They charged my eight year old daughter full price to have her nails done. It says 35 for children but they did not honor this price. When I complained she only lowered the price a couple dollars. I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

My mom and I went to get matching pedicures and we had the greatest experience! The people at this salon were so sweet. I loved that we had options to choose from for a complementary drink, the massages chairs were wonderful, and when you picked your type of pedicure (which there were lots of great options), the tray they brought out with all the lotion and scrubs was so cute! Everything was so well put together in their shop. You could tell they put a lot of effort into what they do.

First time coming here and it was a wonderful experience. Really quiet place (which I appreciate since I wanted to zone out), really nice staff. The gentleman doing my pedicure really took his time, made me feel like a priority, and didnt rush. He had to step away at one point towards the end, but he spoke with his co-worker before doing so, so there was literally no gap in my service.Other salons have made me feel like a bother (rushing, answering the phone during my service, talking with coworkers to the point of stopping massage and just sitting with their hands on my legs) and this place was the exact opposite. Ill be back!

We chose this place because the price was right. Was nice when we walked in, complementary beverage. Had the margarita chose the Elegant pedicure for $36, with gel polish... Walked out paying $51!?!?! Still not sure how that happened. $1 charge to use your card and extra for gel. $15 higher?! No warning, nothing... and the lady cut my nails way too short. Not pleased at all... dont go there, they will rip you off. Ive had better for less money.

A sweet couple owns this spa.. Its a hidden gem..hidden the operative word. Clean and affordable. Its right off 139th but sits way back from street.

Did the most expensive pedi, the lady said more money, more service. I paid more money alright, but didnt really get more service. Btw, she needs to work on her massage skills, I felt her nails more then anything. And my shellac nails that usually last at least 3 weeks are falling a part 3 days after, although they did look pretty the first day, I really wouldnt go there ever again. Highly disappointed and mad.

This is a new and comfortable nail salon with a very friendly owner and staff. Its not a production shop which makes their excellent services always feel personable. And as a guy, I also feel very welcome. Bring along your husband and boyfriend to enjoy the experience with you!

Guys are welcomed here with friendly and helpful service. Clean and comfortable with added niceties like massage chairs and refreshments. Great results with minimal chit-chat (if thats what you prefer) and multiple big-screen TVs to watch.

I went here with my mom. We both got Mani/pedis. What a delightful experience! We both did regular polish and its lasted well, one week later. The staff was incredibly polite and lovely. The ambiance is also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is super close to my house and thought Id pop in for a pedicure. I got there at 630 tonight looked like they were closing but Jenny insisted I come in. She did a fabulous job the place is clean Jenny is friendly and sociable. Ill be back.

We were frequent patrons when this location was owned by Loann..When she sold it, we were unsure of returning...However, my family (husband & 2 daughters) gave it a try for pedicures and we have returned several times since. Great presentation, massage chairs are great, price is relative but overall satisfied with the service received...We have taken out of town family members to this location and will continue to do so in the future

This place started out great but unfortunately they have not kept up well. Making an appointment holds no value and quality has plummeted since they triple book. Its a circus in there. I tried to give them several chances but many times I waited an hour for my appointment, had my tech randomly run off to paint someones nails while and I had to wait and last time started my pedicure before telling me to come back in 2 hours for my nails that I had an appointment for!

Extremely clean. The attention to detail on my pedicure was amazing. Mimosa while I was pampered. How can you go wrong! New favorite spot.

Very nice staff & clean salon, but I developed nail fungus beneath the new solar fill because they were in too much of a hurry and didnt remove all the old acrylic that had lifted from the last fill. Ive had solar overlays for 9years and this is my first nail nightmare. Was my 2nd time here and its just such a rookie mistake that I wont be going back. 😕

Great first visit to Grand Nails and Spa in Salmon Creek. I got the milk and honey pedicure and enjoyed a margarita while I got it! My pedicure looks beautiful!

Clean, new salon and great service. Have been looking for a nail salon like this. Got a full set of acrylic nails and they looked amazing. Highly reccomend!

Do not go here!!! Poor quality product, looked terrible when finished, not at all what was requested or paid for. Disgusting old polish, and the staff were singlehandedly the most rude individuals I have met in a professional service capacity. When they werent busy denigrating others, they directly insulted me in casual manner repetitively. Never waste your money or time here!

Nice atmosphere, but I paid to have a professional manicure, and I got the inexperienced high school age daughter. I wont be returning.

AWFUL!!! I asked for a basic pedicure $26 with Gel add $10. Total bill should have been $36, then they charged $1 to use my card. Somehow that equaled $42......wth!!! Not to mention the service was garbage!!! The $42 did not include a tip, and I didnt add one. I will NEVER go back.

Appointment at 2 on Friday. When I arrived, all the chairs were full and some customers had not been started. Finally freed up one chair but left me sitting in it for 50 minutes without attention. Finally after 1 hr, I left. If you value your time, this is not your salon.
