I wasnt happy with my experience today I went there a week ago an no masked was today they refused to color my hair cuz I cant wear a masked due to a health issue... I have not only just moved ta this area... an looking for a great place to getting my hair done without be harassed for my choice

I had amazing experience here. The front desk was a hit or miss. I went there 2 times and it was very friendly check in process once and the other time not at all. But the hair stylist is beyond amazing. Her name is Ludmila and she is just the best. She even makes recommendations based on your face structure, hair type and the problems you face with your hair. She deserves a five star. I had to take out a star because of the front desk experience.

Emma did so well working with my hair quirks! She’s a true professional who really listens and knows how to layer my hair. She knows just what to do!!

I am one who is extremely picky about my hair and I’ve moved from my hair stylist of 14 years. I had an appointment with Emma and I was extremely nervous and almost backed out. But I let her work her magic and I have to say I’m BEYOND amazed at how she took my complicated hair request and formed it into what I wanted. I cannot wait to go back and see her again. She was more than I could have asked for and an amazing replacement from my old hair stylist.

This review is specifically for Emma! I needed a new salon when I moved to vernon Hills so I found this place and said “just give me whoever is available”. I’m sure, like a lot of people, I have been scarred by salons in the past. I am always nervous to try someone new but Emma took great care of me! Such an educated stylist that gives great advice on hair car. Have been returning to her ever since! Always leave feeling happy and confident.

I asked for a 1” trim of my hair. The hairstylist cut 3” and my hair now is uneven on the sides and flipping up. It took me a long time to grow my hair and now I am dealing with much shorter hair and a bad haircut. ☹️
