted my friend that went with me and she said she’s not experiencing any burning but she said her feet feel super dry. Whatever they are using to exfoliate is much too harsh. I’ve gotten pedicures for 10+ years at a variety of salons and never experienced this before. Sadly, time to break up with them :(

Went in for an eyebrow waxing and I’m super regretful. It has been 8 hours later and my brows are still on fire. Not only was the wax extremely hot which irritated my skin, I watched the same dip stick go back into the bowl of wax after it was used on my brows which were bleeding. Very unsanitary and dangerous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The technician left acetone and foil on for forty minutes while doing other things. A no-chip manicure took two hours. There were 3 customers, two White women and one Black woman. Pictures were taken of the White women’s nails, but not the Black woman’s nails. I asked why were pictures being taken, and I was told for Instagram. I asked why weren’t the Black woman’s nails photographed. The owner just said “sorry!” They offered us a free manicure, but I declined. This place must be under new owners because service has never been bad, nor have we ever been openly discriminated against. Six years as loyal patrons down the drain!!! We will not return!! I will polish my own nails with cheap polish before I go back to this place. I’m tired of being mistreated because of the color of my skin!! Saying sorry is never enough. They need to change their heart!!

I had been going to Vogue for years but noticed that the quality of service has been declining drastically! The last few times Ive gone in to have my mani/pedis Ive had some really negative experiences with the nail techs. They seem to have extremely high turnover and I always seem to get a new person in training. Never fails that when they go to cut my cuticles they draw blood - Ouch! My last visit was in May 2021 and the nail tech drew blood from 4 different cuticles! Not to mention the quality of both the mani/pedi was so poor that even my husband commented that he could have done better!? Even after all that I still felt compelled to tip. Lastly at the end of the visit when it was time to pay I was told that prices increased. It would have been nice for them to state that up front before receiving my services. I can accept paying increased costs provided I receive good, quality service. Unfortunately that was my last visit as I have moved on to a new salon.

Friendly, helpful staff with very clean and trendy shop. Most everyone does a great job, very meticulous technicians. For COVID-19 there are shields up, everyone is masked and wears shields, sanitizing of stations and new always new gloves worn, plus they ask you to sanitize your hands as soon as you sit down. Great services with extra touches at reasonable prices.

I loved Vogue Nails in the past. I would drive a few miles because of their great service, great color selection and great job done on your nails. I went in today and was very dissapointed with the customer service and very poor color selection. Even the scrub and massage was just like rushing through, to get it over with. Very dissapointed.

Love this nail salon, has always been one of my favorites. Staff has always been nice and have never had a complaint until I met Angela. I almost never want to come back due to the service from Angela alone. She is very rough and painful and doesn’t seem to care at all. I went home with bleeding nails from a simple no chip manicure. Over all great place And great staff but Angela needs to leave. Also my toe polish has already chipped in 2 days

Great place, clean, quite, nice and great service! The only downside is that it’s really difficult to find availability as a walk in and cannot always get appointments with short notice; so I’ve had to go to other places when I can’t go here since my schedule is a moving target... but if can always plan ahead then I recommend them 100%

Not friendly to new customers and no sanitation protocol in between customers. COVID 19 precautions not taken seriously at all (only noticeable precautionary measure was shields), literally nothing else. Techs did not change gloves with different customers, gloves were dirty from previous customer. Quality of service with pedicure was mediocre to poor. Will never return or recommend.

Best nail salon ever! As you walk in you feel they care about customer. Very clean and professional, technicians are nice and do great job. Helen is my favorite, pays close attention to your nails, never rashes and always listens what do you like. Highly recommend😀

I’ve been coming since they opened and I am obsessed with coming for pedicures. I always get the green tea even though it’s a bit more pricey I budget out enough because after a stressful month it’s nice to relax. The manicures are nice as well but I personally do SNS and this salon is all natural so NO acrylic or anything like that. Just your nail manicure which isn’t a bad thing because they do amazing manicures

I had a pedicure here and Emma did a great job! She was very pleasant and I love how it turned out. The atmosphere is very relaxing here.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and always have great experience. There are a lot of nail salons in the area but this one is the cleanest and most professional.

No massage chairs. Pedicure was done in less than 15 minutes. Asked for a paraffin soak for my feet, only able to do my heel.

Worse place Ive ever been to! I was here Sunday and it was 4:45 when I walked in and you had to close at 5pm... the girl who greeted gave me attitude and wasnt sure if they could do my pedicure because of the time until close (anyone who walks in before 5 is supposed to get service). A young man did my pedicure super quickly. Didnt take the time... moved me over to the drying area and by 5:10pm they were asking me if I could walk outside to my car in the plastic flip-flops they provide... I immediately said I wasnt able to do so... the young man who had done my pedicure came back by me and sprain my feet with a liquid and put a plastic sandwich bag over (and so he did with my other foot. Told me to go ahead and put on my shoes because they were closing. I got home 10 min later (I live in mundelein) and when I got home and took off my shoes my French pedicure was completely ruined!!! I paid $33.00 and $10.00 in tip to get this type of treatment and unprofessionalism.

I tried Vogue for the first time today and loved it. Had a no chip Mani and regular pedi, Suri was my artist for both, and she is an artist. Very attentive to every detail, she helped me pick my color (which I loved), and polish looked perfect. Im an athlete and not a regular nail salon visitor, but I felt no judgement, everyone was super friendly and I was completely comfortable. I will definitely return...

My nails ended ip ok. But, they over chaged me. When i questioned it they just kept asking me for the money.

Been a customer for 6 months . Then I had a just a toe nail change with a no chip manicure . They charge me FULL price for like a pedicure . My feet didn’t even get wet !!!! I left then thought again about the charge . I call and told them and they DID nothing about it . Didn’t even apologize . Very disappointed with service . Won’t be going back

Toenails color came off in 3 days.

Did a nice job on the pedicure but was super rushed and did not feel relaxing!!
