Been going to this location for years. Lots changed in the town but the service and attention to people have always stayed perfect. Cleans go by smoothly, they work with you and your schedule to find the best course of action to any problems. Bottom line it’s a great dentist office.

The Dentist Is wonderful! And Jessica too. They calmed my anxiety down right away. I would like to switch dentists in the future. Ill tackle that before my next cleaning.

Midwest dental in Lake in the Hills Illinois is the BEST!! The office Staff is caring, professional, and congenial. The dental hygienists do a thorough job and are genuinely interested in their patients‘ care.Dr. Lion ensures his patients feel comfortable and cared for, and he likes to laugh and smile with you along the way through check-ups or dental procedures. I went to Midwest Dental and I was taken care of the minute I called up on the phone. I got an appointment right away.Dr Lion was very compassionate and heartwarming. I was not afraid at all. His assistant Jessica was very nice. Pam cleaned my teeth, she was very gentile.I will always go back to to Midwest Dental and Dr. Lion. I recommend this Dentist very highly. Ive been going to Midwest Dental with my 2 younger kids for the last year and a half. Very friendly staff, clean office and we really like Dr. Lion & the hygienists. I feel they do very thorough cleanings and they are also great with the kiddos!

I went in for a deep cleaning and paid over 200 dollars. My teeth felt slightly cleaner but still had plaque on my lower teeth. It was disappointing considering I had to pay that much money for only half of my mouth. I switched dentists and when went to sign release forms for my xrays the lady at the front desk was rude.

Dr. Finlay and her wonderful staff have practically eliminated my fear of going to the dentist. Not only are they kind and patient with everyone who walks through their door, but also they take the time to really make sure you understand whats going on. I recently had fillings done here, and it was pretty much painless and way faster than I expected, I cannot stress enough the value of a good dentist and Dr. Finlay is the best I have found. I will be going back again in a couple weeks for more work.

From the moment you walk in the staff are very nice. My dentist Muzammil Saeed is very gentle and compassionate every time I come in. Can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate it. His dental assistant worked with him so well. Great team. My husband goes here as well and sees the other dentist. He hadn’t been to the dentist in years. We highly recommend this office for their professionalism and kindness. Pleasant atmosphere and very clean. 5 Stars!

Ive had the opportunity to be treated by both Dr. Finley & Dr. Carron. They have both always greeted me with smiles. So gentle and do an excellent job. They treat all 5 members of my family. My children love it here too! They love choosing from the treasure box after each visit. Patty is our hygienist and is so gentle and kind. The office staff are so friendly and have always made me feel important, not like Im a number. Beautiful clean office as well. You wont be disappointed.

We began looking for a new dentist 2 years ago and found Midwest Dental, Lake in the Hills. We are so happy about the switch! All staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dental care is excellent and very professional, while still being personable. Dr. Grenader performed my most recent dental work, and everything was stress free and pain free.

I had a very old filling that popped out in the morning and received an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Lion fixed me up in no time and I was on my way. Great group of professionals. Thanks to Dr. Lion and his staff.

I have been going to Midwest Dental for 11 years for bi-annual cleanings and any other dental needs. Kathryn is a great hygienist and I keep coming back for her. Dr. Carron is great, too; excellent bedside manner and very pleasant.

Better off buying Dremel tool. Only had to do basic cleanings and they deserve half a star. They regularily call and email me months after leaving. I wouldnt go back if they paid me.

Dr Grenader has been my dentist for over a year and despite being over an hour drive I cant imagine seeing anybody else! He is proactive, ethical, knowledgeable and sincerely cares about his patients. After having a few cavities filled he prescribed a high fluoride toothpaste and mouth wash to help prevent it happening in the future. This is not a drill and fill business to generate money, they truly care about your teeth. Dr Grenader goes to great length explains in very clear detail the rationale for all his decisions, why it is important, and make sure youre comfortable and onboard.All the rest of the office staff are very nice but id like to give a special shoutout to Jenny, the dental hygienist, and Jessica, the dental assistant. Jenny is the only hygienist Ive ever had make an effort to gently floss my guns instead of ripping around in there. Jessica has such a warm and pleasant presence she immediately puts me at ease even though Im typically on edge at the doctors. I could not recommend any of them more highly!

Stay away from this office. If you’re in pain, they only will give you a few refills than they ask you to come in. I’ve been without pain meds for a few weeks. Needed to get extractions from a surgeon which takes a month or so. Also very expensive. So yes need to wait. While I wait I’m in pain. Told that to this office, nope...denied. They don’t care. Also what was odd, told them what side was hurting, they only x-rayed one side and not all of my mouth. Told that to another dentist and they said right...should have done all of the teeth. Folks, might be some good reviews but my experience turned from good to bad fast. To the office: respond and say what you want...I know what I’ve experienced and the lack of care you showed in the end. You lost a patient and will continue to lose due to my review. Remember...the customer is always right!! Muagh!

I was pleased to meet the dentist replacing Dr. Carron. He is Dr. Lion who makes your visit so stress free. He checked a tooth that was showing some sensitivity but exrays and the exam found nothing to worry about. I think he will be a pleasure to see on future visits.

Long time customer, everyone is Super friendly but everytime I have an appointment I have to wait over 30 min after my scheduled appointment. Other than that they are super great!

Changed dentists after 38 years. Not easy to start over. I was surprised to feel comfortable on the first visit. Already had a cleaning and several tiny cavites filled after having a 30 year old retainer removed. Dr Carron filled the cavities and all the small spots in what seemed about a half hour. No pain! I now have an excellent professional new dentist, hygienist and staff who are all wonderful, knowledgable and caring people.

Been using Midwest for 12 years, honest, does a great job and works well with Ins we have.

I have been with this dentistry for over 17 years and though I will miss Dr. Hodack, my appointments and care here have always been pleasant and uneventful :)

Great Dental Practice

Our family has been with Ridgepoint / Midwest Dental for over 15 years. We had tried several other dentists before but had not been happy with them. We have been very happy with Dr. Carron and Dr. Hodack. Plus, their staff is wonderful - and my oldest has Aspergers Syndrome, so can be a bit difficult sometimes. They always take the time to make sure he is comfortable, and they even let him read a book if he needs to. Weve always received the very best care at Midwest Dental, and I dont envision us moving on anytime soon.
