This was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly. Every team member greeted me with a smile. I will be back to see Tammy at Elegant Nails! Very impressed!

Always professional. I like extensive designs on my toenails, since I cant paint my fingernails due to work restrictions. Their nail designer is a true artist.

This is an average nail salon. The wait was short, the cost for a pedicure was fair and the cost of a manicure was pricey ($65 for both, before tip.) The technician appeared bored and cut me twice. She also made me leave after five minutes - before I was completely dry.Now that I’m home, I actually change my mind... I’m super disappointed. My nails are too short, my cuticles are cut up, and my skin is super dry, two hours after a the deluxe spa pedicure. (I know I have ugly feet, but come on!)

My initial impression was great. I was greeted warmly at the start of my appointment. That was before I met the nail tech that did my nails. She was obviously disinterested and seemed annoyed. I asked her not to cut my cuticle but she proceeded anyway. My cuts are still healing. I gave 3 stars b/c all of the other employees were super nice.

I usually go here because they do pretty good work on acrylic nails however when I went in this time, I think my nail tech was in a hurry or something and she had the electric nail file on high and kept burning my fingers. Ladies, please be more aware of how long you file a nail and the setting of the file, all of my fingers were in so much pain. I even yelled “ ouch” and flinched a few times pulling my hand back but my nail tech did not acknowledge it and just continued burning my fingers. I will give this store one more try but I do not think I will be returning if I have the same experience again.

I was able to get right in without an appointment. The lady who did my pedi went very fast. It appeared as though she was in a hurry, but I was the only customer in there. Overall though, she did a nice job.

I love this nail salon! They take their time and do things RIGHT! Very clean and take care of their customers safety regarding COVID. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. They are very pleasant and I had a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax! Hannah is the BEST!

My first time getting a pedicure and it was great, staff was friendly,took there time to do a good job . Just overall great business . definitely will go back, I suggest you guys go ahead and check this place out .

I went here to get a pedicure a couple days ago and its one of the most fabulous, on time, and clean nail salon I have been to. The employees there are really kind and respect there time doing their job. Also the customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend people to get youre nails done at this nail salon!

I just found out this place under new management now. This beauty salon is close to my place, so it’s very convenient. I would love to go here all the time instead of looking for a different one. However, a couple things really bother me here the smell of smoke making my migraine worse and also some employees spoke so loud in a different language (not English) I could not understand and it was embarrassing. By the way, I do like pedicure & manicure here.

Ive been to many places in Vancouver and this is my favorite. The prices are good and they are gentle with my sore areas. I love them 😍

Great experience, great nails!

Horrible acrylics. Absolutely awful. The sheer fact they let that man do nails is why Ill never go back there. He put them on way too thick, got the glue ALL over, and now Im stuck with horrendous looking acrylics, that are literally DIGGING INTO the sides of my fingers, for a week until I have time to go get them fixed by my moms manicurist. Not to mention the fact that he got the color wrong. I pointed out two. 465, and 468 in their shellac colors (because for some reason he said it had to be from those???). At least he fixed the sparkly one... but really... how did this guy even get hired??? I posted photos above. The brownish orange and pearly sparkles.

2nd time coming in. First time I came in late in the evening and didnt notice their hours and they took care of me both pedicure and manicure without feeling rushed even past their closing hour with close attention to detail. Second time in for a gel french manicure & brow with Hanah/Sang was wonderful. She was very good at the detail and her hand message at the end was amazing as she has very strong hands herself.

I got a classic ombré set and i couldn’t be happier. they are so cute and look great!

Found them after trying out several local salons. Now Ive been going here for years!! They do such a nice job and are always friendly.

If I could do less than a star, I would. I stopped here when my normal manicure spot was closed, big mistake. I had planned to have my shellac removed and redone, however, as he started to file my nails (ALL uneven), I decided that would be a mistake. He filed them so square that I scratched my son, I had requested slightly rounded corners. After asked him to fix them, they just looked worse. He left the majority of the cuticle. I asked him to do a clear coat or just buff them, he didnt mention anything about an extra charge. My bill was $23 for a basic manicure. I was there for an hour for what I could have done at home. Aside from the bad manicure, one of the girls worked appeared to be sick and was coughing constantly; another had on shorts so short that her rear was hanging out (Im not prude by any means, but I dont want to see something that shouldnt be flaunted).

My daughter liked it here. They did a great job on her manicure. There was no wait and they were fast and professional. The Sunday hours are great.

I had a pedicure last week. I paid $45 for the upgraded pedicure. It was absolutely the worst I have ever had. The technician was very rough and dug in to the corners of my nail beds too deep. He cut my nails way too short. The entire pedicure was over in less than 30 minutes. The shop does use liners in the pedicure tubs, but Im not sure how clean the other equipment is.

Literally the worst acrylic overlay Ive ever had done. Took them two hours, I was told fifteen minute wait.. turned into 45. Didnt listen to me when I asked to trim cuticles. She just used her file and then slapped on the acrylic. There was no care to my cuticles, skin or the sides of my nails. She didnt even clean under my nails cause theyre too short. Then the acrylic was awful. Too thick and none, I am telling you.. NONE of the nails are even. It looks like someone just slabbed on some red goop on my hands. She even got polish on my skin and didnt clean it off. They arent even in lengths or matching one hand to the other. I dont know where Linda went but she was amazing and this girl who did my nails this time.. or rather destroyed my nails, Winnie or whatever, she shouldnt even be touching peoples nails. And of course she wont tell me where Linda went.. must be worried Ill stop going. Well after this nail massacre, Im never going there anyway. Must find Linda...

Cathy was amazing! I received the best shellac pedicure Ive ever had. She was careful and very gentle. Friendly too! I was very impressed with the special attention that was put into the wax massage and hot stone after the pedicure. Im going to be a permanent customer here. :)))

THEY DID A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JOB! Nail polish was see through an done very Carelessly. However they did do a great job with my 3 year old daughter an were very nice to her so I may go back just want an exspect the best when Im paying 55$(:

So I rated it 4 stars the first time I went while I was waiting for my polish to finish drying. My nails looked great. Then the lady asked if I would use the ATM to get cash instead of using my card. Pretty sure they are trying to not report all their income to avoid paying taxes. The second time I went in I saw one of the workers doing 2 pedicures at the same time, and she was not washing her hands between customer. Then she started a manicure while their polish was drying, and still did not wash her hands. They are not sanitary. When I paid she again asked me to get cash out of the ATM, and I said I would rather use my card. Then she said that her card machine wasnt working. The lady that was paying when I came in was using her card?

I dont know what planet these other people are from, but this spa is awesome! Ive had my nails/pedicure done by just about all the employees there, and they are very professional and good at what they do! Elegant nails has many regular clientele that are very happy with their services, or they wouldnt come back. I would highly recommend them.

Visiting my friend in Camas and decided to come in for a French shellac spa pedicure and it was the worst experience of my life! The water was too HOT (I can actually tolerate hot water, but not burning water) and I told the tech in which she ignored me. When it came to the stone massage she started with the stone on the bottoms of my feet burning me. Then on the white tip part I had asked her to make it thin and what do I end up with? Thick tips that were beyond crooked. The worst nail job Ive had, looks like a 5 yr old did it. My girlfriend went with me and had a different nail tech who messed up her french pedicure as well. STAY AWAY this place ... Go else where, MANY nail places around can do better than these Nail techs at Elegant. Just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. NO SKILL NAIL TECHS !!!

Worst pedicure I have ever had, it was fast and so thin it didn’t last more than two days and I had not wear flip flops . Then they talked me into waxing my face and she did it so fast I didn’t realize she was burning my whole face . I and my best friend had burned faces and blisters all over . Our eyes were so swollen they were almost completely shut . I know they kept dipping the same stick in the wax pot and then used the same on my friend .I will never recommend this place and never go back . Never had this kind of treatment. $75.00 for misery

I did not have a good experience here. I got the deluxe pedicure and they didn’t spend too much on massaging my legs at all. They also did a horrible job painting my toes. You could see through the nail polish. Also I went home and took off my socks and they were all smudged. I had to go back in for them to repaint them and they still did not do a good job. Plus as they put on my flip flops the lady somehow nicked the nail polish.

My first appointment went well. Clean products & tools were used. Friendly & professional service. Beautiful solar nails & brows... Definitely going back ASAP.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HIGHLY PRICED, HORRIBLY SERVICED SALON!!! My mom has been going here for 10 years! they treat her well and know normally what she wants. As for me, I was a new client to them (fairly, only been a couple times). It was mothers day, my boyfriend wanted to treat me and my daughter, so we went here! first off, they will NOT allow you to purchase theyre cheapest ANYTHING, and if you try to, they push and push and push until you buy more, or if you end up purchasing the cheapest thing (like I did with my daughter) they were rude and short with me the rest of the time. My daughter got a mani&pedi (they quoted me 10$ on the phone) they ndd up charging 40$!! FOR A 7 YEAR OLD TO GET HER TOES AND NAILS PAINTED!! I also asked for a pedicure, theyre cheapest one for me was $30, I left the salon with tons of dead skin still on my feet (he only spent about 6 minutes on my feet, because they were mad that I got the cheapest package). I then go to get a full solar set for my nails, not only does this guy make me bleed twice, he completely messes up the shape and length of my nails, when I corrected him on a VERY crocked nail, he told me I was wrong, then instead of fixing it, he went and shaved down the rest of them to make them look the same....oh ya, this was $45!!! We ended up paying 115$, my daughter was so careful with her toes, and by the next day ALL polish was gone, and my nail art was completely gone, cracked nail, and all jewels fallen off.....If I am paying this much, maybe I should get AMAZING services?? nope, highly unsatisfied!!!

Moved into town, this was the nearest nail salon so I tried it out, pedicure was so-so, I paid for the deluxe, and it definitely wasnt deluxe. The gal just lightly rubbed lotion on my feet, no massage, didnt even clean the cuticles. On to the manicure... peeled off after 4 days, by 6th day, it was horrible. Went in, and of course they ask you what YOU did wrong. They reluctantly repainted, and 3 days later, all are lifting again. I have had shellac for years, never had this happen. I wont be returning.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING GOING HERE!!!: The place itself is very dusty and there is a HUGE language barrier...I was going here with my mom for the first time and was rly excited because it was my first time getting acrylics. NOTE; The lady didnt wash her hands before customers and dkdnt put on Gloves, Also she kept coughing on my hands I dont know why exactly maybe because of a sickness but she just didnt even cover it which was super gross and unprofessional. To add to all this she started my moms nails which she had gel on before so she had to soak them off so she just wrapped it up in metal aluminum foil then started my nails acrylics. As she was doing mine my mom kept complaining that the the acetone is burning and that its taking too long and that maybe she should take it off but the lady just nodded her head and said thats whats supposed to happen but I dont think you should keep acetone on your hands for 30 or more minutes so my mom ended up taking it off herself. My mom was baiting for over 30 minutes for the lady to finish my nails but they just kept taking other customers while my mom was waiting for me to be finished which is very Not nice and when my mom confronted the lady about this she started talking to her other partner in the business in Korean or whatever language and looked at my mom in and a high toned voice said that thats not true and started arguing with my mom that everything is fine in that nothings going wrong which it obviously was. Later when my nails were done we noticed that the lady hasnt done my cuticles which if you look at it is very necessary for acrylics because acrylics need more Room of the nail because its gonna last more time for the nail to grow out which gives it more time to just beyond the nail. My mom told the lady about this too and she said you dont need to do the cuticles after this we both were very frustrated and just paid and left. I do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! thank you for reading and please consider this

The nails are rushed and when you look closer there are bubbles and dog hair stuck in set of nails. Bumpy choppy just looks like crap !Makes me mad with the price .Customer service was ok but quality of nails was horrible !!!!

We come here every 3 weeks. Prices are really reasonable, and i get my nails done by all the techs off and on, and so far, really happy. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, my schellack lasts the longest from here! They also remeber your name, unlike the salon i went to for the last 4 years! Highly recommend them! !

Van is great ! Ive been coming here for over six months and my nail service is always consistent. The shape, length and curve is exactly the way I ask everytime.

I had high hopes for this nail salon because I visit this strip mall often. My fill looks like garbage. He was so rough with the drill and filing ( I said ouch about 20 times, he didnt care), and he applied waaaay to much primer, my nails were burning even still after I left the nail salon! My pedi was super rushed, massage was lame, she rubbed my leg up and down for at least 5 minutes straight, stick to feet people, we dont care about our chin being rubbed. Never again. Plus, it was gross, dirty, and I watched them drop items and reuse them, Thats a no no nail techies, I do hair, I know these things.
