I went in to get my nails done and Elly did an amazing job. Ive been going here for A while and its my favorite nail salon. They always leave me with the perfect nails. The whole staff is super sweet and understanding. Elly did the most beautiful set. Would overall recommend.

They are a busy salon. Make sure to make an appointment before you go.This location is also in a busy shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants. Parking is a bit tricky. Overall, good service and fairly priced.

Ive been to a lot of nail salons since moving to the Alexandria area from CA in 2019. Spark is the first place where a technician has provided actual foot care. My technician, Lei, has good energy and commitment to her craft. She takes her time to do a good job for you, and is careful to get the customers feedback while she is working on you to ensure she is providing good customer service! The owner is also very attentive to the customers as well, even sitting and chatting with them to connect with them on a professional manner! I appreciate the extra mile they take at Spark to give great customer service!

I came here based on reviews online and so happy with my decision! Reviews mentioned everyone’s attentiveness and craft but what stood out to me was Elly.Decided to give her a try and so happy with results. She is the sweetest and cutest and true artist. I came in with one idea simple color for mani but we got to talking and she shows me the designs she does foe clients. She does all of them on the fly from her own creativity, they come to her and say just create something. They are gorgeous!!!!!I changed my mind and told her I want the same…the best part is she was able to do so with my short nails!!!!I do not like long and cannot get anything done with them so I thought it might be difficult but she got it done with the short and mall space.Def coming back!!!!!

I come to Springfield every other week or so and tried the other local salons only to be let down. My 1st time having my nails done here and I was very pleased with the quality of the work! My nail tech Vi was also personable with me and suggested the do overlay for French design becuz I like a natural look. The dip was not bulky on my natural mail and the French look I was going for was achieved perfectly! I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Every bady roud and never apologize to us we get appointment same time but don’t work, my technician is not perfecinal, naul pulish old after finish my work all nail pulish remove. Vincent has been doing my nails for three years and does an amazing job! Vy did the art for this and I absolutely love it!!! I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. All of their techs are great - but if you want design work, ask for Andy, Elly, or Vy. Love, love, love their work.

Worst customer experience ever!I walked in asking if I can have an appointment with Vincent ( who’s extremely skilled and professional) but the receptionist told me that he is on a vacation, and he suggested another lady to work on my manicure and pedicure.And after I chose my color and the lady started to remove my gel manicure, the receptionist guy talked to her in another language then English, then the lady told me : I am sorry, somebody else will take care of you as he is assigning me to these other customers.I talked to the receptionist guy telling him you can not change the technician in the middle of my service!And he said well, you can simply leave then!!!!And I left with this mess on my nails, however I entered the salon with a perfect gel manicure.That receptionist ruined my previous good experience with Vincent, he is very rude and impoliteEdited on 08/17: that version by the owner is definitely false...As they never said the lady will only prep me!!!!she was first taking me to start the pedicure, then she kindly told me lets remove the gel from your nails first.And me and her were discussing the colors!!!unlike this impolite receptionist, the lady herself was shocked when he told her to take care of the other customers, and again, unlike him, she kept on apologizing and saying sorry!Its pathetic that a business goes the extra mile the lie, and not to satisfy their customers

Since I moved to VA, I’ve been getting my nails done here. The whole staff is friendly and super helpful. I always get gel and tapered square acrylic nails and the techs are always up to date with the latest styles. I will continue to come back!

I love this shop! It is clean and everyone is very nice. I normally see Andy but I made an appointment late and I serviced by Le Le. She was wonderful and did an awesome job on my nails, feet and eyebrows! It is a far drive for me but the quality of work I can’t find at salons near my house, I will be back real soon!

I had Arin as my pedicure tech and she was the sweetest person to talk to! Everyone is very welcoming and understanding. I had to change my appointment an hour before and they easily accommodated for my group of friends and I. Everyone was a pleasure! Definitely coming again.

I walked in with a horrible liquid gel set that had been done at a different nail salon (never going back there again!). I sat down with Vincent who removed that set and did a new powder set on my real nails and HE WAS AMAZING! He was so thorough and careful and the results came out better than I couldve expected. Vincent and Le are the best! Definitely a returning customer.

My nail tech was Le. She is the absolute best!!!! I moved away in 2018 and I recently moved back to the DMV area this month. Anyone that’s serious about their nails, knows how hard it is to find a good nail tech. So, I purposely looked for Le and I am extremely happy that I was able to find her at this new location. She pays attention to the details and she is a perfectionist in what she does. Additionally, this place is really clean and super organized as well.

Helen did an amazing job with my toes and nails. I have ingrown toenails and she went far enough to get them completely out. I had tips on my fingernails and she removed them with ease and gave me a SNS manicure with a small shoulder massage. I will definitely be going back!

Vy is fantastic! She takes her time and ensures you get exactly what youre looking for. The owner is great too, shes super welcoming to the clients. You can tell her employees are happy to work there.

I made an appointment for 5:45pm for a gel pedicure. I arrived and had to wait 45 minutes, as they were taking walk ins. Finally at 6:30 the lady starts working on me. She rushes through the pedicure and puts the gel polish on. She gets up, put the tools away, and starts working in another client. She doesn’t tell me that I’m done so I sit in the chair for a few minutes and assume I’m done. Mind you, she did not do the massage that is included in the service. I go to pay and ask if I can get a discounted service as she didn’t do the massage and I waited 45 minutes. She tells me she did do the massage and refuses to lower the price.

DIANE AT Spark nails always slays my nails and feet. She is very knowledgeable with nails and what looks good. She’s also gotten me to get away from the basic pink color I loved and try other colors such as yellow which I now love, blues, greens and red. Diane is very professional and always on time with my appointment. Check my girl Diane out next time your in the area I promise she won’t disappoint.

I made a last minute stop at Spark Nails Spa(for the first time) since I was in the area, and I wasnt disappointed. I called about an hour before closing and they were able to fit me in. Upon arrival I was greeted and given the color wheels. My nail tech was Helen and she was GREAT! She was quick but detailed and thorough with the removal of my old gel and the manicure service overall, which only took about an hour itself. I was very pleased with the visit that I got Helens information to book future appointments.

I got overcharged and only 5 days after getting the dip powder, my nails are already lifting and 2 came off.they said it was supposed to last for up to 4 weeks. terrible.

I dropped in for a gel dip while staying in Springfield. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, especially Fawn. My manicure turned out great. It was a little pricier than I am used to in the midwest but the great quality and service made it worthwhile. The quick shoulder and neck rub at the end didnt hurt, either. I will definitely stop again next time I am in the area.

I loved everything about this experience at Spark. Ryan was AMAZING and so sweet! I truly enjoyed his company and actually talking with someone when I get my nails done, most times at other nail salons they dont. Not even just that, their cleaning methods are amazing. After they wipe down the pedicure chairs and make sure its ready for the next person, they use a hand held UV light and run it all around the chair to kill any germs that could be there. I thought it was great to see that and so very smart. I will definitely come back and visit everyone there at Spark. Its a great experience and so worth it 🥰♥️

What a treasure of a find! First time there today and it was such a great experience. Clean salon, hospitable staff who asked me what I wanted throughout my manicure (is this the length you like? Do you like the shape? Are you doing ok?), and the little extra perks (the hot ginger tea was delicious and the neck and shoulder massage was a really nice finish). And best of all, they gave me the rose gold chrome that 5 other salons couldnt do for me. The customer before me traveled from Maryland just to come here for their skilled artistry. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This nail spa is really nice and clean. The nail techs follow the safety protocols for covid when providing services. The nail tech that I go to is Diane and she does an amazing job especially when it comes to providing SNS Dip Powder Manicures, top of the line service and the manicure last super long too. It’s worth the money and includes getting a free mins of shoulder massage which is a plus (feels like being in Heaven)

One of my friends recommended me Spark Nails but I hesitated because I have been going to another particular nail shop for a while now. However my go to tech was out for the week so I though I gave Spark a try. I was so happy that I did. The shop is beautiful, clean and the staff was very cordial. Now come the best part..huge selection of SNS colors, which is what I prefer. To make the story short, the tech did an excellent job on my nails. It looks like I will be coming back soon.

I’ve went to a few places in the DMV area and Southern VA that couldn’t get my nails the way I wanted but Sparkle Nails did them perfectly. My gel full set and my pedicure was perfect. I went to this nail salon based on the reviews I saw online. I wanted to get a pedicure and a S&S hombre pink and white. The pedicure was fine. The S&S was horrible. I could see it was going badly as the blend was terrible. You could also see the line on my nail. I told her that it was not good and to do a straight color. She said that it would blend when she got to end. It did not. I have to get them redone. I also paid for a 15min massage which was barely 5 minutes. It only takes one time for me. Wont

Vincent was amazing!!!! I came in trying to get my old set fixed (from different salon) that wasnt very good. He made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was pleased with the work every step of the way. Most times I dont like talking during my appointments, but I loved conversing with him! I have finally found my go to nail salon!

I love this place! Lena has done my nails twice now and she has not disappointed! She does such a great job and I am very particular about how my nails look. Both times I’ve seen her she has completely saved my life. My nails look like a complete disaster when I walk in and she totally remakes them and brings them back to life. I seriously wait to get my nails done until I come in to town (I live two hours away) because I know I’ll be happy when I leave Sparks. I just moved here not too long ago and my sister swore up and down I needed to try this place out after not having the best experiences at another nail place I was going to. Let me just say I’m so happy I finally got to try them out! From the moment we walked in (no appointments) the staff was so friendly and quick to get us both set up with technicians. Ryan was phenomenal and saved my nails from the previous salon I had gone to. It’s difficult finding a new nail person when you move but he really took the time to reshape my nails, and fix them up and make sure they were exactly how I wanted them!I will definitely be returning here from now on & I highly recommend!!!

A friend recommended Spark Nails to me, and its a bit pricier than the other place I have used in the area, but the service made that so worth it. Everyone is very friendly, I was seated within minutes of walking in (no appointment), the chairs are comfy, my tech is the first person Ive ever had a pedicure with who didnt make the water SCALDING (it was perfect!), and she did a great job of not tickling my feet, massaging my legs, and doing a wonderful job shaping and painting my nails. (Given the state of my feet after a walking vacation, she had her work cut out for her!) I will definitely be going here again for my future nail needs!

I loveeee this place. Everything is awesome. They greeted me right away and since I booked an appointment prior to coming in, I was seated right away. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was so relaxing and satisfying. My feet really felt clean and I felt like a princess. I got the food scrub and I loved the massage she gave me I almost fell asleep. After I got a manicure with a hand,arm massage and it felt so good. I also loved how even tho it was busy, I didnt feel rushed, or skimped on service and attention. As a man, I have gone to many places for a pedicure, and always come away not to thrilled. Today, I found the best one ever.... The ambiance of the salon, no chemical smell, and friendly staff have my business for good! Rachel took care of a nail that was slowly getting ingrown, due to improper trimming by the last salon. She took her time to get it corrected and out. Best $45 I have spent on my feet in a long time!!! I highly recommend this place of business. Next time, I think I will get the full treatment!!!

Honestly, the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The shop was clean, the atmosphere soothing and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly. Rachel, the nail technician who took care of me, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. She asks me frequently if I was doing okay and if I needed anything, explained what she was doing at certain points (very helpful to someone who doesnt do this often, in my opinion), and kept up conversation so there were no awkward moments. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I have received a confirmation email that they are going to reschedule me for Friday I honestly was really upset in the salon and I hope I didn’t ruin anyone’s experience I give them a thumbs up for caring for the clients GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Loved Spark! They’ve renovated since the last time I came and the staff was friendly, attentive and professional! Clean and comfortable environment in a convenient location. Helen was my technician and what a great job she did! We decided to do dip powder instead of gel on my nails and she was able to perfectly custom create the color to match the gel on my toes! When the topcoat didn’t seem to cooperate upon wrapping up my manicure, she started the entire process over and grabbed new products to ensure my nails came out perfectly. And they did! Can’t wait to go back and bring a friend!

Erin is amazing and I have used her services at a previous shop. I havent made it to the new shop as of yet due to my loyalty to my technician. When she come there I will be there too. Cant wait. Love Vincent there as well. I may have to make this my back up shop.
