These people do business the way it should be done. Easy to schedule, repairs are done quickly, the staff are courteous and professional, the costs are VERY reasonable, and they stand behind their parts and labor. Im an automobile technician (I dont fabricate exhaust parts-I replace them which can get expensive), Ive brought 2 of my 3 cars there, and at least one of my previous cars there, theyve fixed my exhaust leaks quickly and cheaply every time. If you need exhaust repairs I strongly recommend Lous.

My experience with Lous was flawless. I came in last Wednesday for a free estimate regarding modifications to the exhaust on my w204 Mercedes c300. I was in and out with a price, details, and an appointment within 15 minutes of arriving. Today I went in for an 8am appointment to get the work done and it was completed efficiently and for a great price. The young lady at the desk was a pleasure to talk too while I was waiting, and the guys who worked on my car were fun, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I recently had my car fully paint corrected, so I was a little nervous entrusting it to someone I didnt know. However, the car was returned to me without a scratch or blemish, and was obviously taken excellent care of. Everyone at Lous is passionate about their work and it shows in the product they produce. I have no complaints and will certainly be a returning customer should I ever have the need. A friend recommended I check them out, and I can say with full certainty it was well worth the 45 minute drive. Thank you.

My 2007 Audi developed a hole in the exhaust system. The Audi dealer quoted me $2,400 and insisted the entire exhaust assembly had to be replaced. I went to Meineke and they too insisted the only solution was a complete replacement for $1,400. I read all the rave reviews of Lou’s and decided to give them a try. Tim said he could weld repair the hole and would charge me $50! Did it while I waited - and then refused to take any money saying he did it much quicker than he expected. So now they have a customer for life and I haven’t stopped telling this story. So few places take pride in their work and have integrity. You will get both at Lou’s! High recommend!!!

This is a great place to get work done! They were responsive and gave me a great price on the work. I went there today for the first time-so happy that several people on a facebook group highly recommended this shop. Paul took the time to explain everything to me. I felt very comfortable talking with him and was impressed with how pleasant and honest he was-I went in there thinking I might need a new cat converter and learned that I didnt. If I ever have a problem, I will be coming back here and will highly recommend this place to others. These guys are great. They do awsome work... Been here more then once with other vehicles. I bought this body mounted exhaust tip, and they installed it with a 3 pipe and 16 magnaflow muffler.. Sounds awesome.. I recomend all my friends and family to go here for exhaust work.. They have great prices to boot!

Needed to have catatayic converter replaced,. as given a good qoute and appointment when to bring the vehicle in. They took my vehicle on time and did the work needed and was done when they said it would be for price qouted. Shop was busy and really clean. Empoyees we knowagable and friendly. Great service and fast

I am a retired firefighter and former department mechanic. Stopped at Lous with my Camry. The car had a bent exhaust pipe. I was told it would be about 10 minutes for someone to look at the car. 10 minutes later the car was on a lift and 20 minutes later it was repaired. A fair price, great service and very nice folks. I would never go anywhere else, Lous is a top notch business that deserves all 5 stars. Thank you!!

I had a couple estimates around 380 to 450 to replace my muffler, until i came here. Lous staff was incredibly professional and only did work that was needed. It cost 150 total to do the work. These guys are honest and not looking to take advantage of anyone. I was told I needed brakes also, lous staff checked and said theyre perfectly fine, no need to replace anything right now. Id recommend any women out there looking for honest, professional, cost effective repairs to go here.

Im not one to write reviews but this one is well deserved as, the workers here are very professional and personable aswell(wich is very rare to find during these hard times) my brother brought his BMW 328i to get a muffler delete and we drove around almost all day listening to the pops and crackles instead of the music and we are very satisfied... Ill definitely be going back for straight pipes on my p71 once its up and running instead of a homemade glasspack setup, thank you very much Lous Custom....If anyones in the area, debating wether or not to stop by, just go for it because its well worth every penny & any anxiety you have if any will go away as they walk you through every step the process is really cool especially for gear heads like me.

I met Paul at t he dealership I used to work at and I liked what he had to say about an exhaust system for my custom 79 Corvette. Paul is not the typical exhaust guy that does what he thinks is the correct thing. I brought my car there yesterday and explained to him what I wanted to do and what the end result that I wanted to get to. Instead of just picking what he thought was best he explained the differences between the mufflers and the sound letting me pick which one I wanted. To top everything off while I was there Paul came and got me to show me each stage of the process they were in to make sure that is what I wanted and that I liked what I saw so far. When it was completed and I heard the sound I was a little unsure that was the sound I was looking for. Being a gear head I know that it will take a little bit for things to break in and the true sound to come out. As I drove home the sound became what I was looking for. Paul wanted me to call him when I got home to let him know what I thought. I said to him (jokingly) that I hated it and he needed to do something about it and to my surprise he said bring it back and we will get it right. I truly love the way it sounds. The sound is exactly what I was looking for. Hats off to Paul and his crew for doing such GREAT JOB and thank you Mrs. Paul for providing the sugar high as well as a pleasant conversation!!!!

I was told these guys were good & thats no lie. My girlfriend took my car somewhere else the day before I went to Lous & that garage quoted her a price which I thought was high. Lous beat that price by $100+. On top of that they took me right away & had the job done in about a half hour. Courteous staff. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs exhaust work done.

If you ever need exhaust work done you have to go here. They are awesome guys who showed me the problem, explained how they were going to fix it, and pointed out something that may be a problem in the future. All without being condescending because I obviously know nothing about cars and did not take advantage of that lack of knowledge. Facing the prospect of replacing the entire exhaust system on my 1997 Infinity I30, instead I went to Lous Custom Exhaust and had an excellent experience. They put the car on the lift, and explained that the issue was a rusted out flange connecting the exhaust pipe to the muffler, and that they could splice in and weld a custom connection to salvage the system. They solved my exhaust issue within 30 mins for under $100, saving me the cost of a complete replacement!These guys are very courteous and professional, and do an outstanding job!

I visited the shop on a Thursday and had an appointment Saturday morning.Paul went over some options with me (including starting up a car at the shop for me to hear for comparison) for my car and couldnt have been more helpful or courteous if he tried.I arrived around 8:30 Saturday morning. I was invited to raid the fridge for water or soda and was even instructed to sit in the waiting room and watch TV during my wait.All said and done, the price was great and the customer service was awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for more work or recommend the shop to anyone else.

I brought my car in for a fix on rusted exhaust pipes. Tim who worked there was knowledgeable and explained clearly what he will fix/replace the rusted section of the exhaust pipes. The price was reasonable and workmanship was great, plus 2 year warranty! Im very satisfied and highly recommended Lous C.E. in Stoughton.The Lous in Quincy is ridiculous, they told me to replace all kind of parts of the exhaust system which (in good stainless steel condition) do not need to be replaced and will cost me over $1K. They didnt want to do the necessary work.
