The worst set of acrylics and service. Completely rushed, nails hurt, shaped them how she wanted them without even asking me so I asked her to do it they I wanted and she questioned me several times,nails are not even in shape or length. $65 and now I’m stuck with them . Do not waste your time here. I should have waited till my regular place was open. Even my bf says my nails look terrible. Awful. I shouldn’t have to go home and reshape my own nails for $65!!!!!!

Made a reservation for 1:30 for 2 people days in advanced. Only 1 person was working so she had to do 1 at a time. Which ran us late to our other reservations. Nails are OK but arent great. Less then 10 dip powder colors to pick from. Really nice lady though.

The owner is very talented and knowledgeable and her skills. She has a menu with prices if you need to know exactly what you’re getting.

I was given a gift card on Feb. 20th of last year. Then Covid hit!! I just called to see if I could use my gift card (it had a one year expiration). They said NO! Im sure they are pressed for money right now but they just lost any future business from me. I would think with the current climate they would give an extension on the expiration date. Really disappointed:(

I had a very good experience getting my nails done here. The shop was clean and modern. The prices were reasonable. The lady who did my pedicure was kind and did a beautiful job. I will definitely be returning!

I have been getting my nails done for so many years and been to many different places. This is the worst by far. Please dont waist your money, I should know better if I walk in and they are not busy that is a sign smh....

I have been seeing Kim for eight years and coming to KT Nails since it opened. My friends and family have also been going to KT Nails. The owners, Kim & Tim are really nice people. I get pedicures and manicures every two weeks. As a man my requirements are less. No polish, powder, designs, Etc. The quality of work my female family and friends have experienced is excellent! It is best to get an appointment here.

Kim and Tim were VERY nice! Kept me interested in there country of Vietnam, Watching a YouTube video about the food fixed there, while having my pedicure done. Tim even gave my daughter a BBQ Dumpling! My legs feel fantastic! Great foot massage! And my toes are painted PURPLE! Grape Juice is the color I chose. Well be back!

I have gone to Kim for a couple years now to have my eyebrows waxed and nails done. Kim is always friendly and does a beautiful job. I always get in right away and never have to wait long. Ive been other places and wasnt happy with the service. Ive never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back.

Great experience! My son just graduated from Marine Corps boot camp and needed to handle those gnarly calluses before his infantry schooling. They did great job for a great price. We will be back!

10 minutes job, poor quality, never go back. I would pay extra money to get better results.

I walked in without an appointment and Kim said come back, even though it would be well past closing by the time it takes to finish a pedicure. I got the basic pedicure, yet she didnt skimp on massage time. Last time Tim did the pedicure and it lasted a solid 3 weeks with regular polish!! Other places I was lucky to get a week before flaking or chipping. Other places may be cheaper, but I dont mind paying a few dollars more for a superior pedicure that lasts days/weeks longer.

I have been a client of Kims for 3+ years. I found her while she was working at another salon and stayed 100% devoted after my very first visit. Kim is an extremely skilled nail artist, unmatched in my opinion. I am so happy to see her beautiful salon, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend KT nails. You wont find better service anywhere else, honestly. I ❤ KT NAILS

Called and asks prices she didnt give me a straight answer till I asked 3 more times. Seemed a little rushy and rude. Then said do u want it or not. I went the place it was nice. And I got acrylic set. The color I picked was a white and it was not applied smooth at all. Its not applied even or at the base of my nailIt was rushed. My eyebrows were rushed and one was waxed thinner than the other. Not coming back.

Absolutely LOVE Kim! Ive seen her for close to 4 years, and wont see anyone else. Her shop is incredibly sanitary, the pedi massage chairs are awesome, and her work is phenomenal. She is highly skilled in every service she offers and has a very high standard. By far the best salon in Vancouver!

My 4 friends and myself didnt have time to make appointments. And although Kim was by herself she didnt hesitate to take us in for pedicures. She was gentle with our sensitive person and extra accomodating with our needs. Fabulous!

KTs Salon is wonderful. Kim has been taking care of me for several years, I knew her before she opened her own salon. SUPER clean. She always does a wonderful job on my nails.

I’ve had two pedicures here in the last 5 weeks. The massage chairs are comfortable, there are *many* gel polish choices, and both nail techs give an excellent foot massage. Kim is an amazing artist and creates the cutest flower designs freehand. They don’t reuse files/scrubbers and don’t charge for them or give them to you in a ziploc afterwards—this seems to be a common occurrence at other salons, but it’s not very sanitary and I’m glad KT takes sanitation seriously. I’ve noticed that it’s difficult to make an appointment on the phone because both techs have limited English proficiency. Don’t take this as rude or dismissive; be clear about what you want. I’ll be back again next month for my pedicure.

Cute place we went on the weekends and there was only like 2 people didnt quite understand that. But staff was super sweet, and did a good job ❤

Bad service, today I went to this place and there was only One person working, she was such in a hurry doing my nails and along with my family member. She made our nails look very messy, lumpy, thick, crooked and put a lot of pressure onto it as she was working on our nails. She didnt do the type of design we wanted. She Does different style that we asked for. She looked very irritated with us, cause I ask question, so She just made it look plain.Of course I gotta asked for the prices and I was denied. I asked if she could do ombré on them and I was denied again. She said it’s ugly and that it won’t suit me at all and how they’re not allow to do these type of nails and how the internet lies about nail design are fake news?This is the worst place I ever experienced, I was such in a hurry to find a place to take my family member to get her nails done before her big day and I expected this place would be good cause it had a 4 stars rating. But that’s all lies. It’s like a 1 star rating. I feel like half of these review are fake as well. I find a lot of bad review comments about this place but seems to be hidden or deleted by the company. I would’ve taken my family member to where I normally go but the place was booked. But thanks to the rude lady my family member is in pain with her nails.Going to a different place tomorrow to get it redone.Ridiculous price. Spent $95 for 2 person for a simple nail set she just did without our consent. And I normally spent $50-$60 for 2 people that does way better nails design then this place.Most places usually have prices on the wall but this place doesn’t. So you guys better beware and asks lot of question and especially the price.

Very nice staff! They give you a great pedicure with a 15+ min massage. One of the best places Ive ever been to.

Kim has been doing my nails for quite some time now, and I am a huge fan, I love all of her color choices and her service. Plus working right next door its super convenient :)

Went in with my friend hoping to get pedicures done in an hour or so. One lady was working on someone else, i had asked if it was only her working. She said no two more. We sat for 15 minutes while she was working on someone else and i had to ask how long before we were seen and she said 5 minutes, they were on their way. 12 minutes later a man and a 10-12 year old girl walk in. And they both put on gloves. Could you believe it???! They tried to have a child do one of our pedicures. We got up and walked out. Totally unprofessional and mind blowing experience. Child labor laws are a thing and im not sure theyre aware.

I got a mani last week and my nails look amazing! Ill be going back this week for a pedi with my grandma. Very nice place and nice service. Thanks KT Nails! Im looking forward to seeing you later this week.

I would like to give them a better rating as they were very friendly and clean. However, after a week one of my nails popped off. I wish I could post a picture and show how they look now. You can tell they are just itching to come off. They look awful. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with nail salons, and the way my nails look, this has to be the worst.

Made an appt based on reviews. And let me say this is the worst full set Ive ever gotten. Nails are wide, uneven, and lumpy. I willNever go back and do not recommend Kim to do your acrylics. So disappointed and out $45 bucks.

I little rude when I was trying to choose a color, she was like in a hurry, so i was not happy for the color I chose, 2 nails are done horrible, the gel on 2 nails is not even and they are very thick,I am bringing to find a good place where I can do my nails but I have not been lucky😣
