The salon is clean and they follow the government mandates as they change and evolve. The prices are fair and my favorite tech, Bobby, is always great for a back to back pedicure and acrylic nails. Everyone is friendly and I know other clients whove gone here for many years. I do actively recommend this salon to friends and anyone who compliments my nails.

August 5t, I had an appointment with my favorite Nail Tech, Tom, at Nail Pro on Parkway Dr. NE Vancouver.Tom is a very meticulous, proficient Nail Tech who does beautiful excellent work on both manicures and pedicures.I have problem toe nails.One big toe requires an acrylic nail.Tom will smooth all my toe nails, so well, they look like like toe nails Im not embarresed to show off.Tom makes sure you get the resaults you ask for, while making sure you are always comfortable till you leave.As opposed to the last time I visited, the atmosphere in the place was soothing and relaxing.The owner has always been very professional, friendly, always making you feel welcomed.

Even though my nail technician was having a rough day, she managed to give me a lovely full set of acrylics for Halloween. Also very affordable pricing. The ambiance of the place could use an update.

Been going to this place every month with my mom and daughter and we all absolutely love the people there. They make you feel like part of thier family and we all know each other by name. I came in for a fill on an ombre full set I got somewhere else and knew it could be difficult to match what I had. She not only matched it so good u couldnt even tell that I had ever been somewhere else, but she upgraded my shape and took it from a 7 to a 10. I have never had so many compliments from strangers with this fill than I ever had before. I am constantly getting compliments!! Im definitely going back for my next fill! They also take your temp at the door and wipe everything down between clients and uphold the 6 foot rule.I came back for another fill and TOM had me leaving looking amazing!!

I LOVE this place. Just recently took my mom here to get her a pedicure and she was IN LOVE. ❤️ The lady was wonderful with her and her delayed thinking and physical disabilities. 💯 Out of 💯 I only gave it a 4 because my acrylics dont last me as long as they should. Could be me doing something wrong? But within 10 days I usually only have like 4 nails left on my hands. 😔 I wish I could do something to prevent that...

This has become my go to spot for my manicures and pedicures. They do a good job. Sometimes they can get busy, especially on Sundays, so calling ahead is a good idea. Very friendly staff.

Oh my WOW! I had Tom and I was given the best French Manicure I’ve ever had! He was very kind and gentle. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service took about and hour and a half for a dip removal/acrylic overlay. I never leave reviews but felt the need to share how happy I am with my experience. 10/10 I recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Came in about 3 weeks ago to get a full set, the man that did my nails was really nice 👌 only bad thing is that my nails lifted and fell off within 2 weeks I have one surviving nail 💅 very unfortunate. Waste of my money

A friend was recommended to go to this salon because the men who work there do a wonderful job and we have been struggling to find a nail salon that produces quality work. Well, the search continues.I went in to this salon to get a gel manicure. 1) pretty sure a manicure would include cleaning up the dead skin around my cuticles; the woman who did my nails didnt bother to soak them, she never cleaned up the skin around my cuticles, didnt bother to apply lotion or cuticle oil afterwards, 2) the glitter nail I wanted is so thick it could probably pass as a weapon. 3) she charged me $8 for the nail art that she rushed through and got frustrated with.

They are amazing! Could not ask for a better nail place!! My nails always look amazing and what I ask for I love Tyler! They always work with my work schedule.

Theyre really nice but did not fill my request with my nail color. I asked for one of my nails to be a holographic pastel pink, pretty straight forward. The gentleman who did my nails proceeded to paint the nail I wanted holographic black then put a layer of glittery hot pink over it to create this orange shimmery color that wasnt even close to what I wanted. When I asked him how he planned to get it holographic he told me he couldnt do it. Not to mention the paint job was super sloppy and unprofessional and I didnt even get a hand massage. As nice as the customer service is I will not be back if the color job is gonna look identical to what I could do at home but charging me 30$ for it. Im very disappointed with what I was given.

I had my nails done by Tom today. I am SO in love with them. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, he explained to me things I should be cautious of with acrylic nails (only my second set ever!) he fixed them up really nice and made them exactly how I wanted them and he had a great sense of humor! I’m so glad I found my go to nail place. Thank you Tom! I drove home safe and only looked at my nails a few times 😋

Went here to get my nails done and the service that I got from John (nail technician that did my nails) was so sweet and amazing. I asked my nails to be short and it was the right length but the shaping of each nail is different from each other. When he finished shaping my nails, I went to the sink to wash my hands WITH SOAP to be clean but he comes telling that I shouldn’t wash my hands with soap because then the nail polish won’t stick on my nails. I sat still the entire time when he was doing my nails until when he started painting my nails, I noticed that some of my nails weren’t completely covered with polish at all. Might not comeback unless I get good persuasion from someone.

Had a great experience. Got a pedicure from Tom and he was super nice, gentle and did a great job. They were able to accommodate me on a busy Sunday without an appointment and even though I got the basic pedicure ($25) I felt like a got an extra special treatment.

All time favorite nail place I have ever been to. I have struggled for as long as I can remember with getting my nails long. I told them that and they took it upon themselves to help me. They showed they cared and were there to help me. Their support and effort to keep my nails done and pretty, motivated me to quit my habit of picking them. My nails are longer than they have ever been my whole life. Their prices are so affordable and I am on a TIGHT budget. And I had to get them redone every week... They are so patient and kind. They actually talk to you too! Seems to be very difficult finding such good service! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Love this place. Only nail salon i go to. They are so sweet and they all do such a great job. They listen to what you want and do it. Its a very popular nail salon so they do get busy but they work hard to get you in. They have a punch card so your 10th visit the highest service is 50 percent off. 😀 (great for frequent customers)

Went for a toe nail change, it was my first time. The girl was very attentive, quick and friendly. I didn’t have to wait which I appreciated. $10. Don’t know if I would come back but for the quick toe nail change maybe so!*PS one thing I didn’t really like was that she didn’t let the coats dry before applying the next. Which I felt would leave streaks. Just my personal preference though. Overall a good experience and it’s next to Tj Maxx!

They are great people. I asked to do shape as a coffin and the lady said I will try my best. It was was uneven all of them but one. But they do have trending colors that I adore. Just cant find the right person to shape my nails correctly.

John is amazing! He talks to you and is funny. Also great at what he does! I have finally found a nail shop that i will return too. I went in with horribly done/broken nails (from a different nail salon) and he made them look natural. I will return to have John do my nails any day.

They have excellent customer service and my nails always turn out exactly the way I want. They have a huge amount of colors to choose from in both regular and gel. Great pedicures/massage with brand new massage chairs. Just love Nailpro!

I liked the atmosphere, nice place, polite and friendly people working here. It was very nice of them to squeeze me and my two girls in at the end of the evening on the 16th. However, I was not very happy with my nails. One of them is crooked, almost all of them are different sizes, and it was just done quickly and poorly in general. I have been sick with pneumonia since so didnt go back and talk to them yet, but I plan to, Id like them to fix it.

Not a good place to get your nails done at if I could rate this place at a zero I would. Very dirty they dropped my nail filer on the ground and went to continue to use it after I said please don’t use that they argued with me. Not to mention I had to go back two different times because my nails kept chilling and I had the dip. The dip should not chip. Especially because the manicure started chipping the day of. Not impressed do not go here unless you want to waste your money.

The best place yet!! The sisters here are so sweet and so friendly! I didnt catch her name but she did the deluxe pedicure for me and she also did a full face wax. She was so detailed oriented on my eye brows and made sure she didnt miss 1 hair! They even held the shop open 1-1/2 longer for us.. would HIGHLY reccomend this place. Anyone in this shop if work with again!

Unfortunately I tried this place at the recommendation of a coworker. I am very disappointed and in pain! This place was not very busy when I came in for a classic spa pedicure and full set dip nails. The pedicure was just ok. There was to be a massage included, but nothing of the sort happened unless you call rubbing a few times up and down my shins and slapping the bottoms of my feet a couple of times a massage. Also, the water was Luke warm and the technician ended up with more water on her than on my feet. Another customer next to me requested the same classic spa pedicure that I did, but got extensive treatment from the guy working on her feet. .....maybe bcse she had major toe fungus on her great toenail..idk!Now I will get to the part that Im angry about. My index fingernail was broken on one corner. So the nail lady Kim. This woman said no problem, she would fix it for me. She applied a nail tip with glue to my index fingernail. As she is working on my nails, I notice a gap between my nail and the tip. I politely tell her about it. She says no problem and places more nail glue to seal it. Thinking that my nail is sealed with tip now she begins dipping. As we go along, I notice the gap is there again. She says no problem the dip will seal it. (This is my first dip experience, so I trust she knows what she is doing). She applies the base for the dip down in the gap between my nail and the artificial tip. Nails are nearly done and looking good. Then I notice my index fingernail and artificial nail are THICK and adhering to the skin of my finger. Kim decides she is going to pull this apart manually. OUCH! she pulls too hard slightly tearing a small area between my real nail and the flesh of my finger. No blood, but it stings. She says oh that hurt. Im like YES! Then I see the nail is still super thick and I point this out to her again. She then grabs the dremel and begins sanding the underside of the artificial nail and my nail. There is not much artificial because I requested short nails. This woman goes crazy with the dremel and goes all the way through the hardened dip, the glue and my real nail. She goes so far that its now separated the underside of my nail where it connects to my finger. At this point I just want to get the heck out of here. My finger stings and I know this thing is going to be sore for days!!! So $75 and a painful finger later, I now have to watch for infection. Im going out of the country on vacation this upcoming week..... Im praying this finger heals quickly!!!Also, nearly all of my fingernails are thicker on one side than the other. Smh!I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN....NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

One of the worst nail experiences I have ever had especially for the price. I decided to try this place as it was rated the best in Vancouver. I took my mom for a mother daughter mani pedi date. We arrived a little early and were told right away to go and pick a color for toes. Which is cool thats normal. Then my lady pretty much stopped talking to me after I didnt want to get the deluxe package like I got for my mom. The lady that did my moms pedi made her foot raw and bleed on the side and then told her it was ok and to just stick it back in the water. My feet now look like fred Flintstone with polish and its a mess. My mani that I got she pulled way too much skin off of my ring finger and it was still bleeding after i left. My shellac looks like my 2 year old did it. The nails arent completely covered and they are messy. I paid the bill and left because I didnt want to be there any more. For the price I paid I expected a way better experience and you know to not bleed. I will never recommend this place and I will be telling everyone about my experience here.
