I came in for a walk-in before my Maternity photoshoot, and was thankful that I had found a place willing to do a full set at such late notice! I called beforehand, and was told $35 plus $5 for the shape— during getting them done he said they were $55 total instead. I was fine with that due to the great reviews and assumed they would be 100% worth it!I loved the attention to detail for the most part, aside from two things.. one of my thumbs (the left) edges are lumpy and not the same shape as the other (it’s rounded), and one of my pinkies (the right) is the same— one is rounded and wider than the one that is pointed. I’ve also noticed bubbles at the surface, but thankfully it’s not very noticeable.

The entire atmosphere here is clearly designed with care and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I worked with Vanessa and she was phenomenal. She is Incredibly patient and kind and from the minute I sat down I felt at ease and in good hands. She took her time to make sure each technique was performed with care and checked in with me every step of the way to keep me included in the process.(btw she created absolutely flawless nails, nothing thick or uneven, and I adore the shape she created.) She clearly cares about what she does and she does it very well!! This was a completely new nail look for me and she made me feel confident with how much attention to detail she took and I absolutely loved the experience. I left today giddy from how much fun I had which is rare! I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks. Thank you again so much!! I’m loving my new set

Took my 10 yr old daughter here for her first manicure. Figured I would join in the fun and get one too.The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Some dont speak much english and they do a lot of pointing and mumbled words (despite being in the country for decades as I found out). During the manicures they chatted back and forth with each other in Vietnamese laughing and snickering. This was rude in front of customers who dont speak your language. The woman working on my daughter did a fairly decent job but could have done more to address her cuticles and resultant hangnails. The lady doing mine did a very mediocre job. My nails were uneven and not filed smooth. (See Pics). Some of the skin on the side of the nail was left behind. At the end she put a ton of lotion on my hands for a quick massage and then didnt wipe it off leaving my hands slimy. The same for my daughter but she at least got a courtesy wipe with a towel. I was left underwhelmed for a nearly 30 dollar manicure.

I had been looking for a good nail salon since moving and was super disappointed in another (won’t name here). I like dip manicures but also like to keep my nails short and it can be tough to find a salon that will trim them short but Hannah was absolutely amazing. She took her time, was attentive, and always checked in with me throughout the service. Definitely going to be going back and seeing Hannah once it’s time for a new set!

I really enjoy going here its relaxing and the girls are so sweet and funny once you get to know them. Hannah is my go to lady, she knows how to do her job and she does it well. We laugh a lot and she knows what color of polish will work best for my skin color. Most of the time I just have her pick what dip color and I am Always Happy with the outcome! 🥰💅

Julies is the best nail spa in the area! Ive been to spas in Portland and back and once I came here, I havent even wanted to go elsewhere. They are so kind and caring and their prices are amazing! I loved my first experience there. I got dipping power done. It was a perfect experience. They let me use a card. I had been going to another location before that I was pretty loyal to. However, after opening up from the pandemic they went up nearly $20 and would not take a card even though they have a sticker on the door saying they accept cards.This place there were no surprises. I can appreciate that and I will be a loyal customer from here on out.Thank you to Lon (spell check) for my fabulous nails.

First time visiting, Kim and Julie were amazing! Kim did my nails just the way I love them without me having to say anything other than the shape (which she gave feedback on). I decided to try something fun, and between Kims work and Julies design they delivered big time. Very satisfied and plan to be back.

Ill continue to go back because for over 12years Julie has been working hard and practicing her craft every day to open this beautiful establishment. The nail Techs here have a great sense of pride when it comes to their art. Even the small details like everyone having their own nails done too. That was something that definitely caught my eyes!Julie has personally done a full set and assisted with jewel settings on my prior visit. Liana did my nails and I love them sooo much!!! Liana is always on time, consistent and so polite always make sure that I love my nails before I leave. They both are a pleasure and I love this salon! Selen did my pedicure and she was so nice and did it so fast!!

Everyone here is so welcoming & professional. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment a day or two before since I have noticed they can be quite busy. I went from someone who got their nails done once every few years to now every couple of weeks because of the awesome service. Highly recommend!

I just moved to this area and I finally found my new nail salon! This salon is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious for keeping social distancing. Everyone is so sweet and you can tell thhaveey care about their customers. I chose Helen as my technician and she is AWESOME! She did a very nice and detailed job on my dipped nails and my pedicure. She also is very friendly and likes to joke around like me! I highly recommend this salon and Helen!

Hannah is absolutely amazing. I have seen all of these artists work with their clients and any one of them would be a fantastic nail designer and listen to what you need. The quality and atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. I am so happy I found them. Especially Hannah!

I defiantly recommend the pedicure, loved it, althought I do feel the person doing mine was rushing so she could make her next appointment but she was still really good at her job.The manicure on the other hand I am not to fond of. They are all very polite but my manicure just is not what I was expecting. I was so glad to not have been in a lot of pain because I have been to salons that are brutal but I only got nicked twice on this one and the lady felt so bad and they were just little nics. However, the tips seem uneven and to one side on some nails and they are very bumpy. I got solar nails, short and round. I just invisioned them being more smooth and even. My sister had a different person doing hers and they seemed more smooth and even.

Recently started coming here and I could not be happier! They pay attention to what the customer asks and are all very nice here :)I had Julie and told her I would like yellow and a flower and she did amazing and was very creative in making the flower look beautiful!

I made an appointment for 11:00 and I got right in. Kim did my pedicure and gel manicure, she was very nice! I felt comfortable and enjoyed our conversation. She was detail oriented and Im very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this business and come again.

Superb salon. I made an appointment and came in on a slower Monday morning. The place was so relaxing, clean and every person I talked to was kind and accommodating. I got acrylics removed and a dip powder manicure on my real nails. Hannah was so gentle and managed to keep the integrity and length of my natural nails. She took her time and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. Thank you Hannah, you made me feel so comfortable in your chair!

Found this salon online and decided to try it out. Very happy I did!!! Beautiful, classy, and clean salon. I had gel nails done by Liana. She was incredibly nice and very professional. She did an amazing job on my nails!!! 100% recommend Julies salon and service by Liana!

I went in today to get my nails done for my birthday. Julie did not disappoint. She is experienced and efficient and fast. Constantly checking she doesnt burn or cut you and that you are comfortable. Shes very seasoned and knows what shes talking about. I get the feeling shes been doing nails for atleast 10 years. She knows all styles and designs and is so friendly. She also loves a challenge I noticed. She asked me what I wanted rather than telling me what she thought looked best. And I really appreciated that. I came in wanting a glossy candy apple red stiletto shape with a cheetah accent nail and she did exactly what I wanted and more. Her staff is friendly. The place is small but pretty. Extremely clean. I noticed they all constantly washed their hands AND sanitized in between everything they did. Which I thought was nice, because cross contamination happens more at salons than you might actually know about. For a full set with design and gel top, it came to $63. (Not including tip) I want to say this also included a nail file and buffer. State of Washington requires you must bring your own or you will be charged for a new one. Only I cant remember if I was charged or not... anyways. Will be back in 2 weeks for a pedicure now that Ive seen the place and experienced it first hand. Thanks so much Julie!

Me and my friend came in to get her nails fixed because they did a questionable job on her hands. I thought I would get extra good treatment but nails are too thick and sloppy. Great customer service though. Paid $40 for a fill. I know plenty of spots that I could get a cheaper fill with a better job done

I was happy that they got me in fast as a walk in, I was greeted by a young girl who was very sweet. She sat me with an older lady. I asked her for Sunflowers, I showed her the picture 3 times and what I got looked like horrible fireworks. I was not happy, I am all about first impressions and I will not go back to this place.

I am here to rant about LEE!! Yes LEE!!! Read that correctly, she is the main reason im leaving a review. My name is vanessa and i have never left a review no where else . So to start off this is the first time I go to Julie’s nail salon, I decided that I need a new nail place so I went to Julie’s nails salon because I had seen the reviews. I decided I would take my daughter-in-law and my daughter to get their nails done with me that day, Lee was working on my nails Mimi Was working on my daughters nails and another woman who I did not get her name and I regret was working on my daughter-in-law’s nails. To start off Lee was amazing!! she was very kind and offered me a drink, she was very patient and fragile with my hands she did a wonderful job on my nails exactly what i wanted, she smiles a lot and loves to talk ☺️ I cannot rant enough about her. Mimi did my daughters nails she was very kind as well very patient and very fragile she offered my daughter something to drink and although she did leave a few tiny bumps on my daughters nails she did a great job.My daughter-in-law on the other hand received terrible service she got two cuts on different fingers the lady was Extremely aggressive filing my daughter-in-law’s fingers as if she was some type of animal I do not have this ladies name but I will get a hold of it the next time I go in, my daughter-in-law‘s nails were really lumpy she got the same type of nails my daughter got but they look so much more different my daughter-in-law‘s hand was shaking a bit because of the pain that she had on her fingers she never said anything about it to the nail tech, she didn’t get offered a drink. I did let Mimi know what happened Mimi did only offer Vaseline which I did not appreciate although I was not looking for a refund either I did expect more of an apology from the other nail tech to my daughter-in-law but we didn’t even get that. I will be looking Into this lady’s name just in case anybody wants to avoid going through the same situation.

I’ve gone to other nail places that don’t go all the way to your cuticle when it comes to acrylic nails so I loved how this place does that, but it’s a 3 star for me today because I got almond nails and boy are they pointy, (keep in mind I did have a photo I showed). I also have 4 nails that aren’t shaped evenly/centered and the ombré is not faded and looking harsh on 6 of my nails. A little disappointed.

The service itself was great, amazing atmosphere. However my issue lies with when I was paying and leaving a tip. Le did a manicure/pedicure and eyebrow wax for me. It totaled $77. I paid for the service itself with my debit card and I tipped in cash, I asked her to break my $20 and she made a joke about me only keeping a $1. So I was suppose to tip her 25% ? I was going to tip her more until she made her comment. You lost a first time customer because of that.

I went to Lee, she is absolutely amazing. She always takes her time and pays attention to the littlest details. I absolutely love the designs and quality of work that she does. I highly recommend this establishment!! 💖

This place has excellent customer service they go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and are enjoying your time there, however the nail techs could use a little more practice. My nails are a bit thicker than I like and different lengths (not that noticeable) but the design and color turned out pretty so Im not mad at the work at all, not sure Ill become a regular though.

I love the atmosphere its very relaxing come see Kim and Julie their manicure and pedicure are on point. My husband and I love it here. My gel would last until Im due for the next Service. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Ehhh... had high hopes for this place. The lady doing my nails assured me that they charge more but do good job. These nails cost me 55 dollars plus tip. That’s 15 dollars more then I usually pay. The result? Just ehhhh. The shellac on my nail doesn’t look smooth and even. I hate how they did it around my cuticles. Not impressed and won’t be coming back. Overprice. Don’t go here.

Omg!! It was absolutely beautiful inside and all of the staff are so sweet and kind❤️❤️ Definitely recommend!! I went in with my sisters and nieces and they worked efficiently with all of us. The price is perfect for the quality, we were all satisfied.

I only get my pedicures here. I get them here because it only cost $45 for a deluxe pedicure and I get to use the massage chair the whole time. They offer a free drink. Soda, wine or water. They have done everything from regular polish to nail art.

Julies is the only place I go for my manicures, pedicures and waxing! The staff is friendly, talented and polite. Its always clean, the music and lighting are perfect relaxing! 💜

Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have never had someone repeatedly hurt me and make me bleed! Four fingers split open till bleeding and then to keep over the bloody cuts as Im begging to be careful! The cuts are so deep i had to glue them closed. Then she charged me $55 dollars. It should have been free!

My bf and I wanted a good place to get our pedicures.. and after reading many reviews at different places I came to this one in conclusion. My bf and I both did their top deluxe pedicure which costed $62... it was supposed to be an hour session.. They were rushing through the process the whole time. My pedicure probably lasted 50 minutes total, nothing special, just decent work, and the girl who did my bf pedis cut his cuticle without doing anything about it. So overall it’s a meh place for me.

These girls are so sweet! The shop is very cute and so clean. The women doing my nails was a perfectionist and it was so nice getting taken care of.

The atmosphere is really nice & I enjoyed the color selection. Set an appointment here with my friend, she got a mani/pedi, i got a full solar set/pedi. We were seated 4 chairs apart for our nails which made it so we werent really able to conversate and catch up, which i thought was a little weird but figured was due to covid proceedure. That definitely wasnt the case, because they sat a stranger right next to me with no dividers, and sat me right next to all the normal polish selections - so every person picking a nail color was literally within a foot from me, sometimes reaching over me for a color. They didnt sanitize the gel nail color selections before passing between customers. My nail shape came out great, the colors were great, but my nail tech pushed my cuticles back and clipped them AFTER completing the entire solar set, so i left looking like i needed a fill already. The pedicures were nice and relaxing & my friend and i were able to sit near eachother for that. All and all an okay experience, a little over priced compared to prices listed online & my regular nail place. Other reviews i read mentioned free drinks, that was never offered. I probably wont be back.

I visited Julies for the first time for a new set of solar nails, French tip and a pedicure. I felt thoroughly pampered during my visit - all the staff were friendly and the salon was refreshing - lovely relaxing music, no TV which was a huge plus for me. I came in yesterday and they did a fantastic job I’m so happy they could do a full set on me because on in thee younger side and we came in late it was super relaxing and just a grate environment best nail place I’ve been to no cap definitely coming back with my mom again.

I have very think toenails caused by fungus. I know if I keep up on them they are fine.I havent been in a long time but whoever did my nails did not do a very good job at all!!They much larger Clippers than the small ones they used on me.I will not be going back, a waste of time and money.
