Very disappointed. I have been going to this place for a pedicure for years without an appointment. Today I show up when they open the doors and I am told a 45 minute wait. So I came back 30 minutes later and I was told it would be 45 minutes. I hope that management respects its customers better than this. I am sure there are better salons out there who care about their customers. If you know any please post them because I am now looking for one.
I came here after having a horrible experience at another location and was met by Justin. I let him know that I was just looking for a pedicure and to remove my shellac. he asked me why I didnt want to get color and I explain to him what had happened. He was so understanding and took time to explain to me about a new dipping powder and how I would really love it. He convinced me to go ahead and give it a try and he was so right!First my pedicure was amazing. He took his time and had my hand soaking while he worked on my feet and help me pick a color that matched the color I had picked for my nail. I asked for a design and he gave me something simple and elegant which I thought was very nice. When we started on my hands I let him know that my real nails were very important to me and that I suffer from arthritis so I need a gentle hand. He was very gentle and explain to me step-by-step what he was doing since I had never had it done before. He was careful not to ruin my nails anymore than they were already and he let me know what I could expect with the new product he was using. It has been 3 weeks now and I will be going back and taking my whole family to get Services here. I even recommended him to somebody that was new in town and was looking for a new place for their nails. Im only speaking for Justin as he is the only person that I have had work on my nails. I highly recommend him. The place is nice and clean very beautifully decorated their chairs are comfortable and prices are fair. I have gotten many compliments on my nails and my natural nails feel strong and dont hurt anymore.
Ask for Justin. Hands down the BEST! Justin is skilled, friendly and made me laugh. We had great conversation which is a nice change from my normal nail salon experience. I get the Dip powder. Ive never seen his technique and let me tell you... best Dip ever! He listens to you and fixed a broken nail for free... just squeezed me in. Great customer service. Im grateful to have found this salon. Finally have a nail guy 😌
Great place for getting your nails done. Great staffpolite and friendly
Very sweet women and beautiful shop. Very high quality. Great location too!!
The lady did a good job, reason for the lack of stars is due to lack on following covid rules and not addressing customers concerns. They had 2 employees sitting there no mask and when I asked to move... was talked down to like the plastic fake walls are enough. Im sorry plastic dose not filter anything and there was no additional filters in the building.Again good job from the lady, not fantastic but they should follow the rules as everyone else and not talk down to customers when they voice out their concerns.
Honestly one of the best places I’ve been so far! Gone to others and they hurt or sometimes bleed a little bit but not here! Very kind! Great customer service! I don’t remember the lady’s name but really amazing job! Would come here again!
We made appointments over the phone. From the minute we walked in the whole experience was really awkward as if they didnt want our service. At the end they decided to tell us cash only even though there are several we accept Visa signs on the doors and inside. They forced us to pull cash using their ATM machine which says no transaction fee. There of course was a $2.50 transaction fee. I received fraudulent charges from Oasis and had to report these charges to my bank and cancel my card after this visit. Absolutely terrible.
Nice salon and good service
Owner and employees are very friendly. I am disabled, wear a leg brace and use a walker and they are always especially attentive to me. I really appreciate them.
My new go-to spot. They’re always very friendly and the shellac seems to be higher quality, it stays on much longer than other places. Convenient location too.
They do good work if getting a manicure, for acrylics its average. My most recent trip, they were on their cell phones, insulted my short nails, and always disappearing in between doing steps of the manicure. I almost walked out because I was offended and annoyed. I stayed and they did a great job. I gave 3 stars because they are talented, the work is long lasting, and the place is beautiful, but I think they should act more in a professional manner. There is one gentleman that is so nice and talented, that when I go back, it will only be with him.
HOLLY AND CHAU WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you so much ladies!! We came in last minute for a pedicure were quick to help us and get into a chair! Super friendly quick and gave long massages!! I recommend the shellac and deluxe pedicure!!
Joanne is seriously the most amazing person and nail tech i have ever had. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I feel so lucky I found her. She got me on the DIP powder nails and its so much better than acrylic and takes less time as well
I love this place! I always come here for my dipping powders and they turn out amazing and stay on for a while! Fair prices, and awesome service. Totally recommend.
I never leave reviews but i also rarely find a nail place that i leave %100 satisfied. Oasis, however, was accommodating, friendly, and relaxed. We went in shortly before closing and they took their time to make sure our service was good and never rushed us. Prices are decent and well worth the experience! Definitely will be making this my regular nail place because so far no other salon can compare!
My nails personally turned out okay but my friends nails turned out nothing like she wanted to the point where she had to get them re-done. the lady who did hers originally proceeded to talk bad about my friend to the next costumer. terrible costumer service.
Fast friendly service
Been going here for years and have had most of thier services. Love the people here. They always treat me very well.Any of the 1 star reviews on here are ridiculous. Sometimes it can get busy, that’s why I make my appointments ahead of time. If I don’t, I know that I’ll be waiting. Not their fault you didn’t plan ahead. I’ve also seen ladies treat these techs with disrespect for no reason as well, so don’t buy into people saying that they’re rude. They’re not.
I go here regular. Ive never been nicked or rushed and they all do fine detail work. Prices are reasonable. Love giving & receiving gift certificates from here.
I see Vivian who always has been on time for me, very professional, listens to what I want, and makes me feel comfortable even though I extremely chew/pick my nails. Even when we are short on time and she should get out of there, she gives me the best pedicure!
I got my acrylics filled here and my nails turned out awful. The shape is TERRIBLE the nails are different sizes and there was a few nails that had to be redone and every nail that was done from scratch is cricked and sloping down.100% would not recommend this place for acrylic nails. Also my fill with fixing a few nails was $50 not worth it at all! I will not be coming here again.
We had a group of 4 of us that had manis and pedis. The technicians were friendly, good and very attentive. Most of them spoke clear English and were fun to talk to. They had a ton of colors to choose from. The salon was clean and they sanitized with bleach.
DO NOT GO TO OASIS NAILS. I had my nails done here not too long ago and the lady rushed on them and didn’t do the best job. Then a couple days later they started to chip right away. I’ve never had gel chip that fast before. But I was on vacation for a week so I couldn’t go in right away to get them fixed. So when I finally came back and told them what happened they treated me as if I was lying and said my nails were too grown out to fix. They wouldn’t fix their mistake without me paying for a whole new gel manicure. My nails grow fast so they were a little grown out but not too bad. I even had my receipt to prove I was there only a week ago.
I dont go anywhere else but here. Love it. They serve mamosas, wine, and of course Costco water. ;)
These ladies are absolutely amazing ❤️ perfect day out ...
People are very friendly and awesome and fast service! Chau is amazing!
Awful! And the lady was rude. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Will not return. My nails look so bad like im not sure how they could mess them up this bad.
Love this place for acrylic nails! There are 2 people there I really like and some I havent tried yet
Let me begin by saying, I have never left a negative review. However, I am unwilling to return to Oasis, and feel others should be aware of how business is conducted. I went in and paid for an acrylic fill with gel polish on January 14th with Nancy. By January 16th, one nail had chipped. On the 16th, I went in and had my nail re-painted with Joann; I was not charged and left a tip. Today, January 17th, the nail that was just re-done 18 hours prior; had chipped, along with two other nails of the same color. I went into Oasis for the third time this week, and selected a different color (clearly the one chosen on the 14th does not stay well), and told them I needed a color change on my acrylics (both Nancy who initially did my nails, and Joann who fixed the one nail were with customers), I was directed to a seat towards the back and explained to the gal what had happened, expressing some frustration for being in for the third time this week; and she happily changed my polish color. Upon finishing I pulled out a tip for her, and was told I am expected to pay for the polish change. I expressed my concern, as I paid for this service 72hrs prior, and the polish they state holds up for two weeks, didnt hold up for two days. I was told by whom I believe to be the owner, that I was being charged as when I walked in the door I selected a different color, and said I wanted a color change rather than using the words I need my nails fixed - regardless of having had explained the situation to the gal who just did my nails as soon as I sat down. I tried to reason with him; as there were customers in the salon and I was very pleased with my initial service and the friendliness of all the ladies whom had helped me, however he was unwilling to do anything. Needless to say, I have been in the salon three times in four days, I have paid for a fill with a gel polish, I have paid for another gel polish change ($15 in itself) and I have tipped three times; yet have not had a polish last more than 48 hours.
They say “walk-ins welcome” however when I walked in for a simple manicure, not a single person greeted me or asked what I needed. I proceeded to wait, and still no acknowledgement. They were not busy and I noticed two people that could have greeted me. Therefore I just walked out, without even getting to see if they were good or not. All due to the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Nice, clean, friendly and reasonably priced! love my nails so much. I will definitely be back. Justin is amazing😊
This was a real treat to visit. One of the best experiences Ive had in a long time at a nail salon. I didnt feel pressured by the nail technician and she still did a good job and took her time on my pedicure. She even let me sit in the chair a few minutes extra to let my toes fully dry. I felt this was an extra special touch because I usually dont get the same treatment at other places despite being busy (although there were more chairs than technicians so I wasnt taking up any needed real estate). I will definitely be back again for another pedicure.
I had eyebrows waxed and nails done. Everything came out beautifully and everyone was so nice. I didnt realize I had come in right as they were closing and they didnt rush or get impatient. I didnt realize they had closed until I was leaving. I was That customer and they were amazing.
My friend got stiletto acrylics and they look great. Also everyone is happy and laughing. Good prices and colors.
My first time going here was a decent experience. My second and last time was horrible. Two of the four people working there were very rude, mainly the man that did my nails. I felt very rushed to choose my nail color and ended up choosing a shade Im not fond of as a result. The man who did my nails kept getting mad at me about where my fingers were slipping and even though he kind of pushed them into the paper towel, causing him to have to re-do a nail halfway through the process, he had the nerve to rudely say, what have you done now? He was getting upset with me throughout the ENTIRE process. I never write reviews but I did for this place to warn anyone that if you are curious about going here, I advise to be prepared to be treated in an unfriendly rushed manner. And on top of it, the guy really did a crappy job on my nails. I am never going back. So go to this place at your own risk.
MADE us pay with cash and told us to use the ATM even though they accept debit cards. She lied and said it was for purchases over $17 but the sign above the register clearly says $10, she clearly just wanted to put it right in her purse as she did. How does this business even run legally? Terrible customer service, not even a thank you or anything, and they even have pretentious sign on all their work stations that said please have tip ready in cash No tip needed for poor service. Find another place that will at least appreciate your business.
My fav nail place and I’ve tried LOTS.
Went to this place i will never return there again my nails look like they need a fill not filed right i called and asked for a refund they said no refunds but there is no sighns that say that they have to be the rudest people stay away from this place im turning them into the bbb
They are the nicest people! My nails always come out looking incredible, and the day before my wedding, they stayed open just for my mother and I, when we were in a panic. I adore them!
Amazing nails every time ...
Been going here over a year for my acrylics and am never disappointed. Fast and great price. People always compliment me on my nails.
I am disabled (use walker or cane)and I have NEVER been treated so well. Staff was so concerned & kind to make sure I was safe & comfortable getting in & out of pedi chair. Even insisted on putting my socks, ankle brace & shoes on for me! Great pedi, too & reasonable price. Facility itself is pleasant too.
What a great place. On a whim I stopped in, they were able to accommodate. Service was awesome.
Got me in right away for a Mani and were quick
Shellac manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks chipped after 2 days AND I have multiple cuts on my cuticles.
Holly does my pedis. She is awesome.
Have been on the verge of tears multiple times leaving here. Justin is the only one that knows what hes doing. Dont think I will go here again.
Very bad experience. walked in with little to no customers to have my nails removed and they stuck my hand in acetone for about 20 minutes without paying attention to me. the guy started prying the nail off of my own and now my skin is peeling very badly from the acetone.
I used to love this place, but it has changed and there were all new people. While the woman I had doing my nails was removing my old gel polish, a man walks over (not the normal guy who used to be there that I liked) walked up, pulled out a dirty looking power tool they use to remove acrylics, and proceeds to sand off not only my nail polish, but parts of the top layer of my nail AND my skin above the cuticle on several of my nails. Which all bled for 2 days off and on afterward. This is despite me telling him several times I have very thin nails, and ouch!!! Every time he sanded my skin with that dirty tool. I used to go here all the time. Now I will never go back, and I will warn everyone I know.
Fungus, fungus, FUNGUS. This is NOT a clean nail salon. Their tools and wash tubs are NOT sterile. Dropped in for a pedicure and was fit in right away. Appreciated that. I looked around, had a feeling the women were neither licensed nor trained in sanitation techniques. Cant prove it. They barely spoke discernible English. How could they have taken the Washington State exam and not understand English? Egads! I should have left, but my old polish was a disaster, so I stayed. I sensed she hadnt truly disinfected the tub; just rinsed it. (Did I say I should have left?) She spoke in an Asian language with the other employees, chattering on when she should have been focusing on her customer...me. She began filing my nails and picking around the cuticles, reaching for files that were on her taboret. They had been used on other clients...I am sure of it. Theyre supposed to be in sealed packages, I thought that was the law, and opened in front of the customer then handed to the customer at the end of service. But no, they use the same tools on one customer after another. I doubt they properly use the sterilizer. She painted a base coat on from her own bottle (probably infected from prior clients infected nails and nail beds), then used the bottle of color I brought along. A few months later, when I removed the color, there it was. FUNGUS!!! It was disgusting. This place should be shut down. Where is the health department? Is it because theyre immigrants and were supposed to feel sorry for them and turn a blind eye? Ever hear of Typhoid Mary? This Oasis is a Fungus Pit.
At this point weve had 7 services done by them and are thrilled. Theres 3 of us and weve gotten 2 full sets. 2 fills. 2 pedis and 1 mani. Each time we go in, we actually make an appointment, we are treated wonderfully. We laugh and joke and just really have a great time. At our appt. Today we had a lot of laughs. Just had a great time. They were so sweet to my 15 year old who was getting her first mani. The place is very clean and set up nicely. The people are very nice and the services are awesome. Prices also very reasonable. The only thing I do wish is that they did nail art. Otherwise, they are pretty darn fabulous. Their location Is also right off the freeway and easy to find. I highly recommend them.
PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I GOT A FOOT INFECTION A DAY AFTER GETTING A PEDICURE!This was by far one of the worst pedicure/manicure experience I have ever had. I came here to get my nails done for prom, and when you walk in, you have to sign in at this cheep wobbly desk. After I signed in, we had to wait a good five minutes before someone asked if we needed help. I was then told to pick out polish color out of their small collection that was primarily reds and purples. One of the workers seated me in a pedicure chair so I could be attended to. I had to wait fifteen minutes before someone noticed that I had not even gotten water to soak my feet in. Once the pedicure started, the woman who was giving me my pedicure dropped all the tools onto the floor, looked at me to see if I had noticed, picked them up and pretended nothing had happened. Using the tools she dropped is defiantly against health code. One of the other workers started to comment about me soon after, pointing and laughing with other coworkers. I let it go the first time, as they were speaking in another language, but after several times of the same coincidence, it became very clear. Once my nails were getting painted, I requested to get a design put on my big toes for an extra five dollars. However, the lady helping me did not give me any options to choose from, and just chose something for me. She added a rhinestone with the design that did not go with the polish I chose, nor did it go with the dress I would be wearing for prom. I did not request a change because I now just wanted to leave, after being there for a full forty minutes already. When we we went over to get my manicure, I realized I was stepping on various material such as discarded fingernails, nail extension clippings, a kind of white powder (which I assume was from the nail extensions) and other junk that had been there for who knows how long. The water I put my fingers in had been sitting there since I had arrived, and had skin particles from previous users in it. The towel on the table had fingernail clippings, under nail crud, and cuticles from previous customers. Then, she pulled out the same cuticle cutter she had used on my feet, with the previous cuticles still there, and wiped them on the towel. So not only had other peoples previous fingernail junk was on the towel, but peoples FEET junk was there too. I was horrified. After my nails were done, the lady helping me turned around, grabbed her tablet, and started watching shows on youtube, RIGHT INFRONT OF ME. Needless to say, I was extremely offended by the experience, and felt as though they were trying to hide things from me, and as though they had been successful due to me texting while waiting to be helped.Within one day, My nails had already were already flaking off, and my big toes had gotten a slight skin infection. PLEASE! IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE AS OPPOSED TO GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE FOR A CHEEP AMOUNT OF MONEY!
My favorite place for nails and feet ever
Great service, kind people, and great selection of styles, colors, and designs.
Always a great place for a pedicure.
Spent $45 and the lady didn’t paint them evenly, my nails were goopy and had bubbles in them, I asked her to fix them and she said they looked good, didn’t glue down the plastic completely and after 3 days I’ve had 1break off and the other is barely hanging on, it’s not worth the price and the people are rude.
This place wasted my time. I made an appointment and when I got there they asked me to wait for a couple minutes. 20 minutes later.... Yeah. I just walked out. Never coming back.
Been going there for 19 years, excellent work
Great customer serviceHolly is awesome
Wonderful people! Great experience!
They wanted to charge me 5 extra dollars dollars to have my nail longer and also wanted to charge me 5 extra dollars to have it a different shape ✌ and the lady was rude to me so I left I didnt give her any of my money
First time in and I got a shellac manicure. She removed prior shellac and then proceeded to put new shellac color on. I was in and out in 15 min. No cuticle trimming or hand massage. Wasn’t worth 25.00.
Im from Los Angeles and actually they are right on target. Regularly see Joanna and Lee.
Joann is the best nail tech ever!!!
Awful. Awful. Awful. Lady was sooo rude. I will never go here again! Terrible customer service.
Bad service
